Awesome! I went there on my lunch break for a Polish Change to Gel and got out of there in a timely manner. The manicurist was very helpful with suggestions and opinions as well. I am definitely going back!

NOTHING: (****) was the most rudest stylist. Scared me when she said she was scared to highlight my hair. Receptionist booked me in with this stylist for a color retouch but apparently she had another appointment in an hour that was more pressing. She kicked me out saying someone else will do it tomorrow. Saying she felt uncomfortable to do my hair. Then tried to blame me, due to me inquiring about what she was going to use! I guess that making an appointment is only good if that stylist can fit you in vs it was the receptionist fault! No thought or care that I drove 45 minutes on my day off to get my hair done, or that you pay for parking to leave with nothing done or accomplished, or even a sorry! Ok, did I forget to mention this was my first time & my friends got me a gift certificate to use cause they use to live their service. Oh, but manager said I can try to get you in down the road with someone else, (nice try) but no patience for this business.

I got a facial, manicure and pedicure from Gracie. I usually get a monthly facial where I live in Florida, but this was the best facial that I have ever had. Gracie was very knowledgable and had a very nice touch which made it very relaxing. She took her time and did an excellent job. I will be going back whenever I stay at Hale Koa!!

I’m visiting Waikiki for a few months and I have a glorious pompadour. Eric had some pretty serious attention to detail and spent a good 30 minutes with me trying to get everything right. His fade skills are top knotch. 10/10 will be going back before I have to go home. Very pleased with the cut

Amazing staff and great staff. There are several locations available, in downtown Honolulu and Waikiki. Plus, they have a super cute fitness center/boutique in Ward Center. Ask for Nikki the massage therapist at the Alakea location or Susan for nails. You won't be disappointed!

They advertise they are open until 8pm. We went in at 7 and they didn’t have anyone working. Don’t rely on what they print call them before making the trip.

In town visiting and wanted to be pampered. Great service. Great atmosphere. I walked in without an appointment and got right in. Everyone there was more thsn helpful a nd Evelyn provided an awesome pedicure. Will definitely visit again on my next trip!

The poolside massage was great. It was 5 stars. However, my pedicure not. I got the express pedicure. $55.They don’t provide info on what is included. If you need to have gel removed, it is additional $12. Gel is $15 extra, but not unusual to pay extra for gel. No callus scrubbing, only sugar scrub. The technician was nice, but management was Abrupt.

Received friendly service and excellent skin fade on men's haircut. Conveniently located across the street from Hilton Hawaiian Village at nearby Hale Koa Hotel (on ground floor by huge tree and military Exchange store). Was able to walk in without appointment but may want to call ahead to avoid a wait. Definitely recommend for men's haircut or quick trim, including close fades.

Hair Salon I was skeptical in the beginning if she (Monique) could style my hair because I have thin curly hair. She did a awesome job! My hair was evenly cut and styled like I never imagined it could be. Oh, did I mention she does a sleepy time head massage. My wife and I are booked for the year, that's how much we enjoy going.
