I did not have a phenomenal experience when booking an appointment. First I made an appointment through their website with the owner Natica, I was confirmed but not with her, another stylist Melissa. I feel if I booked with Natica and she was unable to do my hair the day I booked for, I shouldve had the opportunity to re-book with her for another day (my opinion) not be pushed onto another stylist, but okay. I accepted my appointment with Melissa. The day before my appointment I got a call to confirm my appointment from Helen (Im assuming shes the receptionist). Helen told me I would be getting my hair done by Veronica, I did not question it because my original stylist was changed once before. My appointment was for 1 pm but I was asked if I could come in at 11am, I agreed to come in earlier. Today, an hour before my appointment I got another call from Helen (reception) that Melissa could not do my hair...What???? I said to Helen I thought Veronica was doing my hair?? She apologized because she must've gotten the names confused. She then told me Natica (owner) will be doing my hair today. 5 min later, I get another call from Helen (reception) that Natica will not be doing my hair, another stylist named Melissa (I guess theres two Melissa's that work there) will be doing my hair. At that point I was so confused and upset, I cancelled my appointment. 5 min later I did call the salon back and spoke with the owner Natica, who was apologetic, stating the stylist I was supposed to see was out sick. I decided not to try this salon out. It really should not be this complicated and confusing before setting foot in the salon.
