Do not go here, totally unprofessional and a rip off. Booked in when I couldn't get an appointment with van Michael's, huge mistake. Had two events that evening and wanted my hair to look great. Was also leaving town the next morning and traveling all next week so I couldn't wait for my regular salon. They didn't offer a gloss for shine which is included in your price at van Michael's so had to pay $20 extra. When the colorist finished my hair, she combed me out and said we are done. I'm like aren't you going to dry me and style my hair? "No" was the answer, we are "departmentalized". Apparently they failed to tell me your color service doesn't include a blow dry. How in the world would you know how your color turned out? I left there with sopping wet hair to go meet 200+ patents at my daughter's school, and then out to dinner for her birthday. Instead of wow, your hair looks great, I got what happened to your hair? Like couldn't you have done something, anything to make it look better. No woman wants this experience when she just spent $65 on a service. Outrageous they would have clients walking out looking terrible. I asked for the owner or general manager to call me and no one did. I want everyone to know what a joke this salon is. I want my money back and I want their inane policies to change so that no woman ever had this experience again.

I'm leaving out a LOT of details but wanted to make this short. If I could give zero stars I would. I went to Three-13 for tape-in extensions. The brand they use and highly support, Great Lengths, is a terrible brand, new to tape-ins, and ruined my hair. I took care of the hair as I was told by Three-13 stylists and purchased all hair products for the care of the extensions from Three-13. The extensions slipped multiple times right before my wedding. I spent over $1700 at the salon just pertaining to the extensions and the only resolution they came up with was to give me a $784 salon credit. The salon is an hour away from where I live and they aren't worth the gas for a 2 hour roundtrip expedition. I will never step foot in this salon again. I did not accept the salon credit because I do not trust their products or services. They care more about losing money than making a customer happy. Asked for them to mail the credit to a friend of mine that goes their often since they told me I could use the credit towards gift cards, and she never received it and I have not heard back from Three-13. It makes me wonder if the salon manager or even owner was aware of this situation. As a manager myself, I would've done what I needed to do to make the customer happy and eat the cost of the services/products. Pictures of the nasty glue residue tangled in my hair and the extensions slipping are posted.

I've been going here for over 20 years. Excellent service every time. Josh has been my colorist for many years now and I'm devoted to him! Wax treatment for your hands, head and neck massage, a beverage to sip while you get your service: these are just some of the extra touches you will get. They are also a company that gives back to the community through charity work and partnering with schools. You won't be disappointed!

It was relieving how easy it was to set up an appointment but I specifically asked for a stylist that was in the top three levels. The appointment setter said ok. Why was I set up with the lowest level stylist! I came in for my appointment and had to wait an extra 30 minutes before I was seen. I specifically told the stylsit I was trying to grow the sides of my hair out but for some reason she shaved my hair off on one side. I told her to please not touch the other side. I had to go to a different location to fix the cut I just got with someone who actually listened to what I wanted. This was a waste of time and money. Now I have to grow out one side of my hair out again, trim the other side so it doesn't look ridiculous, and now I have to brush my hair to the opposite until it grows out. I will never be going back there again.

This was my second visit. I came and got a layered haircut that josh and Sloane did a amazing job! Once completing my wash a lady walked me to my chair and I fell HARD! Slipping my hair that was covered the floor. Today is the following day and my hip is in unbearable pain. I landed on the marble flooring on my hip. Other me falling and making a complete mess of myself they do have great customer service and wonder techniques

I love this place. Genevieve is my hair stylist. She truly cares about what i needs & want for a hair style with the finished result always exceeding my expectation, as well as helping me pick out the best product for my hair. The atmosphere at 3 thirteen is the best i have experienced at a salon. It's a clean, relaxed, judgement free place with such diversity. I live 1 1/2 hours away & this is the only place i will go to have my hair done. Well worth the drive. Check it out, you wont be disappointed.

If you are contemplating visiting Three-13, do it. I usually don't write reviews, but the incredible service I received here convinced me to. I was very nervous to visit at first (I hadn't been to many salons in the past, and my hair was looking a mess), but each of the professionals here greeted me with a smile and were incredibly friendly. I had Christian cut and style my hair, and they did phenomenally. They took into account my hair type and made suggestions based off of what style I wanted, and I was beyond happy with the turnout! Afterwards, I decided to get my hair coloured and was taken care of by the colour specialist, Jennifer. She was incredible! I'm typically shy and a bit quiet, but she kept me engaged in friendly conversation while also doing an amazing job on my colour! I will definitely be visiting again, and I've already told my family members and friends to go as well. The price-point is very affordable, and based off of the professionalism of the stylists and workers here, you are getting a great deal!

I have been coming to see Virginia for quite some time now. She is wonderful, and always interprets the hairstyle I am looking for perfectly. I recently had my hair lightened and colored for the first time at Three-13. I normally do it myself, but was looking for something I knew I wasn't capable of pulling off at home. I made an appointment with Pierce, and like Virginia, he was able to bring my vision to life. He was amazing! He listened to what I wanted, but also realistically explained what was and wasn't possible. He explained everything step by step and took great care with my hair. I will definitely keep coming back. I have been beyond satisfied every time I visit. Thanks Pierce and Virginia!!

First off I'd like to state that yes I do work here but I'd like to relate to the fact I get all my services done here and for good reason (I'm incredibly picky!!) There was once a time when I didn't get my hair cut for about 2 years ( I have curly thick hair that shouldn't be allowed to get that long untamed). I couldn't find anyone I trusted around the area I was new to it for the most part, and my tasted we getting very particular. I found several stylist in this salon that give me a wonderful haircut, talk to me about all the ways we can groom my wild hair, and give me pleasant small talk! Natasha is one of my all time favorites, the way she can wield a pair of scissors or create detail line work in my hair is beautiful. She has an eye and all my haircut even grow out perfectly! She can get a feel for how my hair will start to go wild and grow out and keep it looking good even into week 3 or 4 ( I almost need one ever week and a half*) I currently see Chase because he works a schedule that works with mine now and he's amazing as well! I love his style and his creative mind. I've seen so many others too and never been scared to, after having talk my fears, out let them take care of me! And my eye brows have never looked better and have never been treated with more care then here! My first ever waxing was when I was 12 and this lady put really hot wax around my entire eyebrow circle the whole shape and pulled it all off in one motion (I cried) and she removed half of it, which having thick eyebrows wasn't that big of a deal, but left me with less options. I always get great service with my eyebrows. I tell any one that works here exactly what I want and lay back! Over all this salon does value service and education first and you can feel it!

Front desk is a nightmare. Duplicate calls for the same reason, scheduling issues, I walk in for my appointment after getting a confirmation call, the girl at the front desk greets me and tells me I'm all checked in. 20 minutes later, I'm told my stylist isn't even on the schedule for the day and isn't there. Pretty salon, stylists seem fine, but I was warned by to deal directly with the stylists using personal cell phone numbers and I didn't take it seriously. They did call to apologize and offer a complimentary service, but I turned it down. Something must have happened on a management level because for a place with so many stars, the salon was empty.

I've been going here for 10 years. My colorist, Josh always does exactly what I want and keeps me looking fresh and young. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The technicians are all specialists and really know what they are doing. The spa is delightful and quiet.

SHOUTOUT to Deanna. I’m always nervous to get my hair cut because for some reason every time I do I’m never happy with it afterwards. Today I decided to get my hair cut here while my girlfriend was getting her hair dyed. Both of us at extremely happy with how our hair turned out. Not only am I happy with my hair after getting it cut for the first time in my entire life, everyone her is super nice and accommodating. Just definitely made a new customer and I’ll be coming back for sure. Big shoutout to the woman that cut my hair, Deanna is awesome and super nice. I moved to Georgia a year ago! I have had only one person ever cut/color my hair! I have not had anything done to my hair in over a year! I was scared to death to let anyone touch my hair! Charlie colored my hair and I must say she did an amazing job! But most of all she took the time to reassure me it would be ok! Charlie was amazing! Then it was on to cutting it! My daughter loves you going to this place to have her hair cut. They are knowledgeable and understand what you are wanting to do with your hair. The only problem we had was when the stylist got a little bit of an attitude about the fact that my daughter wanted to color her hair with a box coloring instead of getting her hair colored there. By the way it did take two boxes of hair color but it turned out great.

