I’ve been coming to this salon since 2015, I absolutely love this salon. Kandice is the owner and she is a true professional. She has great skill and is very attentive to you as a client; has treated me and others in such a kind way that you truly feel the Aloha. I’ve been loyal to this salon because all the great services and prices. Hair color, touch up, cuts, styling, microblading eyebrows- this Salon does them all and sooooo good!!!

Had a great experience before, but just calling in and receiving such an unprofessional attitude had me cancel my appointment. Hard to support business that have no customer service. Truly shocked, hope others wont have the same experience.

I came from out of town to get married, and with the ceremony being at 11:00 on the East Shore, I was concerned about having enough time to get my hair done. I emailed the salon a month ahead of time, asking if a stylist would consider coming in early to help me. Kandice responded very promptly and positively, and was able to get someone. This morning I met Courtney. She was without a doubt sensational, and she put me at ease right away. Courtney did exactly what I envisioned for my hair, and I left a happy customer and wife to be. Even though the waves managed to get me a bit during the pictures after the ceremony (that's what I get for standing on top of big rocks in the middle of the sea), my style held itself together. Thank you with all my heart to Kandice, Courtney, and the staff at North Shore Salon and Spa. I look forward to coming back for a massage or facial!

This place did an awesome job for my wedding! I got my hair and makeup done here for my wedding day and it turned out absolutely amazing and exactly what I wanted. My mom and sister also got their hair and makeup done here for the wedding and looked gorgeous. They really listen to what style you want and offer suggestions as well. We also had a fun experience getting mani pedis the day before. Kaitlyn was great to work with!

Great place to get a nice pedicure and manicure. After you are done sun bathing and spending money at all of the eclectic shops stop on into North Shore Salon and Spa and let Desiree give you a mani or pedi. The prices are reasonable and the customer service is awesome.

I strongly do not recommend pedicure/manicure in this salon. After travelling hawaii for 2 months I decided to treat myself with a nice pedi day... my feet were very painful, dry and craked, needed care.. the aesthetician I got was unfriendly, I asked for shellac or gel! She responded they only offer regular nail polishes... she applied the colours on my toe nails... didn't provide any skin care rub, exfoliation or moisturizing. Charged me 40$ for a simple colour application.. I walked away with craked, dry feet. Total waste of money! I can't talk about the hairdressers service but for the aesthetic part I strongly recommend avoiding this salon. Caroline

Very disappointed. I scheduled my appointment with Kaitlyn and I saw a spot open to do a full balayage highlight, so I thought, "Why not?" Thinking she must've had a huge cancellation and she'd be happy to still make the money, so I scheduled a couple days before in case there was a mistake, they could've called and let me know. I go to the appointment and sit down in the chair and she keeps telling me how my hair is dead at the ends and so I got a haircut I wasn't even planning on getting that day, she tells me that I have too much scalp buildup, points out a scar I have on the back of my head and insists on rescheduling my balayage. Paid about $160 dollars for something I didn't even go there for. But hey, I got a cute braid done and toned my grown out highlights? Don't waste your time here, just go to Honolulu and get your hair done by real professionals at Salon 808 or something. It seems like they only care about people that have been going to them for a long time.

I've had facials, pedicures and a haircut done here on seperate occasions. Everything went really smoothly and everyone was really friendly and professional. The location can be a bit hard to find but it's pretty easy once you've been there once.

This place us incredible!!! I came here with my sister, mom and niece. To get our hair done. Kandy did my hair and it is gorgeous!!!! My sister looks stunning and my mom and niece look beautiful!! If anyone needs their hair, nails and/or make up done and is in the North Shore area i highly recommend this place! The staff is awesome and extremely talented!! If I could give more than 5 stars i totally would!! Mahalo!!! (:
