I went once and NEVER went back! She ripped through my natural hair with a rat tail comb! I'd never seen so much of my hair in a comb! I felt the urge to stop her right then and leave but I wanted to trust her as "The Queen of Roots." Bad idea. Her attitude was, at best, "tired;" not warm or welcoming at all for a first time client. I was her last appointment so it was almost like she just needed to get me done and out, no matter the outcome of my hair. I left with box twists, loose on the ends, lookin like an eight y/o girl! AND SHE IS NOT REASONABLY PRICED! So, because I'd paid for it, I felt compelled to give it a go at work the next day.

I met Sabrina today. I normally don’t give review but seeing the negative review I feel I need to speak on my experience with this hair salon. Sabrina at first sight seems unfriendly but as time went on and I observed her and I noticed she’s just really an excellent professional who does not talk a lot because she wants focus and do the best job she can do. I must say she is a little pricey , however she is very efficient, super fast and very caring. She told me I know your hair is bad but I want you to give me one year to invest my love into your hair. That is all I had to hear to understand shes a person that doesn’t do her job just for the money, but also because she genuinely cares about her clients; so for me to give her five stars, it’s because I think she’s highly efficient and very professional L. I will definitely be going back .

She is crazy, extremely unprofessional. This used to be pinkies natural but Sabrina can change the name 5 times and it will not change the fact that she is rude, disturbingly weird, and overpriced! Don't waste you're time and money

I found queen of roots ( one person named Sabrina) on Google and decided to make an appointment to have my hair done. As soon as I arrived I regretted this decision. I had to wait an additional 45 minutes before I was seen even though I was on time for my appointment. While doing my hair I had to correct her several times. It was as if this was her first week doing hair. After she was finished I was not pleased with my hair style. The prices are also different than what is listed online. She is not the friendliest person and has a really bad attitude. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!

Well I had a 12:30 appointment got a text from Sabrina that she still had a client in her chair was 1:00 ok so I'm like good caz I was rushing to be on time. I get there my 1st time @ the shop & her client was still in the chair .. so no problem I introduced myself with a smile excited about getting my hair done, & Sabrina was looking @ me like I'm crazy.. then she said " I would let you sit right here" pointing to another chair " but my Butt would be in your face" She had a serious look bland attitude not very friendly and told me to have a seat outside on the red chairs. So I sit out there for about 12min past my appointment time, she then sends me another text .. saying I'm almost done. I was like .. I don't want anyone with that kind of attitude putting her hands in my head so I text her back & said "I'm Out

I'm giving you 3 stars. Please dont feel bad. it really does show when you are understressed. Plus you charged me 100 plus dollars just to wash and condition. I bought a scarf or a hair band. I signed up for maybe a 50.00 wash and condition with no blow dry, no dryer. You were very mad because my hair was not unbraided. I had a wig on with bad shoulders. I had just left work, and drove more than 30 minutes under traffic.1st impression is everything. But God bless you with you business. Still rooms to grow and work on yourself to take some deep breaths when things can't go well. God is the one in control of everything. Treat everyone the same.

If you’re looking for a great loctician, look no further, Sabrina is indeed the Queen of Roots. I recently moved to Kissimmee and was searching high and low for a loctician. Came across Sabrina through google maps. After carefully going through her reviews and that of several other locticians, I decided that the “Queen of Roots” was worthy to take care of my crown. Had my first appointment today and she did not disappoint. She actually exceeded my expectations. Being that I’m from New York, I’m use to long wait times, etc, but this was not the case. She was right on schedule. Warm, friendly and very professional. She was very knowledgeable about the type of products I should and should not be using. She has found a life long client in me.

Sabrina is an awesome person to go to for locs. When i searched online and found Sabrina's shop,i had just recently moved to the area and was searching for someone to do an awesome job on my hair. I went to three people in the area prior to finding Sabrina. Prior to Sabrina,one lady took 12 hours, yes,12 hours to complete my hair. Sabrina completed the entire process from wash to completion in about 2 hours. I knew then she was my person! She's quick and does a thorough job. I have been going to her for over a year and will continue as long as I'm in the area. It doesn't matter that i drive about 45 minutes to get to get salon,it's well worth it. I met with Sabrina today and I had a wonderful experience. I’ve been natural for 5 years and never allowed a stylist to touch my hair. I’ll start by saying I was late (first time at the location). She graciously accepted me in her chair. She was very gentle despite my hair posing substantial difficulties. She spent time detangling my nearly matted hair, trimmed it and conditioned it. She even educated me on managing my sons hair. By the time I left, I felt like I had a new head of hair. My hair is so soft. I am happy that I found her and I highly recommend her service to anyone in the natural hair community.