I love this place and always look forward to my appointments! It's a nice touch getting the complimentary paraffin hand wax treatment and shoulder massage during the shampoo and conditioning. The staff is always attentive and courteous whether scheduling an appointment or checking out. I've been going to Christian for a while, who always does an amazing job with my hair. I always leave feeling so much better!

The management here is awful. They treat their employees like dirt. Also cleanliness is a huge issue here. Some days the cleaning crew doesn't even show up or leaves the front doors unlocked. Honestly I think there's a plethora of better salons in a 5 mile radius. They verbally abuse their employees and pay them way less than what they deserve. Also their hair products are WAY outdated. Not to discredit their employees which for the most part are very talented and good at what they do. Management is just pathetic and the employees deserve MUCH more than what they are given. Maybe its called Three13 because only 3 out of thirteen hires stay? Or maybe its because only 3 out of 13 people are return customers? Anyways who knows. I wouldn't recommend this place if you care about how people treat one another and sincerity towards your care as well.

When I went from brunette to platinum, she worked for two days until I was totally happy with the ashy tone and never made me feel bad about it! She's the only person I trust with my color now! The rest of the staff at Three-13 are professional and really nice. It's nice knowing that they receive frequent seminars and trainings too.

Ive been going here for years for cuts and colors, never ever had an issue, until yesterday. I made an appt for a hair cut with a "Rising Star" die to my normal hair dressers being off on Sunday, cool, Ive been down this road many times. I brought 12 picutes on my phone to show her some idea, while I did ask for her input some as well. Hopeless. Mind you I have a med mohawk, literally less than half a head of hair, and I JUST want it trimmed with some sort of shape to grow out, just needs to look better than this. 1 out of the 12 pics I brought was to show what I did NOT want, well, that 1 pic is what she latched on to, all but insisting my hair needed to be chopped and layered like almost to my scalp. After attempting to explain my texture of hair and how super shorty hair will NOT work, my hair will ONLY frizz, she was uninterested. I was asked, as Im in the chair, soaking wet hair, after showing the pics and explaining what I did/dis not want, she told me to get online and look for more pics. Now Im sitting in her chair, once again trying to show a aimple pic of hair thats SOMEWHAT shorter than mine, not quite sure why that waa difficult to underatand, and she is being incredibly rude, I put my phone up, took my towel off and got up. There was absolutely NO WAY. I was going to let this very rude chick dice my hair. If she couldnt do it becaise a simple trim is outside of her scope, she could have simply said so, and NOT try to bully me into a 1.5 inch pixie cut that looks like total trash. I had a shampoo treatment, along with my daughter, no cut, walked out with wet messed up hair, AND PAID 56$ FOR THIS EXPERIENCE. Not to mention, it was my 40th bday and I JUST wanted a dang trim. Never ever again. Your hairdressers getting rude and loud and bulling clients is unacceptable, period.

Horrible! I went to this salon this weekend to get color done. I have heard many great things and was really excited. My colorist was very nice but I don't understand why they charge a lot extra just to dry your hair after color is done!! You can't even fully see the results til your hair is dry!! They hand you a little hand held mirror to look at for a second while hair is still dripping wet and that's it!! When I got home & dried my hair myself I was so disappointed!! My hair was very patchy, not the color I was expecting and you could still see my roots in spots!!! For what they charged me I really expected better!! I have been to other salons, got my hair colored, dried and styled for much less!! When I spoke with someone on the phone about this I was just told "oh well, have a nice day" and hung up on! Ridiculous!!!!! I will never go to this salon ever again!

Great place to get your "pamper on" :) I wish it was not so expensive so that I could get pampered more. Love, love, love my stylist and if it were not for her I most likely would not give 5 stars. They have huge issues scheduling, massive turnovers and it is hit or miss whether you get someone that smiles when you check out. Last girl seemed like she hated life so matter how much I tried to make her smile was not going to happen. I left with a smile becasue like I said, my stylist is 5 stars!

