Gill is the best! I walked in not knowing anything about brows, and she got me covered. With years of experience and working there for 12 years, she is a must go to for your brows and other essentials if neccessary :) you wont regret it. Ps - shes very busy, so it is best to schedule an appointment with her ahead of time.

The staff is very friendly. My daughter did a haircut and color...it came out amazing! I did a mini facial just to see how it goes since it's my first time. I definitely have to come back for a full facial...it was so relaxing. I also notice those who do mani-pedi are on massage chairs so they would have massages during breaks. Just note that you must make appointments...notice walk-ins left.

updated review from our first visit: Our group of 5 had so much fun with our Mani &Pedi Combo ($39) and followed by very smooth and painless eyebrow threading service for 2 of us by owner(Jill). we had some sort of problem with receptionist but now it is ok, since we realized she had a bad day caused by previews client.

It was my first year going to school in hawaii, and this salon was the closest to campus. I initially wanted my brows threaded but ended up getting them waxed because no one was available for threading that day and also they insisted. The person made my brows not only uneven, but got rid of the tail on my right brow. Idek why I tipped them. It’s six months later and the tail hasn’t grown back. The service was nice, I just want my brows back.

I came here cause I didn’t know where else to go and did not feel like looking for another salon. Pavé did a full gel set and did a really good job. A few days later I went back to Maddy for my eyebrows to be threaded and she did a wonderful job too. Needless to say I’m going back. Friendly customer service.

I have been going at this place for over a decade and I'm totally amazed with the services they provide such as nail arts, threading, waxing and hair. They are always busy so I would recommend to call and make appointment although they try to accomodate everyone as much as they could. The prices are very reasonable and conveniently located by Ala Moana mall where parking is very accessible. I must say that Jill who is the owner and does the threading herself at the same time is the most coolest person ever and the best threader in town. Down to earth and so pleasant to everyone. I feel at home when I am in this place.

Make sure you listen carefully when they offer you any “extra” services. I asked for a basic pedicure and the lady asked me if I wanted a callus removal I said yes, thinking it’s all included in a basic pedicure. But I had to pay extra for it, they could at least say it will be extra. Not sure what all callus removal entails, but nothing was really removed. The lady kept hurting my fingernails and toes. I wouldn’t go back.

This was my first time ever getting my eyebrows threaded and Jill did an amazing job!! If it's your first time, definitely get Jill. She is very precise with every detail and takes her time doing it which I love. You can tell she really enjoys what she does as it clearly shows with the results you get. I went here to have my brows done and was initially happy after a very quick glance in a mirror. However, when I got back to my hotel I realised that my eyebrow technician had taken far too much under one brow and I’ll be filling this in for the next few months. I chose this salon due to the excellent reviews but I had to pluck some stray hairs afterwards and they’re just not as precise as I would like. I’m now heading back home overseas so can’t ask them to correct! Maybe it was because they were busy, however I wouldn’t recommend them especially if your brows are your best feature!

I was lucky to get in as a walk-in today. They're usually quite busy so please call ahead for an appointment. I detest the smell of acrylic and they have a good ventilation system and it has never been even notable for me. The staff is friendly efficient and really really good at what they do. Especially if you're looking for threading there is no one that can compare to Maddie on this island. And if you're getting a pedicure and can wait schedule 1 with Lei she is amazing
