They really don't deserve the one star,me and my daughter both got her hair done here and it did not last more than a few hours I asked for someone who specialize in natural hair. it was the worst experience she clearly did not know what she was doing and then when I asked the hair stylist how to maintain my hairstyle she said she did not know I feel like I was cheated out of my money

I had the pleasure to visit The Royal Vanity salon in New Castle, I must say when I called prior the receptionist was very helpful & suggested I come for a visit to discuss what to do with my hair. When I arrived the place was just perfect for feeling Royal & being beautiful. The importance in that is the staff made me feel comfortable & welcomed, checked for the type of hair I was looking to purchase & set my appointment up... I can't wait to see what my hair is going to look like when I get my install.