I am terrified of haircuts, and sadly, this one has left me just as depressed as most have. I should have just driven across town to Claiborne's salon where I used to get my hair cut before we moved, but this one was so conveniently close to our new house. Everyone was very nice and friendly. I can't complain about that. It's just that the 5-6 inches I talked about taking off with my stylist is now 9 inches. I measured when I got home. It was supposed to be "well below the bra strap," but it is exactly even with the bra strap. The layers are also uneven on the two sides, and there is a noticeable layer on the left that just doesn't exist on the right. It's not the worst haircut I've ever had, but it's not what I was dreaming of. I am just so sad I can't stop crying, but admittedly that part I am sure has a lot to do with my pregnancy hormones. I know it will grow out those 3-4 missing inches in like 4 or so months, but I have my very first ever gender reveal party for our baby on Saturday, and I am just heartbroken my hair is going to look like this for those pictures. It just looks like a mess to me. I don't know what to do. And I am supposed to go get my hair colored tomorrow, but now I am terrified...my trust is obliterated. Sigh. And this was supposedly a "9-year" tech, too. I know they have a 2 week happiness guarantee, but I am terrified to let them cut anymore off!!! It's already so short, and really thin at the ends. All in all, I can't really recommend this place.

Service is great. They give you a shampoo, small massage, and parafin dip with each cut. Its nice because they have award winning stylists. They have cappuccino and other beverages after your shampoo. The price isn't too bad. The only thing is the decor is so old. Its gaudy, they can do much better. Its looks like 1993 decorated desperetaly trying to pull out of the 80's. There are lines of plastic gems glued to the walls crooked. Metallic sponge painting. 20 of the same mirrored statues in the same pose scattered throughout the place. It looks like a bad copy and paste job. Its screaming for an update. At least its not all black, red, and grey or white. They have a good space, it just needs to look like grandma didn't decorate and the place would be perfect.

I went to see a Master Designer with experience in color blending with 2 pictures of very blonde hair. I walked out with a blended look but it was light brown - not blonde. I went back and asked if he could just lighten it up a bit, but what I got was this streaky 90’s look. Eeek!! (See pic attached) They offered to let me come back a 3rd time but, at this point, I just don’t know if it will do any good. Really disappointed.

I walked in having absolutly no idea what hair cut I wanted or needed and I walked out with a cut that made me feel attractive and like I came to the right place to get a professional cut. I have had great experiences at Three 13. I love the atmosphere, it is hip but also very relaxing. When I get my haircut and look forward to it all day. After a long day, I get a relaxing shampoo, and even a scalp massage. Brandi cuts my hair and she is very gentle and really listens to me each time I come in. Thank you guys very much!

Never going back here. This place is highly over expensive and the haircuts I receive were subpar every time. They do not discount haircuts if you get color and they charge extra to blow dry your hair so half the time when you leave your hair wet you can’t see the issues or mistakes that the stylists made. Why should your customers have to pay for a blow dry???? Your money hungry obviously and I was expecting my hair to be amazing for the outrageous prices you all charge. Will never return **Update they reply saying they have contacted me “several” times and they have called once and I have the phone records to prove otherwise so lying just shows how unprofessional your practice is lol Also they mention that they have stylists at different levels trying to say that I might have not chosen a higher level stylist when I always chosen a Master Stylist and a master hair color stylist and have never paid less than $75 for a hair cut and the last time I walked out of there having to pay over $300 when all I got was a partial hi-lite and one color for underneath.

WAY TOO PRICEY!! For my 8th grade formal dance, I wanted to get my hair done and my mom had a gift card here so we decided to come here. Customer service was awesome and the lady who did my hair, Haven was very nice and did my hair just how i’d asked and it looked way better than i pictured, however, we got up to the front desk and hearing them say it was $100 blew my mind. I went with a very simple hair style that only took about 20 minutes. When my mom called 3-13, she specifically told them she wanted the $40 appointment (the cheapest) with a level one stylist because i was going with a very simple and easy to do hairstyle (curls and a french braid at the top). Not gonna lie, my hair looked great, but $100 is absolutely ridiculous for a simple hairstyle considering we asked for the level 1 stylist and they gave us the more expensive appointment and my mom forgot to bring the gift card with us even though that is on us, but we did have to fully pay $100 for my hair. I will not be visiting here again.

