Love this place. Friends were visiting and wanted a place where they could grab a quick drink and get their hair ready for the evening. The Drybar delivered a great atmosphere and over the top customer service. Great experience!

Love this place! Absolutely brilliant. Come in feeling not so pretty, leave feeling BEAUTIFUL. In reference to one of the other reviews, I've been several times and don't remember gratuity being forced on me. If it was, I was fine paying it because they did a great job and probably deserved it anyway!

They force gratuity and don’t let the customer decide what that gratuity should be. They WILL NOT remove or edit it. Gratuity in the US is discretionary. I recommend going to another hair salon. Even the bar forces gratuity. I’ll NEVER come back to Drybar after this experience.
