I just finished my bleaching and they were all so nice! It was a relaxing experience and they gave me exactly what I asked for! It was my first major changed with my hair, and I'm glad it was so wonderful!

I love going here! The atmosphere is relaxing and peaceful. The stylists are all amazing! I love to go to Kellie she does a wonderful job. I've been going to her for almost a year. I have always felt great coming out of this salon. The complements that I recieve about my hair are always positive. Continue the beautiful work ladies! You truly have talent.

I don't even know where to start. They SAVED a bad bayalage that I had done from another inexperienced salon. They were so knowledgeable, upfront, comforting and obviously experienced in the art of hair. Their salon is a relaxing and comfortable environment with a wonderful view of the water. They went over and above for me when the salon owner at the other place refused to fix his stylist's mistakes. I am counting down the days until my next session at Roots!

Had a haircut. Worst haircut I've received. It is uneven in the back and front has layers that are in blocks and do not flow. Will have to get it fixed but not there.

In the beginning, the first service was spectacular. After we returned from our honeymoon, my wife made more appointments for cutting / color / styling etc. It was never up to par with the first experience. In fact the stylist ended up bleaching my wife’s hair to a point that we have spend hundreds and hundreds of dollars in other places trying to repair the damage that Andrea caused to my wife’s hair. It has been over a year since the last appointment and it will be more years, I’m guessing before my wife’s hair will grow out and come back to the strength and quality it was before this salon. Granted there was other color and processing done prior to Andrea’s involvement. However, that was why we returned because she was going to fix the color issues. Unfortunately, her attempt and intent was good hearted. However... just ended up ruining my wife’s hair from about 4-5 inches in length to the very ends of all of her hair. I’m leaving 2 stars because the first time was great but the follow up appointments were a disaster.

Had my first appointment with Klysty today. She fixed another salons mess they made of my hair. The place is awesome. Staff is super friendly and nice. Chairs are very comfortable. I am thrilled with the results today and will be going back there from now on.
