If i could rate this 0 stars, i would.
My experience with the W Salon was extremely unprofessional. I booked an appointment to get my lashes filled on January 28th at 5pm with Wendy. As I was leaving for LA on Jan 29th early in the morning, I confirmed my appointment twice. Once via instagram and the second time over the phone. Little did I know that I would get notified at 3PM that Wendy was 'sick' and was unable to make the scheduled appointment. THEY CANCELLED MY APPOINTMENT 2 HOURS BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT TIME. I thought it was a joke, I immediately called the receptionist and asked if I could speak with her, he said he would text her and that he would call me back. This was 3pm. I called back at 3:15pm and said that I needed another referral or another option to get my lashes done today because I leave tomorrow and they can't just leave me hanging like that. He said "I'm sorry there is nothing I can do, I will get back to you when she replies to me." Then at 3:30pm I called back and he didn't answer, so I called again, and again. 3 times later and no answer. So at 3:45pm I call and ask to speak to a manager. The receptionist said that a manager would call me back. Surprise surprise, that didn't happen. So at 4pm I called and said: "this is ridiculous, I leave tomorrow you cannot just cancel my appointment 2 hours before and leave me with no other options, no manager to call me back, nothing." Again he said I'm sorry there is nothing I can do. A manager will call you. Well I was left with "a manager will call you." It is now Feb 10th and I am back from my trip and a MANAGER STILL HASN'T CALLED ME. I will never be going back to the W Salon because I do not take my business where I am not treated as a customer should be treated. A CANCELLATION POLICY WORKS BOTH WAYS. If a customer cancels, it is the same thing as if the technician cancels. They should have at the VERY LEAST offered me the same appointment at a later date at NO CHARGE. or even a discount???? I GOT NOTHING. Do not book your lashes here unless you want to risk your technician getting sick and disappearing 2 hours before your appointment. Would have been nice to be notified at least the night before or the morning of.
