After living in the Atlanta area for years and trying every salon for a great haircut (from Aveda to mom & pop places) I stumbled on Intrigue Salon when I saw the name 'Arrojo' on the outside. No, not THE Arrojo from 'What Not To Wear'! I loved his haircuts and wanted one, too! I now see JT and she is the BEST! She knows how to give a great haircut and is so friendly and easy to talk to. BEST salon ever!

I've been an Intrigue customer for more than 11 years. My stylist of 10 years moved to FL, so I changed over to one of her many wonderful proteges from over the years. Anna is excellent and I couldn't be happier! At my last appointment, I was due for partial highlights and color. She looked me over and advised we skip the highlights until next time because they still looked good. She didn't want to do it just to do it! I so appreciate her honesty and guidance with my hair AND how my money is spent. I can't recommend Intrigue OR Anna enough. I'm a lifelong customer.

I don't normally feel the need to write reviews unless my experience was unusually good. However, the treatment that I received in this salon was absolutely not worth the seventy dollar haircut. The stylist was cold, and seemed much more interested in joking around with the other stylists than with focusing on my hair. She cut off much more than I had asked her to initially, and all the while kept outright scolding me for even minutely adjusting the position of my neck. I had been to the salon before and had a great experience. However, I can say for certain that I absolutely will not be back. I had saved money for a haircut, I am in college, and I feel as though I could have done much better elsewhere.

I’ve been consistently disappointed as of late w the service at this salon. I’ve had to wait a minimum of 20-30 minutes after arriving on time for my appointment without receiving a text message or a quick call that the stylist is running late. Latest issue is time and quality of haircut. i find it is seriously disrespectful of my time. I’ve attempted to provide feedback in their survey, but guess What it doesn’t work

I have been coming to this salon for years. I quit it last month. I just feel that most of the stylists have such diva attitudes. I wasn't being listened to after years of going there. I switched salons and got exactly what I had been wasting my time and money on for over a year. I kept going back for loyalty. My loyalty ends with your primadonna attitude and continuing to stay in neutral and not even try to tune into what I want and what I am paying for and all that with an attitude. Their customer service has declined rapidly. I do not know who they hire at the front desk and there's an older woman who is incredibly rude. This review is a month overdue and I have meant to write it for awhile, especially since my new salon is so amazing. I'm angry for staying there as long as I did, 7 years and 2 years too long, quite honestly.

I've been to many salons but have hit the jackpot with Intrigue. I have difficult hair but Ally made it look shiny and worked with me to change things up over the 5 years I saw her. When my schedule changed I had to leave Ally but Davenport has stepped right in. They are always friendly, ready with a hot or cold drink - and Davenport gives the BEST shampoo massage in the world!! I've recommended them to a few friends and all have been thoroughly satisfied. They aren't cheap, but not pretentious in their pricing, plus they'll work with you to find the right priced stylist if that is an issue. I love the text and email reminders, and am very pleased with my overall experience.

Appointment was right on time, the front desk staff were friendly and the facility was very clean. I had a great experience here with Amber, I had a vague idea of what I wanted and she listened closely and gave me a beautiful cut, asking me questions along the way to make sure we were on the same page. She was very sweet to my wiggly 3 year old who was along for the appointment. I would highly recommend Intrigue and Amber and will be a returning customer.

The salon girls change constantly and theres never the same person when you book Records are not accurate on previous color, so its,hard to jump from one stylist to the next I dont think the price is worth the service

Lacy is a Fabulous colorist and stylist.. she totally Rocks! A lady in Publix stopped me to ask where I got my hair done as the color was SOooo beautiful. I rarely trust anyone with my hair and decided to come here because it was near my house. I had visited this salon 5 months ago. I think you have to “look rich” In order to feel welcomed at this salon because that was the treatment that I was not getting. The woman who did my hair immediately gave me a feeling that I was being judged and I don’t know why. As I was saying, I don’t trust people with my hair and the woman rushed through my haircut, making it look choppy and horribly uneven. After the cut, she put bleach in my hair and I watched her cut, color, and rinse another client who came in an hour after My appointment but was finished before I was rinsed. She kept adding products to my hair without telling me that she was charging me for them. When it was time to pay, the bill was $275???Outrageous for the quality that was received. I’m a college student and wanted to treat myself. Instead of feeling pretty after my color and cut, I walked out with regret and disappointment. I do not recommend this salon. I can’t remember the “10 years experienced” stylist’s name. Maybe it wasn’t her day.

