I hate to give this salon a low star rating because I come here all the time and have no complaints but I brought my daughter in to get the tips of her hair dyed blue and it looked so pretty but every day that she washed it it got lighter and lighter is only been 4 days and now her hair is an ugly teal green color . I haven't talked to them yet but for the price I'm assuming they will fix the problem. I'll be calling first thing tomorrow to talk to the manager . They did such a great job and my daughter was beautiful but now her hair is ruined and the only way to get it out is to cut it all off and she will be devastated! I'm sho upset because my daughter is flipping out. I just figured some color would wash out but not to this extent.... best first day of school is next Tuesday and she's embarrassed now. I don't know what to do

Was shocked to discover that they charge an extra $10!!! if your hair is past your shoulders! They'd be cutting the same amount of hair but increase their [already inflated] prices simply to run the comb through longer locks!

Holiday hair has all professional lady's that work there with lots of experience. I worked with Tammy, the manager at a salon at Eden square about 20 years ago. She really knows what she's doing. And when she's not there I go to Kayla who is also very good hair stylist.

I told the lady I wanted a fade. She cut my hair for literally 4 minutes, the same length all over then says $18.50. I gave her 2 twenties and told her to take $5 for a tip. She hands me 4 fives back, knowing I’m going to hand her one back. So tipped herself 6.50 instead of 5 like I said. Wasn’t worth it. Have long hairs sticking out everywhere.

I've been there this morning. The lady spent 5 min max with me. Then, she gives me the receipt: $18/ haircut + shampoo... but there was no shampoo, however she charged me anyway for it... Then when I tell her there is a mistake on the receipt, she said:"oh..yeah..hum, well do you want a shampoo?..." You're not allowed to charge someone for a service you are not providing! Those people are thieves, do not go there.
