Got my hair done by Jason today and was so happy with the results:) I have very long and thick hair, and usually people have no idea what to do with it,but he was able to work with it with such ease. He knew exactly what to do and was extremely professional and easy to talk to. The owner is also very involved and super welcoming. I highly recommend coming here versus going to other places in kapolei. I will definitely be a regular here:)

I've had my nails done by many different shops and really didn't know what was a professional job until my daughter insisted I try Cosmic Beauty which I did and I'm glad I did! They only use gel no power and the finished was so beautiful! I see why they are expensive it's worth the cost! I've had so much complements about how beautiful my nails are

Honestly the work they do is 5stars however I have a 3 star rating due to that they are very unacceptably rude to mothers. During my service with my cousin and friend my friend had one little baby and instead of having me hold the baby while I did my pedicure they forced my friend to hold her child while they did her pedicure instead of going and doing a manicure while I held the child and then forced her to reschedule this is unacceptable behavior of a business if you're not going to like children in your store have a sign or let people know somehow

Planning a wedding is hard work, even harder when you decide on a destination wedding and decide you want no help in planning your big day, but thank the heavens for places like Cosmic Beauty in Kapolei on the island of Honolulu in Hawaii. It was one day before the wedding and the bride had no idea who was doing her hair and makeup, she also had no idea where she was getting her hands and feet done, but this all came to a beautiful end thanks to Cosmic Beauty. From the time we arrived we were welcomed just like we were family. The staff was both friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable. They were able all four of us without an appointment at the very last minute on a Saturday evening. The location is beautiful and feels just like one of those upscale day spas in Beverly Hills and Santa Monica, but without all the fuss of celebrities prancing and photographers trying to snap that perfect picture. However we were treated just like celebrities, strike that, we were treated like royalty. This place is Academy Award Red Carpet service from start to finish. The women and one man who took care of us were gentle and very nice. Offering us water, coffee or tea and making sure we were all set for the wedding. The day of the wedding Bella and Ben came to the cottage way out at Nimitz Beach at Barber’s Point to take care of hair and makeup for the bride and maid of honor and at the last minute even took the time to beat the face of the mother of the groom and get her hair presentably ready for a wedding. Ben took his time to make sure their hair was beautiful even down to asking “do you have flowers for your hair?” of the maid of honor. “no I don’t” she replied and he said “you have to have flowers in your hair” With no flower show around for miles, Ben walked out and picked some pretty red flowers and come back to place them so beautifully in her hair just like it was part of the plan. They did not miss a beat when we had to change cottages in a matter of minutes and even helped us with getting the car to the location of the wedding so everyone could ride together in the limo. Top notch, gold star, Nordstrom style service all the way. Cosmic Beauty is a one stop full service salon with amazing service that will meet your every need, even the ones you failed to plan. The environment is stellar without being pretentious and the service is both warm and friendly without being pushy. We were in the salon for a while and I noticed that everyone received the same level of professional service. As a matter of fact while performing my only job as best man, I called to ask about getting our beards trimmed and the Salons owner was very helpful in directing us to the perfect spot. He was also helpful in pointing us in the direction to watch the USC football game and pick up beverages for the dinner later that night. The bride even left with a FREE bag filled with items as a gift. I would high recommend this place for all your salon needs, be sure to look them up next time you’re in Hawaii and tell them their cousin Kengi said Aloha and Malaho.

I like the hairstylist but didn't like the pedi and mani. It seem like he was trying to rush and he applied just one dip of enamel for all five toes. I just thought that was like real cheaply. I wanted to say something but I was shame. My fault I guess. But never again

Love the nail and hair aspect of it but a few times I've had trouble with scheduling. Take today for instance I came in yesterday to see about my eyebrows but no appointments, okay I understand but when I'm told there's an appointment spot the next day I show up and there's no appointment that irritates me. I understand they are busy but please double check that the information is correct to avoid this.

I absolutely love this salon. Even though life got hectic and I wasn't able to make it in for services (nails or hair), when I called to make my appointment they recognized me - over the phone! I made my appointment on the same day as a Christmas Parade and they were so accommodating, advising us to arrive earlier if possible or to call when I was close so that they could double park my car in front of an employee vehicle. These little things make ALL the difference. I arrived early and was immediately sat for my hair appointment (45 minutes early). I asked if I could get my nails done too and had my fingers crossed I could get everything done all at once - they took care of EVERYTHING! I will never go anywhere else but Cosmic Beauty - they're truly the very best!!

I will give only one star after my experience today. This is review for particular person who did my pedicure not a whole place. The worst quality pedi i had in a long while. First of all it took her almost 1.5 hours to do classic pedi, second of all my nail was treated horribly, she didn't push cuticles, didn't clean under the nails, and didn't even cut skin around the nails. And Im not even talking about my rough hills, that still feels like a sand paper after waisting hour and a half there. Massage chair did not work and I wasn't even offered to switch to a working one. My french tips all misshaped and a glittered white polish is all over my cuticles (suppose to be trimmed) and all over the skin around the nails (supposed to be trimmed also)

First time going here and I didn’t even get the color I wanted. The worker there was making fun of me and kept trying his best to fix the mistake he made on my hair. It was MY mistake that I even said it was “okay” and left him a damn tip. I’m never coming back here again.

I went for eyebrow waxing and Richie(I believe was her name) is amazing. For the time I'm living here in Hawaii I will be scheduling my appointments with her. She is so understanding and explained what she was doing. I have had so much trouble getting my eyebrows shaped and I'm so happy I found this place. Definitely go to her! She's awesome. You won't regret it. Oh and if you're wondering about price its $18.00 =) but well worth it honestly. I finally have my eyebrows shaped just how I remember them when I was 15. Pretty place, the people that I did meet were very nice. Lots of products to choose from right at your finger tips. A'me is amazing and such a sweetheart. Yes it is on the pricey side. But I'm totally happy with how it turned out and will be returning to see A'me for sure.
