Only place in the 208 area code I go now.look no farther best stylist around they definitely know how to cut men's hair. They are so nice. I went to a barber shop and got butchered I went to cut loose and they only charged me 5 bucks to fix it. You guys rock!

They should display their prices. I took my 9 year old for a trim and they charged $21. $13 for a kids trim and $8 to trim her bangs. They spent less than ten minutes on the entire cut and bangs are horribly crooked so I had to fix them myself. When I questioned the price she said we were lucky I wasn't charged $30 like the "fancy salons". I usually take my daughter to those salons, where they also wash, blow-dry and style her hair and spend much more time on a quality cut.

I have been bringing my boys here for haircuts per my sisters-in-laws recommendation for well over a year. There are 2-3 stylists who do such an amazing job. But the past 2 times we have been here we have gotten stylists who I question if they even went to hair school or have ever done a men’s cut. The first time it happened I had to stop the girl who was cutting my four years hair and call the one who does a good job to come finish. Today my husband sat in a chair with someone who had to be trained the entire haircut which took well over 45 minutes and it looked terrible at the finish. Super disappointed in the quality of this salon because it appears to be going down.

This place is the best place ever when it comes with customer care, hair cuts and styles and so much more. Jessica the owner and her staff are super nice and if you have and question they will have the answer. This place can get busy because of the awesome service but it is worth the wait. Trust me I have been going here for 4 year since the day I found this location and will continue going only here.

Went there once and asked for layers all around and shaping of the face, well I got the shaping of the face done but no layers anywhere else on my head. Then I decided to go back with my fiancé and he told them exactly what he wanted and that didn't even matter. The lady butchered his hair. She didn't listen to what he wanted her to do, she just went with her own style and cut it that way. If you don't care what kind of hair cut you want then go here but if you care at all then avoid them at best. Not even sure these people went to school!

Great place to get a cut. Heather does a fantastic job, and is capable of doing a beard trim as well. My beard is quite difficult to trim right, as it grows in an odd manner, but she is great at making it look nice.

I sat in the waiting area for 10 minutes past my scheduled appointment. Meanwhile, I watched one of the ladies cut a guy’s hair and was very friendly. She turned out to be my stylist and was very cold to me. The appointment started off bad as I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she said “so you want it to look like you have split ends”. I should have walked out then but decided to give her the benefit of the doubt. I had waist length hair and ask her to cut off 4 inches and now it’s at my collar bone. I asked for light layers and she gave me really terrible chunky layers. She also barely talked to me the whole time and talked with other stylists and other customers. She continually told me my hair was dead and at one point asked me if I use products in my hair. I said “no, I don’t” and she said “well you need to”. She also was dishing on a customer before me for not tipping well. Overall, terrible customer service and a terrible haircut.

Cut Loose always takes care of me! I've been going to Jessica for years now and every time she never ceases to amaze me. When I ask for something done to my hair, she always takes the healthy route, so it doesn't compromise the quality of my hair. The atmosphere is old school Hollywood with checkered flooring and timeless pieces of the one and only Marilyn Monroe. The salon is very clean and everyone is always so loving and friendly. 10/10! Book your appointments while you can!

really liked the cut and color i got here. veronica did both. i had been wanting to go a dark shade of blue for some time and always chickened out but i finally decided to go for it and she was super patient with me in making sure we had the exact color i was looking for. i did the demi permanent just in case so it wouldn't last as long in case i didn't like it. i ended up loving it and wishing i had been more daring as the blue was very subtle. i'm going back in today to go bolder. my only complaint was that when i went i, despite having an appointment, i still had to wait almost a half hour. not a huge deal though. worth the wait.
