I recently had a hair disaster at a salon in south beach. I went to creato to try and rectify what had been done. I not only received the most amazing service but the communication in terms of the end result that I wanted was on point. I was even told that whatever I didn't like or wanted to change was not a problem. I would highly recommend creato.

I have been here multiple times over the past 2 years. Rebecca is the only person I trust with my hair now and she's always done an amazing job whether I'm getting balayage or a haircut. She always has a good idea of what I'm going for and is very receptive to the little details or changes I want to do. The rest of the staff are also very a accommodating and friendly. The moment you walk in, they make you comfortable with a nice drink of your choice. The location is easily accessible from the metro. In terms of decor, it's very modern and open. I also appreciate the natural lighting, as it gives an accurate view of how your hair looks. I never have problems making appointments and changing them if needed.

I am currently looking for a new hair salon in Miami when I saw that Creato has a 4.9 star average. Its been about 2 years since I went but to this day it's been probably one of the worst experiences I've had at a hair salon. Maybe I just got unlucky but I am really surprised that everyone else seems to be so happy with their results. I scheduled an appointment for a cut and color (Balayage) which ended up being me just getting the cut because the person responsible for color didn't have time that day. That to me already didn't feel particularly professional. The cut was fine but overpriced. When I came in again to get my hair colored, I showed him pictures and specifically mentioned that I don't want highlights but a subtle balayage. I ended up walking out with big yellow chunky highlights in my brown hair. It looked terrible! During the process, I could also tell that my stylist was very distracted, stopped to great incoming customers, etc. On top of it, he seemed to not like the result either because he murmured something about European hair behaving differently than Latin hair but didn't take any action to correct the problem. Overall, I spent 400$ for a terrible result. Not doing that again.

I came to Creato because it was close to my work in Brickell and they had great reviews, and I was not let down. They helped me transform from blonde back to dark brunette and did an excellent job handling my damaged, color-treated hair. Everyone in the salon introduced themselves to me and all staff were relatively attentive to my needs asking if I needed water, coffee, anything else, or to plug my phone in while I was there for 5+ hours getting a dye, conditioning treatment, cut and style/blow out. I cannot recall the stylists name but she was sweet and understanding of my situation and did a great job. Best of all, I was happily surprised when I went to pay and the bill was way less than I was expecting. I DEFINITELY recommend Creato and I will be going back!

Edwin is a true stylist. No cookie cutter haircuts with him. He studied my hair, the shape of my face and gave me the cut that best works for me. He also gave me many tips on how to care for my hair. I'm very happy with the results and would recommend him to everyone.

I've never colored my hair before so I was a little nervous about the process but Sara was awesome!! She talked me through everything and even let me snap a few selfies during. Keter also allows you to schedule appointments as late as 7:30pm, perfect if you're a working gal like myself.

I am in love with the sew in extensions I received at Creato by Javonia. As a natural haired woman of color, I did not think it was possible for me to wear the trendy virgin unprocessed silky look, I could not have been more wrong. Javonia was able to give me the silky look without chemically changing my hair’s natural curly texture. Great service. Excellent level of professionalism. Worth every dime.

Edwin!!! Edwin did an amazing job with my very curly fine hair. I'm always stressed about getting my hair styled because stylists either cut it too short or don't really style it and do a nip here and there or style it like straight hair. Not Edwin. Edwin listened to what I needed and wanted which is a style i can wear curly and straight. He assessed my hair and took his time methodically evening it all out while maintaining my length and giving it a style. Along the way he educated my on how to care for my curly hair. His years of teaching and styling showed. He was spot on with everything he said and did. I left feeling pretty which i've not felt in a very long time. My husband accompanied me. He has gorgeous thick salt snd pepper hair so I got him in Edwins chair. WOW, he got the best hairstyle I've seen on him in the 17 years I've known him. He even felt pretty, lol!! He looks great! Thank you, Edwin. You now have 2 new clients that will without a second thought drive from Boca Raton to sit in your chair. Thank you!

I showed to the stylist a photo of a hair style I wanted. But the result was far from it. No wonder he didn’t even try to take a close look at the photo. He cut way too short so there is nothing I can do but wait till it grows. Why don’t people in Miami listen to the clients request? This never happened in NY. Every morning I look at myself on the mirror and feel miserable. And I paid $125. Will never go back.

Very good salon with friendly and helpful staff. Administrator gave me detailed information about the services and recommended a hairdresser for my needs. I wanted a pixie cut, and it is not that easy to find somebody who will make it properly and in the way it won’t look like man’s haircut. My hairdresser Edwin Gonzalez did exactly what we discussed. Highly qualified and professional hairdresser. And the price was just as the administrator specified.

This place is AMAZING. I had never been to a real salon before for a haircut, and now I honestly don't think I can ever go anywhere else! My stylist was Scarlet, and she was so friendly and sweet, and so meticulous and careful with every cut she made to my hair. I ended up cutting about 10 inches off, and I was really nervous for how it would look, but I honestly couldn't be happier. And the entire staff was so wonderful and personable. Scarlet really worked with me to make sure I was getting exactly the look I wanted. I recommend this place to everyone who comments on my hair, I can't say enough good things!
