I am a cosmetologist who was looking to expand my understanding of barbering. While meeting with Miss Julia, she walked me through everything, gave suggestions and provided me with the flexibility needed to accomplish my professional goal! After searching Orlando for 3 years for a barbering program that was affordable, I was SO excited with what an incredible price my education will be. She is fair and wants her students to succeed. If you are considering returning to school or looking to get into the beauty industry, go see if this gem is right for you.

Went there to get my hair fixed. It was completly fried and damaged and the color was horrible. I was in tears. Called Gracey at Artistic and she completely amazed me!!!! She is a godsend!!!

Was there for hours and didn’t get the style I wanted. Understand they learning but the teacher took over and couldn’t help me. Left crying and paying too much. Wish the best to them. Just very disappointed in the result. They had to dye my hair over and over. Didn’t care about how I felt about my hair. Wouldn’t suggest this place. Been to plenty of hair schools and been very impressed. Could have potential in the future. Best of luck if you choose to attend.

Called at 10 oclock this morning for an appointment and left message. At 11 oclock I called again and a gentleman answered told me he was in someones office and,would call me right back. It is one and a half hours later and still no return phone call. I had read very glowing comments about the salon services but if this is,any indication then very doubtful I'll use them.

I visited Artistic Beauty School 2weeks ago to get a relaxer, I met the estetician who approached me and stated she can remove my skin tags on my face and my thigh. I was introduced to the schools owner Julia, she asked me to come in as a face model. I did, and was I in for a surprise Julia and her instructor's are outstanding. Julia explained the entire process to me as the skin tags were removed, she is a genuine caring woman who know her profession. My friends saw me and want to visit the school. I came here to have my nails done and they came out very badly. The lady at the front desk asked me to come the next day to fix it.when I show up she said sorry we cannot attend you now because everyone is busy in training. She cheated and charged me full price for unfinished nails. Very rude and unprofessional. BE AWARE

The phone rings and rings, been trying to get information on enrolling into a course and have yet to reach anyone. As a school, this is a turn off.

I gave it a 1 star because I had no choice in order to write this review. Very rude receptionist whoever it is. I called inquiring about the nail tech program and felt rushed and she barely wanted to answer my questions. She cut me off when I tried to speak or ask anything. I for sure won't be going there to get my certification. I had to hung up the phone without all my questions answered.

If I could give zero stars I would. I am shopping around to figure out the best school for me to go for cosmetology. Unfortunately unlike other sites they don’t give their prices it says call for price. So I did just that I called kindly asking for the price in the lady on the other end completely avoided it and was so disrespectful. I was just simply looking for a quote, i said never mind i will look around and she said “bye don’t call back” and hung up on me?!?! How unprofessional? I will definitely not be attending this school.

My experience at Artistic School of Nails & Cosmetology was great. I recently completed the facials program. The flexible schedule was perfect, the instructors are knowledgeable and kind, and the amount of hands on experience was awesome! You definitely get out of it what you put into it.

Had my first trip to the school with my two boys with intentions of just a haircut for each! The staff was wonderful and did way more than expected. Very grateful for the service and outstanding kindness. Owner is definitely top notch! Will definitely be visiting again soon! Highly recommend! ☺️

This was the worst school I've ever attended my first day no one talk to me for the first 15 minutes not even the teacher after that 15 minutes she then asked me are you in this class everything was sloppy everything was unprofessional everything was unsanitary my first day she said I had to read a whole book in order to do anything else in the class but then the owner Julie said I could just skip to the important parts the book was outdated everything was in black-and-white so I had no idea what nail diseases look like when doing a pedicure the students and teachers never clean their tools never showed us properly how to clean tools there was so much drama in the school it was like high school mean girls The owner was trying to sell me a drill for $400 and I haven't had experience with the drill so I refuse to buy the $400 drill then after a couple of months went by and I was still in the program she said she could give me a drill for 200 and then I became the teachers pet and the teacher told me she was getting drills for students for 50 bucks so I don't know why she would try to scam me I find out that the owner and her sidekick were talking behind my back and making fun of me. I do not recommend the school to anyone.

I just called this school and whoever the receptionist is answered the phone extremely unprofessional. First off she answered the phone as if it was her cellphone. Next I asked her how much is the Nail tech program and this lady literally said, you just called me a few minutes ago. When I told her that was not me she got quiet as if I was lying. I just hung up and said I don't even wanna go to this school after that one horrible phone experience with her. How do these people get these front desk jobs. SMH

Love this school so much !! Julia is amazing helps work with you even if life takes a turn and makes attending school hard and your schedule is open so you can always fit school in even if it’s just a couple hours a day !! It’s affordable and overall an amazing place to start your career !!