I have been going to this salon on and off since high school (so more than a decade ago). One of the reasons I keep going back is the consistency in the service I receive no matter who cuts or colors my hair. I have also been happy with my nail and eyebrow services there as well. I will say that the higher level hairdressers are worth what you pay if you are looking for a very specific or special type of haircut/style. I have tried cheaper places and they just can't get my cuts right. Plus who doesn't love to get the hand treatment and a neck massage!

I go to see Kate in the spa department. She is perfection at finding the perfect color match. Who knew there would be so many shades of "pale pink" all of which weren't what I was picturing for my wedding. She was able to combine 2 different pinks to achieve that perfect look! She also gives great massages and facials! Do your self a favor and just treat yourself to a spa day with Kate!

This 1 star is for the stylist(I dont want to mention her name) who did my haircut on 31st December and not the salon. I have been to this salon a couple of times before, and also taken friends along to get some treatments done. But the last time I went in I did not receive the haircut I wanted and not even the service that's always given my other people in the salon. Have you'll stopped offering/giving the complimentary treatment for hands or mini facials? I had grown my hair for about 5-6months, and I thought 31st December would be a great day to get a great haircut not just for the new year's celebration but also to start a new year with a fresh new look. I went in to get haircut with layers at the back n front. So as I walked the stylist asked what I wanted,and I mentioned her layers and to cut extra so we can get rid of the split ends. So without washing my hair first she started cutting them, I thought she must be comfortable cutting them dry. So in 10-15 mins haircut was done. I asked her to further shorten the front hair as she had not touched them. Then she washed my hair and dried them. I expected to get a good blow dry but she just straightened and dried them out with a dryer. When she gave me the mirror to see the back ,I could only see 1 layer/step extra layer of hair. I asked her if she could please cut more layers/steps as it was looking like someone just held the hair and chopped them in one line. So she starts picking chunks n cutting and we were done in 5 mins. I am glad I took pictures before the haircut to prove my point, and after leaving the salon I took a front shot,but I was so disappointed that I didn't feel like taking more pictures and sharing with anyone. So the 1 star is for the stylist who did my haircut. Even though she was from the tier 1, she had 2 years of experience, so I expected much more from what I got. I am not sure the lack of staff that day, or that I was going to use a birthday coupon that I got such a treatment. And I am sure I did not hung up your call, as my voicemail is working. The calm must have just dropped or cut off.

Took my daughter here for prom to get hair and makeup up done. The lady who did her make up didn't listen to any requests we had and did her own thing, it left my daughter in tears. The management was very pleasant to speak to and had another make up artist fix her make up, and I was pleased with her kindness. Her hair cost 90 bucks to get styled, and also ended up nothing like the picture my daughter showed her. She wanted an up-dew ( spelling) and came out with a low pony tail pinned up into a low bun. I'm not a professional hair stylist, but it was something I could have done at home for free. We were running late already from the make up mishap, so it wasn't worth mentioning. I do suggest that if you have a problem with any of their services to bring it to their attention, they will try to make you happy. However, on this day, I felt like as clients we were just another number. They seemed to be way over booked and didn't care to take the time to listen to make these young girls happy. We probably won't be using them again, but again, I know that they really want to make you happy, but it would take you having the time to complain. I personally don't like to complain. I'm giving a 3 star and the 3 stars go completely to the management that helped us. I can't justify giving any more stars, because I'm a stickler for doing things right the first time with the occasional mistake, but I'm convinced on this particular day most of the stylist were only trying to do as many clients as possible for money, which I'm sure is normal during prom season.

Coming to this place for a while (6 years) of and on. Sometimes I'm happy other times meh. All in all the work is good regardless. This last time I left feeling amazing! I came in for a consultation and haircut with zero expectations. Talking with the colorist I discovered what hair cut I wanted and was able to get color the same day! After the cut and color I had the choice of getting a blowout. Yes I agree paying so much for a cut should include a blowout and usually does. However in my case, the person cutting my hair left before the color was finished. I certainly wouldn't expect anothee stylist to do my blowout for free for that reason. It's their business model take it or leave it. I took it and was not disappointed. This time I left feeeling great ! Color: Shannon Cut: Collie Blow-dry: Abby I've only had one hair snafu in all the years I've been coming here. That was probably due to the fact that I didn't get the color refresh done by the same person that colored it. I'm still not sure what happened. Language barrier + toner. Either way they offered to fix it and partially charge me for the rest to get it fully redone by the original person. I agreed, why should someone not be paid for their time when another person messed up their work? Devin was a trooper and fixed my hair.

