Rene is great! I've been a client of her's for many years. She stays current in trends by attending professional hair shows and training. She really good. She doesn't waste a client's time. She's a master colorist. I would recommend her to either a woman or a man. She's 5 stars all the time! My highest recommendation.

Krys is awesome. She always helps work around my schedule if needed. And she always makes sure I love my hair when I leave. If I notice anything a few days later she'll make sure she gets me in to take care of things.

I had the best experience!! First time for me and it was a very comfortable atmosphere, from Stephanie to other stylists speak while u wait only couple mins. JEREMY was EXCELLENT!! VERY HAPPY WITH THIS YOUNG MAN AND VERY RESPECTFUL to someone 3x his age and he was very positive. I needed that since next week I grow another year wiser. JEREMY was familiar with a medical issue I mentioned. Color excellent and cut feels so wonderful...will be going in for little more off my sides, but he knew I was going from long to much shorter and the cut is so cute. I had been going to the same place over 30 years, but now Rene' has my loyality. They have other services, so if ur looking for a make over, you will be very HAPPY when u leave. I heard and read pricey, I actually didn't spend as much at Rene's as I would have spent at my previous stylist and the atmosphere is so professional, but friendly. JEREMY offered my coffee as soon as i say down and continued to check while color was processing. What I also love, the variety and quality of products I can purchase anytime. I asked Jeremy and what he didn't realize his answer is what impressed me most!! He said see how this does before u buy something that may not work or you like...that is what will keep me going back even if the price was high or not!! They didn't push anything, just the most relaxing couple hours AND for the first time I didn't get a headache from chemical smell of the color. Whatever they use, smells like apples...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! And all ages go, that's what I was hesitate when I would see it on highway or the rumor they r pricey...neither was true. Quality 100%

This salon is amazing!! I was there exactly 2 weeks ago for a haircut and Jeremy took care of me. Never had anyone payed so much attention to my hair. I had problem areas toward my neck of extremely damaged hair and he gave me a haircut that completely rid me of those bothersome hairs and the long bob he did really suits my face. I have super thick hair and alot of it but now I can wear my hair down without straightening it because he textured and angled it so well that my hair does not frizz. Honestly, anyone who gives this salon a bad review or is not satisfied is really the kind of people who can't ever be satisfied anyways because they are incredible here.

Went here and they charged me for "long hair" when my hair isn't even passed my shoulders. I'd like to know what short and long hair is considered seeing as how, hair so short was considered $70. Plus, my stylist kept pulling my hair and didn't care about how harsh she was pulling it. I don't have a tender head either so for her to pull it so hard was horrible.

I went Twice . The first time cut and colored for a a little below shoulder length $200++ the tip. I tried to explain the best I could how I want my hair color to the stylist and he got it wrong but it looked acceptable. The second time 5months after I called made appointment and ask for other stylist to do my hair and receptionist said “okay we have a stylist “. So I got there and it’s the same stylist that did my hair so I didn’t wanna be rude but it was awkward bec he was acting he didn’t wanna do my hair. I felt his negative energy the whole time I was there. And guess what it’s the wrong color again but this time it’s orange. I had to make an appointment to other salon in the area to do my hair right. I’d say never again there’s a couple salon in the area that’s way better in there profession and way nicer staff.

This place is great! From the time I called for a appointment until the time I left I was very pleased! I called on a Saturday wanting to get an appt same day. To my surprise they worked things out and I was in the seat within an hour of my call! Jeremy was my stylist and he rocked it!! He listened to everything I was looking for in highlights to my cut. Rene Delyn Salon charges way too much for mediocre, inconsistent service and consistently rude staff. I feel so bad for my wife, whom they have treated very badly lately. Of course, she'll never say an unkind word to anyone there, but, Rene Delyn, you need to learn to be more considerate to your customers; after all, you are in the service industry (right?). Take a class or attend a seminar or something. It's important to be nice.
