i had the best salon experience here!!! My hairstylist Pillar is amazing! She listened to my concerns and explained her process to fix them!! She took her time to make sure my hair looked flawless!! This salon makes sure you have the best experience!! The shampoo room was so relaxing! The chair adjusts to a lay down position!! And it was so comfortable!! I also enjoyed the complementary neck massage and facial!! They have a few complementary services to pick from! This salon does everything.. they are very fair with their prices. I was actually shocked how much I paid! Other salons are a rip off!! So this place is HIGHLY Recommend!!!! They have several service other than hair, like full body massages and facials!

This was one of the best salon experiences of my life! Shelly gave me the BEST haircut I've ever had and I've never felt so good about my thick, curly, unpredictable hair. Also, if you're on the fence about investing in a devacurl cut, I can't recommend one enough, especially from Shelly. The salon itself is comfortable but luxurious. I already look forward to my next appointment and future services here.

Everyone at the Salon takes care of you from the moment you walk in. Very attentive and caring about my service. Main attraction is my amazing Stylist, Eva! She is very talented and a joy to be around for three hours. Very skillful in blonde highlights and mixing the perfect color! She is an Educator for the profession so when you get someone of her skill level it’s worth every penny! Also you can not leave without having your own Aveda product in your shower. Again if you want top quality product that will keep your hair at its most healthy level then stop using what your using and just try their product for a month and u will never go back to anything else. If you’re looking for a really good massage by a mindful practitioner- ask for Steven! Steven is kind, modest and most importantly very present. It is truly a delight to walk in and be treated to a massage by him. He not only tailors the massage to your liking whether you’re looking for a relaxing experience, a combination of Thai massage and Swedish.. whatever your heart desires ! He takes his time and engages with you before and after the session. Just an overall wholistic approach rather than treating it like a credit card swipe service. Beautiful comfortable place! Welcoming staff, full array of Aveda products, and full services. I really appreciate my stylist, Nicole. She is clearly interested in what my goals for my hair are and makes great suggestions. If you are not going to Grove Salon, I encourage you to give them a try! 1st time at Aveda today and Kat was absolutely wonderful. A beautiful hair cut plus neck, shoulder, scalp and hand massage. She gave me her professional thoughts on what would look best with my hair as I was unsure and gave me lots of tips on hair care. She was very kind, skilled, and knowledgeable. I was an Aveda client in Tampa for many years, now in Orlando I've been to Aveda also. Unfortunately this was the worse visit I've experienced. I had some low lights done which was not the shade I had asked for, the stylist/colorist, Pilar offered another color more to what I originally wanted. She proceeded with the application, this color was slightly better but not what I was hoping. After all was said and done I tipped the young lady very well ( I'm a softee )not for a job well done but because she put in so many hours and I didn't want to take away her tip. As soon as I got in the car and looked in the mirror I noticed my hairline was intact she did not color my gray at all! I called the salon and explained the situation, the receptionist was very kind and offered to fix the problem. I refused to return I had been there for approximately 4 hours already I don't know if Pilar overlooked this DETAIL or she was upset I didn't like the color . Needless to say I was livid I had payed $200.00 for an incomplete and poor job. Two weeks later I had to cut my already short hair shorter due to the fact that it had been processed twice and looked and felt like straw. I honestly expected a call from Pilar or the owner that was just wishful thinking. I believe I deserved an apology from the stylist and an offer to find a solution for the damaged caused to my hair by her. That would have been good customer service. I will never go back to Aveda!!

I would give this place a hundred stars if I could!! I got highlights and a haircut from Shelley and she is the best! I was really nervous because of previous bad experiences at other salons but she instantly made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I love my hair now! I would recommend this place, especially Shelley, to everyone!!

I can't remember the last time I went to a salon and got exactly what I asked for. I went to this salon for the first time, clutching a photo of a hairstyle I wanted and hoping I wouldn't come out in tears again. Very professional place. Right away the receptionist makes you feel at home. Then I met Carlos. I showed him the photo, and like Edward Scissorhands, created magic and made me look exactly like that picture! I walked out of there feeling like a million bucks. Haircut prices depend on the stylist's level of experience and expertise. Well worth every penny to feel good about how you look.

9/7/2018 Everyone was super friendly this morning. I was able to get my hair straightened and my makeup done without an appointment. The lady at the front even offered me coffee. The price could of been better, but I feel the customer service was well worth it. I will be visiting this salon again in the near future.