Being a guy; 'I'm usually not comfortable in a "salon" vs. an old fashioned "barber shop". The staff and management at Intrigue are so friendly and professional that they quickly put me at ease. The quality of the services and attention to detail at this business is outstanding. I was also impressed to learn that the owner converted an abandoned service station and converted it to a beautiful "green" building. I'll be back...

I haven't been this happy with a salon and stylist in years. I started coming a little over a year ago as I was looking for a Goldwell salon. I am a redhead and requested a stylist who was strong with red color. I was set up with Rose and couldn't have asked for more. She does an amazing job with my color (I get at least 2-3 compliments per week from strangers on my color) but does a great job with my cuts as well. I have now referred 3 of my friends who are now Rose clients. I also love that late evening appointments are available. I am not a fan of spending part of my Saturday at a salon so I am able to schedule a 6:00 or 6:30 p.m. appointment during the week.

For 8 months, I've been trying to go from brown hair to blonde. I've been to two other salons and seen 3 different stylists, and it hadn't been achieved, until today. I went into Intrigue and met with Amy. We went over my hair history and she got to work. 3 hours later, I have beautiful blonde hair! She is absolutely brilliant!

It is always so nice to be welcomed by very friendly and kind people at the desk when I come into the Salon. First impressions do count. I appreciate their smiles and helpfulness, as well. John always makes the "Salon Experience" a fun time and he always does great work with the scissors!!! One very important thing about John is that he listens to what my thoughts are on my hair. He does not dismiss my comments. And he always gives good advice re: types of hair treatments and products. Intrigue Salon never disappoints. The staff is always super friendly and happy to help you with any questions. I have seen multiple stylists at the salon and have been impressed by each of them. It is apparent that Intrigue develops top-notch stylists and colorists. Knowing that they are proponents of ongoing education is great! The stylists are ahead of the curve when it comes to trends in hair cut, color, styling and care.

After having my Buckhead colorist do corrections two out of the last three times I had highlights, I finally ventured elsewhere. Rave reviews from a friend convinced me to head OTP for Katie at Intrigue. She was patient with my salon PTSD and incredibly knowledgeable about next steps. My color finally looks natural and beautifully compliments my skin tone. Best yet, I feel so pretty!

I have never experienced something so absolutely ridiculous in my life. I drove two hours to get a simple highlight with Collee Frome and the whole time she passively insulted and ridiculed me. The amount of immaturity and unprofessionalism I experienced was unacceptable. She made me feel like I was wasting her time and even recommended me to go to another hair stylist to pass me along to. She didn't even dye my hair because she said she couldn't give me what I wanted. How does a professional hairstylist not know how to correctly dye hair and give their client what they want? Never will I ever see this rude and unexperienced lady again. A complete waste of my time.

I have loved absolutely this place for years! The atmosphere is stylish and my stylist Elizabeth, well, I can’t say enough good things about her! I drive two hours one way to get my hair done by her. ( that should tell you something). Sometimes I tell her just to do whatever and “make it cute” and I’ve not been disappointed one time! I love a stylist who is a perfectionist about the way she does hair and Elizabeth is all that and then some. You will not be dissatisfied with Intrigue.

I went to this salon about 6 months ago. I was really happy with what she was planning to do and the price. Long story short, she only dyed my roots without highlights. When I asked about it she said you'll have to come back and pay for them without the deal. She gave me two other stylists cards and said that she gets busy. She then ran over to her next client and hugged them. Really nice place though and I liked the products used.

I have some serious cowlicks on my head. My hair never wants to cooperate with a stylists ambitions. This has typically left me with the same haircut for most of my life. Not a bad one, but not something I was particularly crazy about. I went in and happened upon J.T. as my stylist. From the first cut, I have been ecstatic with her style choices and her service. She works with what God gave me, and I have never been happier with a stylist. If you're looking for a new salon, definitely try this place.
