Came in this salon for Brazilian blow out expecting my hair will turn out shiny and manageable but my hair still looks dry and having a hair fall .. spend $300 for Brazilian blowout additional $90.00 for my roots and a trim.. will NEVER come back ! Salon looks like under renovation..

I called for same day service on a hair cut. I saw Kam and she was wonderful and fixed the unevenness of my previous haircut. I my hair is very thick and has a lot of volume and she cut it very nicely. My hair looks refreshed and feels healthy. I am very pleased and excited for my next appointment.

The first time I came here I did not have a good experience with one of the stylist that colored my hair. It came out aweful. And I absolutely did not want to come back. I had sent an email to the salon explaining what happened (not expecting a quick response) and they were quick to respond and fix the problem. Lyndelle booked me an appointment with Patrick the next day, who did an AMAZING job fixing my horriblely colored hair. I have a lot of hair so I he also went the extra mile in styling it and making it look wonderful. I was able to meet a few of the other team members all of which where great, friendly, and nice, unlike my first experience. And this is why I believe this salon deserves five stars although one person made a mistake, the good definitely over weighs the bad. I was very pleased with my end result and i would recommend this to people.

I had several visits to several salons before setting up my appointment with Patrick and made sure he understood what I needed and wanted done. I came into his salon and instead of doing what I asked and wanted he completely decided to put a color over my whole head of highlights that I spent money after money and time after time on because he thought it would be best, and then expected me to come back in a month and get my highlights again?! I was so upset. He knew immediately after he did it that I was not happy. The color was completely black and all my highlights were gone! I was so upset that I ended up going to a different salon the next day and they did exactly what I wanted. I think he decided to color my hair because he didn't want to spend the time to fix it because he had a BBQ to go to. I will never go back there again.

Love this salon. The owners are so friendly and the facility is very clean. I've been going to see Ronni for 12 years and have NEVER had a bad cut or color experience. Every time I leave feeling thrilled with my new style. I also take my daughter there now too. I recommend this salon (and Ronni!) to everyone I know.

I went in to see Patrick {owner} after a recommendation to go to Caliente Salon from a dear friend who is a salon regular. My 1st cut/color experience was great! They greeted me kindly at the door, made me feel at home & comfortable the whole appt. The products are high quality, the stylists are creative & thorough, they got me in and out fast- overall it was well worth the cost! Im now a regular! Even branched out and got my waxing done the following week- perfect salon!

Wouldn't recommend at all, very disappointed. Before showing up I called and let them know what I wanted then when showing up I was told by shelly I couldn't get my hair done and rather then trying to fix the situation she seemed more worried about her next customer. Then I called Patrick and he was not what I expected very unprofessional and had that, not my problem attitude. I would rate them -100 stars.

I highly enjoyed my appointment at Caliente! I got my hair dyed, cut from about my hips to my shoulders, and got my ears pierced all in one appointment. Patrick was a sweetheart and listened to my picky wishes for my hair. I enjoyed the conversations that we had and the time just flew by. He was fast, efficient, and the price was affordable. Well the first time I came here I was disappointed in the price and the color and was reluctant to come back again. It was not a pleasant experience. However I believe in second chances and so I came back and this time was booked with Patrick the owner who was funny and personable. He did an amazing job with my hair my totally changed my opinion about the salon the vibrant purple and magenta color he did is simply beautiful. I found out about Caliente through a Groupon for a gel mani and spa pedi. Cecelia was my nail tech and she was incredible! So friendly and SO quick. She had me and my friend both done with manis and pedis in about two hours! It's been a week now and neither my fingers or toes have chipped. I've never had a gel manicure last this long! Truly the best manicure I've ever had! Thank you, Cici!

This is not the place for thick course hair types. I am a Hispanic woman and I realize it is a tough type to cut and style. With that being said, I am still walking around with a really really bad hair cut. I asked for a trim and a modern shag cut. I left the chair unstyled so I rushed home to straighten and see what it would look like. When I did, I ended up 3-4 inches shorter (which I noticed on the chair and was not a trim) along with that, I was also was missing a blunt chunk off the side which can happen if you aren't used to course thick hair. It is really sad.....50 bucks for a bad haircut.

I have LOVED having my nails done by Kristy since 1997!! She is not your average nail technician!! Kristy keeps any of the nail files, etc. that are used for clients in a separate zip lock bag with their name on it, so that no germs are transferred. I never worry about getting a fungus. It would be worth it to go here for this reason alone, but Kristy is a true artist, and when I want something special she is always able to exceed my expectations!

Very impressed with the gentleman who did my hair when I came into this salon. He was very knowledgeable about all the different products and didn't seem bothered by my millions of questions. He was such a pleasure to be around. He did exactly what I asked for and it turned out better than I expected. I was very scared to finally be going through with the short haircut but with the color he did and the style he chose for my hair, it ended up being THE BEST HAIR CUT AND COLOR I'VE EVER HAD! My fiance’ Got a Groupon for 3 Gel Manicures and 3 Gel Pedicures. We went in February and each got a pedicure and I got a manicure- at the time we were told I can use the remaining pedicure and 2 manicures at different times. But calling to set up an appointment last month they made it so difficult that I went elsewhere. I can’t use just the manicures for me and my daughter because then I lose the pedicure and the two other times I call to set it up there isn’t enough time in there schedule to do the 2 manicures and pedicure outside of school hours. So I haven’t been back- aside from this the girl who did my nails in February was very nice- she was funny also and I liked her. However the groupon was for Gel. She used regular polish on my hands. It started chipping the same day. So that’s frustrating. And the pedicure was uncomfortable. It’s awkward in an uncomfortable non reclining chair. No massager chair or anything- you sit at the end of your chair like you do when your about to get a Pap smear. It’s not the relaxing and comfortable experience you get else where. The ONLY reason I’m making an attempt to come back is because we already have it paid for. If I can ever find a time that will work for them that is. For nails- I don’t recommend this salon. However I know a girl who gets her hair done here and it always looks great and she loves it.
