I had a great experience there with Sarah L. She was able to pick out colors for my hair that met the needs for my wedding. She gave me a great hairstyle when I gave her free reign. I cannot recommend the salon or Sarah L. enough.

I had been considering changing hairdressers for a little over a year. I’m so terribly picky, which is why I was reluctant. Yet, I grew weary of fighting Germantown Pkwy traffic all the way to Exeter and Poplar then having high lights, base coat and cuts that took 2 1/2 hours. As a result, it took half my day and I began dreading my visits. I saw Eugenia Black at Vanity Salon and was done in 1 hour. Everything was done!! The drive was a wonderful 15 minute drive and she nailed the color. I feel grateful to have Eugenia.

Not happy with my service . The highlights were only on the top of my hair and when I lift my hair there are no highlights under my hair. Paid a lot for and hour of service . Will never go back and will never recommend .

Great place, nice stylists, beautiful salon...I wasn't fond of my wait but things happen. It's a good place to have your hair done, I have gotten a lot of compliments on my haircut Certainly (in response to question from owner) - I waited a total of 20 minutes, but I also arrived 10 minutes before my appointment, then waited 10 minutes on my stylist to become available. So to answer your question it was both I waited on.

I understand it can be difficult to communicate about what a client is looking for and even though I didnt quite get the color I wanted the staff was great, the stylist was very kind and the salon is the cleanest salon I have ever seen! Plus, they called to make sure my experience was good when they saw my original rating. I'm gonna give them another try for sure!

I moved to Memphis and had to find a new salon that I trusted to cut and color my hair - I tried Vanity a year ago and never had to look any further! The staff there is fantastic! Emily R. is my girl - I just sit down in her chair and tell her to make it look good and she always does. Myleah has done my hair and also does an amazing job. Both of them are ultra professional and friendly. The time flies by when you're in their chairs. Prices are SUPER reasonable and their products are to die for. I won't go anywhere else!!!

completely aggravating, called to see if I could walk in, and was told best to make appointment cause they are so busy, get there and everyone is sitting around. after 15 min, get in the chair, and Specifically say, trim, no layers no texture. My hair is long and very straight. So no I have uneven hair, short layers all different lengths, can't pull it all up, as I said was most important, just another screwed up hair cut.

Disappointing to say the least. I went in for my first time to get a women’s haircut and I believe their website said walk ins were welcomed. Well the lady that cut my hair seemed upset the first glance she gave me and was making the whole experience really awkward not talking or responding with one word every question I asked during the haircut. The haircut was extremely rushed (took about 5 or less minutes) and also no diversity!!!! I only saw white hairstylists and that seemed off!

Vanity Salon is the best! Sarah M has been cutting my hair for about two years now and always does a fantastic job. She listens to her clients, but adds her own touches so that you always leave with the best possible style. After my last cut, my mom was so impressed that she made an appointment that same day! The salon is always organized and on schedule. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes past my scheduled time.
