I went in for a hair cut. A Spanish lady was in there and looked at me w this miserable expression like I was intruding. I told her what I wanted and she said have a seat. Right behind me another lady came in and she handled her the same way. When I was in the chair the lady behind walked up to the hair dresser and said she couldn't wait and left. The hairdresser proceeded to bash her and other employees the entire time. Including saying bad things about how there must be a reason why all these guys want to see one hairdresser in particular. She asked me how much I wanted off and I said just the dead ends. She gave me a blank stare and holds my hair up, how much? Then at the end she says, "you wanted it all one length right?" Unbelievable. And no I did not want it one length; I prefer layers! This woman was rude, nasty and totally does not belong there or anywhere involving public. A friend of mine said she had her as well before and she was just as nasty to her.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I hate my hair after gettin it colored there to the point I was in tears. And apparently can't get a refund until they try to fix it! No you messed it up the first time so why would I trust you to "fix" it??? Not happening. Don't go here!!!! Now to spend more to hopefully get this mess fixed!

Leonor is awesome. Very friendly and super profesional. She did my highlights all over my head, mind you very long hair , mid thigh. It looks awesome. I definitely recommend her . I will definitely be back.

I've been coming here almost a year and have no complains. Jose cuts my hair and has always helped with ideas on how to change or improve my hair style. Some times it gets busy, so I recommend to make an appointment.

Went in to look at shampoos to purchase, was asked if I could be helped, informed the associate I was just looking at the moment. She continued to stare at me while I browsed the shelves, literally stood six feet away and stared with her arms crossed, it made me uncomfortable. As I moved around the shelves, she continued to move to keep me in view, as if I was about to steal something. This made me uncomfortable even though I was not going to steal, I purchased my shampoo and conditioner (which I only bought because there was a sale) and I left. I also asked for no bag because I had one to put it in, to which she replied, "I'll put it in one anyway". For real, I don't need a bag. Lol. Just a weird experience. Won't go back to purchase products.

Went in to get highlights and didn’t get what I was looking for all the females were a bit rude. And they liked to stare a lot wasn’t comfortable what so ever quite disappointed. a lot of my girlfriends told me this place would be it for what I wanted.

Went to get my hair colored!!!! Mistake I could of done better. Gray hair not colored color all over my face from the stylist! Got a refund then had to pay $165.00 to have it stripped and recolored big mistake going there. Never again! They should refund all the money I’m out

Went there to get an AFJROTC grade haircut, had to wait over an hour. Didn't actually get the haircut because i decided to leave, and there was a prissy ass dude taking RIDICULOUS amounts of time to get his haircut. And there was only one hairstylist. Ended up going to supercuts.

Have had my hair cut here twice now, and the rest of my family, with notoriously difficult to cut wavy hair, have since tried it out too with good results. Prices are comparable to any Supercuts or Hair Cuttery, and the service is fast and friendly.
