I got the worst haircut at this salon from Marie and would give this salon zero stars if it was an option. Firstly I had to wait 30 minutes past my appointment time for her to finish the person she was with and I wish I just left then. She burnt my scalp with her extra hot hair dryer when blow drying. She told me the service would be $45. when I called to make the appointment, but then is suddenly doubled to $90 when it came time to pay and never once mentioned it was going to be extra for a blow dry until that moment and then asked what I wanted to leave for a tip. I discovered after I got home the front of my hair was a couple of inches longer than the rest and there were so many choppy layers that just didn't blend at all. My hair was long when I went in, but was now a chopped up shoulder length mess. I went back two days later as they were closed Sunday and Monday and asked if she could fix it. She asked where I got it cut not even remembering she cut it there just two days ago! Well this "fix" left me with even shorter hair and a slope in the back leaving one side a couple of inches longer and very noticeable from the front as well and she chopped up the layers even more making it appear like a mushroom. This stylist needs serious training before she ruins another person"s hair. Avoid this salon or at least this stylist at all costs!

I went for a haircut and dye. Dyeing went ok but the haircut was terrible. I went in with soft layers that I just wanted to get trimmed. However, I left with chopped hair that I can hardly manage ....

La persona que se encarga de la depilación es terrible, no tiene idea de lo que está haciendo. Me quemo la cara y el cuerpo. Fue hace 4 días y todavía tengo la piel quemada. Te lo hace en el medio de la peluquería y sin ningún tipo de higiene. Tienen puras personas novatas que no tienen idea de lo que están haciendo. Incluso la que se encargó de mi depilación era la que estaba en la caja y ni siquiera se lavó las manos. Deberían revisar los métodos de higiene y la certificación de las personas que trabajan allí. No saben lo que hacen y ni siquiera te informan. Imagínate en medio de una depilación decirles que no quieres el servicio, obvio que imposible. Me decía tranquila siempre molesta. Que descaro. Se quieres una lesión. Pues ve a ese salón.
