Great customer service! My 2 grandsons, aged 11 & 12 needed haircuts and so did I. I was able to get appts for all of us that week. i opted for a haircut as well as color and highlights. I love it and have never received this many compliments for my hair. The boys love theirs too. And the staff is so friendly and professional.

Of all the places in Kent County to get your hair done me and my family love coming here.. my wife and two daughters get their hair done here all the time and no matter how Wild of a idea my kids have with their hair the staff here (especially Amanda) really know how to treat you and do amazing work.

I am in a wheelchair and their is plenty of room to get around inside as well as my stylist was able to let me stay in my chair while doing my cut. All of the ladies were professional and friendly. I finally got my hair cut exactly how I asked! I am just sorry that I live in Florida and this salon is in Delaware. I was also impressed when Ashley asked questions about my hair and expectations before booking me with my stylist Brea.

I've been going to the same hair dresser for years. Whenever she goes somewhere new I always follow along. I've been going to this salon for over a year, and it is by far my favorite. It gives an open and incredibly friendly atmosphere. The owner is unbelievably nice. Parking is easy and the location is easy to find.
