Ive gone to my hairdresser Anna Hendricks for years shes amazing. I switched salons after moving as to not drive an hour to get there, however after a short time i switched back. Irs worth the drive! The salon itself is very relaxing, and professional.

Terrible customer service and a really bad haircut. I’ve been to this salon three times. I liked my first experience. When I returned to see the same stylist, I was rebooked with someone else without any notification. The second stylist was awkward and nervous cutting my hair. I just asked for a trim but she butchered my hair, cutting inches off in odd places. I went back, asking for my money back. They gave me a “free” haircut instead. The free cut couldn’t fix the problems but it did make a bad cut a little better. It will take months to fix what happened. I will pay for several repair cuts while I try to fix this mess.

I'm from out of town, was there with my husband for a few days on business. Called and got in for last minute appt. Sara Kayy did my fix and fill. And I've never had a better time getting my nails done! She is absolutely "hands-down" the best nail tech I've had in the almost 30 years of nail techs! I've been all over, Florida, Vermont, Michigan, New Hampshire and New York... now in Idaho. It's so unfortunate that we live over 4 hours north of Boise! But considering making the drive once a month! Nothing close to me that would even compare to this experience! Thank you Sara for the best time and all the laughs! Went to ambitions to get my lashes filled from a previous place that packed on the glue. Melissa was able to fix them and does amazing lash extensions and acrylic nails!! Recommending them to everyone in the Boise area! Went to this salon for about 5-6 months straight cause the service was great, just be sure to call ahead to make an appointment! Can’t go wrong with ambitions!!
