I decided to try this place after reading all the rave reviews and was highly disappointed BOTH times I went. The first time I went was to have a bleed mark fixed. Went in for a consult and the girl said it would be no problem to fix. When I came back for the actual appointment, she put 6-8 foils in my hair, washed them out and it was still there...she put a few more in washed them out and it was still there...charged me $75 and said the only way to really cover it up was wait a few weeks and try again after it had grown out...first picture is of the spot AFTER she was finished and I was charged $75. If it could not be fixed/needed time to grow out in order to be fixed I should have been told that at the consult and prior to booking the appointment!!! However, I decided to give this place one more try with a more "experienced stylist" when my roots needed done. BIG MISTAKE, After waiting over a month to get in I went in for my appointment. The girl told me she understood what I wanted (blonde by foil, no stripes, no brassy color etc.) said she had years of experience as both a stylist and a teacher. 4hours and $120 later my roots were still visible, lots of bleed marks and a noticeable line where her work ended and the bottom of my hair (as pictured). I expressed that I was unhappy, my roots barely looked done and it was not what I had wanted. She told me I could come back in 2 weeks after it had grown out and get another half head of highlights and "hopefully that would be more what I wanted, but there was not time/nothing she could do about it that day"!!! Had to go to another place 3 days later and pay $170 to have it fixed. Tried to fight the charges with the credit card company only to be told that the owner said they did provided me with services, that they needed to be paid for the products used and if I didn't like how it look it was my problem they still tried and I could have refused to pay . I was blown away...as a business owner myself I would never treat any customer this way and would be completely embarrassed at the quality of work provided. I Would have expected the owner to reach out in some way to rectify the problem, since my information was provided by the credit card company, but nothing. I always give businesses a second chance and hate leaving bad reviews, but in this situation I felt is necessary... WOULD NEVER RETURN!!!
