I just got out of beauty school and I can tell you that I have more experience then these people! They are all very rude and give you very poor customer service. The place is filthy also! I will never go there again! I am a quiet very polite person and I actually had to get rude with these people! I told a stylist at the other Unisex salon how stupid the workers at the mall were and she even agreed! First of all, I walked in for color and the receptionist walked me into the back where the stylist were eating and they did my consultation back there because they did not feel like getting up! Secondly, I wanted a couple of foils, I came into the salon at 6:30 they close at 9:30 and they said they did not have enough time to do it. This is the worst place I have EVER been to!

I was there on the 13th. The hair dresser didn't even do the hair cut I wanted. Made fun of my step dad for walking into a window, and as soon as I told her and everyone else how he's half blind and half deaf. Everyone stopped laughing, and only my hair dresser apologized. I tried reporting it but I was told I couldn't. I'll never go back there again. Since this is the 3rd time.

Went to get a knot combed out and hair cut. Once they saw I have psoriasis they wouldn't touch me told me to go get some medicine. So I went to master cuts at other end of mall and the girl there was wonderful.

I get my hair cut from Regina evey 3 months. Im always happy when i leave. If you show her a a picture and tell her what you want she does it better. Ty Regina.

Lovr unisex I have been going there for years and I Love my hair dresser her name is Loretta, and she does my hair perfect everytime and she Loves her job and when you sit in her chair she takes the time to listen to what you want done and she pays attention to what you want done for your appointment she is not talking to others and she will not touch your hair until you explain what you want and she knows what to do. Shr is booked all the time so before i leave i make my next appointment. They have walk-in But with her you should make a appointment with my two colors and eye brows it takes 2 hrs. And making appointments i love when Jimmy takes them Lol. He never messes it up by making any mistakes i have been with my hair dressser so long and I highly recommend her Thanks Loretta, Jimmy!!!!!!!

rude, totally unprofessional hair stylists...not all but enough. If you want a lousy hair cut and disrespectful service then this is the place for you....at least the location by Pier One.

My husband gets his hair cut here by Gina every week. She always does a fantastic job! After seeing his satisfaction, I decided to take my kids to get their hair cut. Loretta did my daughters hair, and did a fantastic job!! I don't remember the name of the lady that cut my sons hair, but she will never touch him again. He is a 9 yr old boy that has a hard time sitting still. She rushed through his hair cut and acted like it was an inconvenience to have him in her chair. I ended up standing there while she cut his hair so that she would slow down a little bit and pay attention. A few weeks later, I went in to get my hair cut. Jammie is who I sat with that day. I went in with a picture off of pinterest to give her an idea of what I wanted. She took the time to look at it, talk with me, and really listen to what I wanted! She even asked me to pull the picture up a couple times during the cut so she could get the layers in the right place! I won't let anyone but Jammie cut my hair from now on!!

They turned my hair green and blue. I asked for highlights luckily it came out of my hair. But never again going here. They didn't even say sorry. Most Salons won't allow this to happen. They were negligent. I will say this is not the salon to get get your hair colored In any way. The hair cuts were decent. But coloring I was very disappointed in.

I would give it a 0! Do not let Kathy touch your hair. I went in for a trim and totally got hacked and lost about 4 inches! The manager tried to fix it and it still looked awful. I went somewhere else and they were able to salvage it. It was so bad the new hairstylist didn't even charge me! Kathy was completely rude and even rolled her eyes after jacking up my hair.

Terrible place, went to have a side braid for prom and the woman did not know how to braid. Overcharged for a terrible hair style.

Staff is very unprofessional. There is a decent stylist there only works one day/week, Saturday. The first time I went there the hair dresser that initially took me handed me off to the nice hair stylist simply because I showed her 2 pictures of the ideas I had in mind (one was highlights the other was balayage) I told her whichever she felt most comfortable doing I’d be happy with because I was open, not picky...She said “you don’t know what you want” and proceeded to whisper in the back with a couple of stylists. I was happy with the stylist she handed me off to so I returned on a different occasion on to get my haircut by her. She wasn’t there (at the time I didn’t know she only worked once a week) and they sat me with the lady that handed me off the first time. As soon as I sat down before I even said what I wanted, the woman said she HATED getting clients who didn’t speak English (the previous client) because of the language barrier, as she proceeded to mock her.. I was completely baffled. The first time around I observed and heard her and other stylists gossiping amongst themselves and with their clients. I thought it was a one time thing, maybe a bad day but no. What a disappointment.. Never returning unless the other stylist is there.