I have been coming to 313 for MANY years! Even as a young child my Mamaw took me to get my first “perm” when it was called Super Hair. (Yea, I’m showing my age). The faces are familiar and everyone speaks when I come in, Ive basically grown up coming in and out of the salon for countless services. Needless to say, I’ve seen lots and lots of stylists but without a doubt I can honestly say Charlie has been the best! From the first day I sat in her seat, she took the time (and usually extra) to make sure she was understanding exactly what i wanted, even in my crazy hair request days. With her years of coloring experience, it’s almost like she reads my mind and knows exactly what I want. She keeps herself focused and professional in an extremely hectic environment while also making me feel like I’m the only client she has. She also has a vast knowledge of the various products and I’ve never been disappointed in anything she has recommended. Once again, on Friday, she went over and beyond my expectations as I am in love with this “darker side” she mixed in the lab lol. Highly recommend Charlie! Much love!!!

The first 3 or 4 visits were great. The last one was... Well it was the last one. Positive notes are that they are very courteous to you from the moment you walk in. I get my hair washed and a nice scalp massage. The hair cut is efficient and the stylist is pleasant. The negative side was with my most recent visit in where I had an appointment at 12, got my hair washed, and then sat on a bench and told that my stylist would be with me shortly. I noticed though as I was being seated that she was with another customer who had a ton of hair and didn't look anywhere near done. I sat there for 20 minutes but eventually just ran out of time knowing how long my own cut would take. I went to the front counter and said that I couldn't wait around any longer and just wanted to pay for what was completed. The lady there said there was no charge for hair washing and asked if I'd like to leave a tip. I said no and left. That was it. No communication later in the day. Anyhow I realize that things may have gotten busy for that particular stylist and a woman's styling is probably going to bring in more money than a men's cut, so it was a calculated business decision. Had anyone just been upfront about the situation, things may be different in this review. However the lack of accountability in addition to the fact that I go places that I can make appointments for the specifc reason of fitting things into my day, I can't bring myself to go back to or suggest this place.

Well, my visit started out pretty good. I needed to get the yellow tones out of my hair after I tried to get it blonde at home. Got a great cut from one person, then had some foils put in by another person and her assistant washed, conditioned and gave me a scalp massage. I was then told I would go to another person for the finishing (blow out and styled). Now so far I’m good BUT I sit down and the last lady starts fluffing my hair and says hold on a minute and goes to get the manager....I am then told that I have lice! WHAT?? How with all the chemicals that have been in my hair this week and why didnt the other three stylist see this???No answer to that but they can not finish my hair but here is the bill...which I pay quickly and rush out to my car in total embarrassment. I go immediately to a MEDICAL professional and he says nope this is not lice your roots are just showing and your hair is damaged and the little fly away things are actually hair pieces. When I get home we call and speak to the manager who states that she and two other hairstylist know better and they stick by it being lice. We tried to explain that I had bleached my hair out a week before and the black specks they were seeing were the root (my hair grows very fast) but nope not hearing it....ALL I wanted was an apology for the total embarrassment but nope!

Bree and Cat were great. I like that they have levels of service because people with complex hair need a more experienced professional. I do think they should warn you of the prices when you book though. I started going there because I was going to get a basic haircut at Great Clips and it was $18. For a Rising Star at Three-13 I can get a consistently awesome haircut for about $25. One time I forgot to ask the level though and it cost me $59 for the same awesome haircut that cost $25 last time. Some folks need $59 haircuts I'm just not that girl. Overall I love the place. The customer service is great!

