I have been going to Noelle for years and have always loved it! Everyone there is incredibly friendly and personable. I get my color with Amy and trim/blowout with Jackie, they are such great girls with amazing talent. Its nice to sit in the client chairs and be able to comfortably chat and laugh with the people working on your precious hair. Amy is so amazing at keeping my unnatural blonde natural looking, and I cant thank her enough for that! Jackie is such a sweet girl who does amazing blow outs! I have very fine hair and she gives it such volume and perfectly trims the death off my color treated hair without making me sad about losing length. Love this place, love my girls!

I moved to ct 14 yrs ago , saw this women at CVS that had a fantastic haircut and Color, asked her where she went and it was Noelle . I now have been going to Renae from Noelle for 14 yrs , ! She is so nice and does such a great job on my hair . Would highly recommend this place and Renae.

I really wanted to love this place, but after my second visit there, I have to say that I am extremely disappointed. I've had two massages here: both were totally fantastic. But last time I went, I also got a facial. The facial experience was not great to start with; the person who did the facial would not stop talking, was very bossy, and just in general it was not a very relaxing experience. Still, that didn't make me hate the place or complain. The next day, I woke up with a rash all over my neck, chest, face, and ears (I've never had a rash from a facial before). When I emailed Noelle to ask them for a list or products used so that I could avoid them in the future, they did not answer me. It's now been a week and I still have no answer, so I called to ask them and they were rude on the phone. I asked when I'd get a list of the products and they said they would reply - no information as to when. So I pressed them for when they would get back to me, they put me on hold again, and then said they would talk to the person who did the facial today, and "probably" get back to me tomorrow. No apology that they gave me a rash. No apology that they didn't even bother to answer my email about it. Terrible customer service.

I have been at Noelle Spa few times for a massage. I always had a pleasant experience. Today I went there for the facial. The woman who did my facial was very knowledge and caring. She made me feel very comfortable and explained the whole process. She took her time and gave me many tips how to continue caring for my skin at home. It was a great experience and I will be back soon.

Going to Noelle for about 11 years they are the best. I lived in Manhattan for 15 years and Noelle is as good or better. Jason is the best for men's haircuts but they some other very good people .Very friendly staff they always make me feel good. AL Amato

I was asked to pay $20.- more when I called to make an appointment. All the prices are listed on their website. I didn’t want to ask why. When I was done with my service, I was asked to pay more for something they did extra without telling me. I was surprised but still didn’t complain. I paid a lot for one service but I didn’t experience good caring service. They wanted to get the job done and get paid. Very sad to experience in a good expensive spa place like Noelle. I paid big tip because I knew tip is part of their earning money but I will never go back again because I don’t want to be ripped off. Very very disappointed!!!

Quiet soothing yet best self pampering in Stamford Connecticut. See Albert Bachleda or Bill Walker for colour/product mastery. Am voted number 1 colorist again year after year!!! Rene, John, Jason, Kassandra, all awesome perfectionistics hairdressers. Flawless establishment founded as first Day Spa ever, the late Noel Di Caprio knew perfection and even perfected that. See Am first and of course Gennaro is yet another incredible hairdresser of incredible skill. What are you waiting for?? BOOK AHEAD AND ASAP!!

Use to be a regular patron, Noelles was always 5 star and I compared it among the top of the top. I found it a bit lacking compared to its former vibrant self. The wait area no longer offers the fresh fruit, figs and such, it was once very quiet and Zen now it was full of loud chatter, music minimal if any no sounds of water, not the peace of what once. The masseuse had good hands but waa very loud I think he may have been ill. We had couples message and both found it loud enough to disturb us, if your sick best stay home

I had an awesome experience at Noelle today. After getting a bad highlight job at a different salon, I decided to try Noelle to fix the awful color I was walking around with. I saw Bill and explained what I didn't like and he assured me that we could fix it in a way that wouldn't damage my hair since I had only recently had it done. I showed him a picture and I have to say the finished product looked almost identical, and one of the best colors I have had. He even got me a complimentary blowdry for being a first time customer. The salon itself is beautiful, very calming and stylish ambience. I will definitely be back!

The best hair place and spa I have had the luxury of encountering. I have been exclusive to Noelkes for about 15 years now. They have top colorists and hair cuts, and keratin straightening treatments among other treatments. They use the best lines in their spa, the spa is a wonderful experience.

I've been getting my hair cut here for about 2 years. The stylist books an entire hour and carefully, meticulously cuts my hair. I have never been as pleased with a salon as I am with Noelle. Also, the price for a cut is significantly lower than it was at the first three salons I used in the Stamford area.

I went in for an eyebrow shaping. The girl talked about her illness the whole time! The chair you sit in is very uncomfortable and then she tried to sell me everything in that salon. I even had to go home and continue the tweezing stray hairs she left behind. I wouldn't attempt to even try to let them cut my Jenny Mccarthey style bob I wear for fear of them hacking it up. I didn't see any good haircuts going out the door.

I took my beautiful 22 year old autistic daughter to Noelle for her third Locks of Love donation haircut. The haircut was lovely, however, the stylist continued by thining my daughter's lovely thick hair with some kind of crimping scissors. Initially, I didn't see what she was doing because she started to thin her hair on the opposit side of where I was sitting. As she continued to do so I saw clumps of hair on the floor and told her to stop. She said she had to continue because she already started to do this. I told her she should have asked us first. She said she was sorry. I was very upset and called the salon to tell them so. My daughter saw this and started to cry. I felt just awful. I got a call the next day with an offer to come in and have the haircut modified by one of their best and high level stylists. He fixed everything to perfection. I have to say they stepped up to the plate and made what was a mistake and a bad situation right. Thank you Noelle.