Nightmare probably one of the worst Salons I have ever been to. I will never go back. I had to have my hair re done 3 different times. And a manager was not notified that I was unhappy until I asked for one on my third visit. When I got sick of there snobby rude attitudes. I paid close to $300 for my hair to be colored,and styled. Not worth it. On my third visit I still did not love it it was just OK. The facility is big but is ran like an assembly line in a food processing plant. I was there for more than 5 hours 2 out of the 3 times I was there. I also had to be moved to a whole separate part of the building after my color was done with soaking wet hair to have my hair blow dried and styled which I had to wait 30 minutes to get done even thou I scheduled it when I booked my appointment. And I had to pay for this service. Where at every other salon this would be complimentary when you are getting your hair colored. They also had to up charge me after 30 minutes of waiting because the stylist that was suppose to finish my hair was busy and it was going to be longer before she could get to me. They had to put me with another stylist on a higher level and she cost more. So instead of doing it complimentary because it took them so long to do my hair they charged me. Then on my last visit this part of the process was suppose to be complimentary by the manger. The girl that was suppose to do it blow dried it then told me I could wait to have it styled but she had another appointment show up and basically pushed me aside for her appointment. The staff is also very snobby and not friendly. Then to try to make up for the three times I had to come back they gave me a gift certificate for a facial which was still going to cost me $25. Ridiculous. This place is a joke. And a rip off. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I've tried this salon on five different occasions. The first two times were excellent. The first time was just a style and make-up. The second time, I had it dyed and cut, great work. The third time I had it dyed and cut... the color washed out after a week and cost me $100 because I was charged for extra dye. It was rush job. The cut was great. I said whatever, maybe something happened with the chemicals. The fourth time, I took my mother for a spa day. First off, my stylist didn't show because of the snow storm. Second, i was placed with a guy who clearly did not want a client. He did a half ass job and only cut half of my hair. Then the woman that did my eyebrows, did a rush job so she could leave and left me with uneven eyebrows. My mother had a great massage and facial, but a horrible manicure/pedicure. Her hands were bruised up and the woman cut the nails too far down so it was painful for her to handle anything. When they called her to check on her first experience, she told them neither of us were happy...and they hung up and never called back. This fifth time, TODAY, I was brought there by my sister as a birthday present/bon voyage gift (I leave for Germany on Thursday WITH A HORRID HAIRCUT). I came armed with pictures and vision...and that did nothing. My hair is cut 3 inches too short, when I asked for many layers, I got a pixie cut in the back (not what I asked for), and my hair is dense, but no weight was taken off. When I left the chair, he had straightened it, so hey, I'll give it a chance even though it's not what I asked for. But then I notice I'm covered in hair, like down my shirt, in my bra, I looked like wolfman. So I have to shower, and low-and-behold, I now look like a poodle... No amount of product I put in it makes it look good. So yea, I would recommend finding a place where there's more consistency and the people listen to what you want.

I will give them no stars if I could! Their floor is very slippery and as I was walking to the restroom I slipped and fell. I was very hurt and the manager came to me and started blaming me. Asking if I was under the influence and that it was my fault and that they’re not liable. I never even wanted to speak with anyone or even made it a big deal. They yelled at me in front of other customers blaming me! the management is complete unprofessional on the way that they handled the situation. I’ve been in customer service for 15 years and never would I blame a customer and call her out in front of other customers and say that they’re under the influence of alcohol because I slipped and fell. I will never turn theirServices are pretty good there but if you slip or have an accident. They will make a scene and go as far as they can to make everyone know its wasn’t 313 fault. Josh Langley does an amazing job and you should totally use him if you're in the market for color. He's especially good with the fun and bright colors. I'm absolutely heartbroken over my hair after leaving the salon 5 days ago. I did my research via the salon website and carefully chose Georgia as my colorist, being that she is supposedly one of the most esteemed and experienced of the staff. I spent 7 hours in her chair and paid $380 after gratuity. I cry every time I look in the mirror or touch my hair. The degree of damage done is truly astounding and deeply disturbing. I couldn't have done a worse job myself with Clorox bleach. I was 100% honest with her about everything previously done to my hair... I had colored it black with loreal box dye twice in the last year. I never use heat, chemicals, or anything else to style my hair. I came to the salon with it in beautiful smooth and healthy condition needing only a color correction (light-medium brown). After being processed at this salon, my now orange & brass colored hair (which I have done the follow-up care for as instructed) looks as if I've been struck by lightning and feels like straw. The only thing I can think to do it cut it all off because it truly is beyond repair. I can't express how depressed I am... my baby shower for my first born child is in one week and I will now look like Frankenstein in all of the pictures of one of the most memorable milestone events of my life. If my experience is at all indicative of her body of work as a whole, her poor sweet intern is being tragically mislead. Georgia seems like a sweet person and I enjoyed talking with her, but my self esteem and faith in the so-called professionals this salon employs are both destroyed. I hate to generalize the whole establishment, but I wouldn't be able to sleep if I didn't tell somebody to rethink a visit here if I overheard them planning one. I've contemplated asking for a cut or conditioning treatment to help make up for some of the inconvenience my wallet and hair have been hit with, but I think I might be sick if I ever even pulled into the parking lot again. After reading other negative reviews, I am feeling especially disheartened since the only responses from the owner are defending the staff and justifying unsatisfactory work by saying clients haven't responded to phone calls or that there is no record of them in their database. I've never left a bad review or even asked to speak to a manager in my life, but this was too much to keep to myself.

Not only does she have a fantastic personality but her skill set is tough to beat. I get so many compliments on my lashes and can't live without them now. If you are thinking about getting them done I highly recommend seeing her. Super talented! Christian is also amazing. He does my hair and we are in the talks for extensions.

UPDATE: Management has been absolutely wonderful, and so has Tracy, in making things right after another stylist chopped off 8 inches of my hair. They have both put so much time and effort into fixing the situation for me!! I feel I can change my 1 star review to a 5 star review because 313 sincerely cares about its clientele's satisfaction and ensuring that their work is of the highest quality! The director of operations personally took time out to meet with myself, and Tracy, to come up with a plan to help my hair grow back out in the quickest, most healthy, way possible, and has kept in touch with me about my satisfaction with the steps being taken. While yes I did have a bad experience with one stylist, I can confidently say the salon as a whole has impressively high standards!! They reached far beyond my expectations in correcting my poor experience!! :) My first experience at 313 was absolutely amazing. Tracy really knew how to cut very long hair, and only cut off a few inches to preserve the length but also remove split ends. She was informative, sweet, and a lovely woman to talk to! My second experience has been a nightmare. Don't get me wrong, all the staff is courteous. But I literally said "I need my hair trimmed" and "I want to preserve as much length as possible, but I understand if you have to cut 2 to 3 inches for it to be healthy"(as Tracy had done). When I dried my hair I discovered my waist length hair was "trimmed" EIGHT INCHES(I measured), the stylist also put the layers back in my hair, which I did not ever ask her to do nor did she ask me if I wanted them back....she had told me "I cleaned up your layers", when really she cut the layers back all the way above my shoulders! Hopefully I will be able to change this one star review once I go back in next week to show them, but I am doubtful since my hair cannot be given back to me. My waist length hair was a great source of pride for me. I am absolutely heartbroken over the loss of my beautiful hair....

My first visit here and it was completely amazing. I wish I could remember every bodies name that pampered me but I can only remember 2. Josh, he did a wonderful job with the colors I had put in. Brittni, she did my hair wash and a scalp and back massage. I also had some who did my cut and another who did my eyebrows. I had a very positive and friendly experience and I am pleased with the outcome. I don't live here but if I get a chance to come back I will for sure come to you guys for my touchups. Thank you

I decided to try this place for the first time today. I have ridiculous thick, coarse, porous curly hair. Typically, trying a new salon is cause for anxiety. Also, usually at the end of the visit the best I can hope for is "It came out pretty good." Let me just say... for the second time in at least 8 years, not only am I happy, but EXCITED!! I absolutely LOVE this haircut. Erin was an absolute dream. She listened, she made suggestions and most importantly she knew how to cut crazy, unmanageable, curly hair. The salon is great. The new customer "awards" are great, the FREE paraffin hand treatment was great, the product selection was great, the stylist was great. I can not possibly rave enough about Erin or the salon. Also, I'm used to paying an insane amount to simply guarantee that I won't hate the result. The price was way less than I'm used to as well. I have found my new GA go too! And if it ever means traveling here, so be it!!
