I am a very picky person when it comes to service. I want it all. Fair price, good manners, nice environment and people who know what they're doing. I got all of that here and have never been happier with a hair cut. Marta was pleasant and professional and did exactly what I wanted. Did not keep my hair long like i told them to. I only wanted 2 inches off the longest layer and they cut 6 inches off and then did the layers. But my hair did come out nice just not long anymore

Recently went in to color my hair. I’ve received service here before and always came in with a picture so she had an idea of what I wanted. This time Marta kept me in for three hours. At the end of the three hours she put some moose in to my wet hair and told me she can’t blow dry my hair because of it. So at this time no hair cut and no blow dry just a wash and a dye and it costed me $150. I came home and my hair looked awful. I reached out to Marta immediately explaining that I have a very important meeting first thing in a morning and I need my hair to look decent; asked her if she could fix it for me but she couldn’t until later next day. I asked her for a refund - Marta refused - offered me a free hair cut and a blow dry- for next time. I asked her how much she charges for a wash and a dye- no answer. She sent me out in the middle of January with wet hair, offered a free blow dry and cut for next time. Really??? Bad service, lots of frustration, no responsibility. My recommendation is to take your business and money elsewhere! I know I will.

When I called to make an appointment the staff was very professional sounding and curteous. I have long, very thick blonde hair and needed some maintenance done on my roots. The salon is beautiful, very well kept and they obviously do good work seeing as it was very busy. I was however disappointed that it seemed to be just as hot and humid inside as it was outside. Anyone with tons of hair knows that humidity = lots of friz and plenty of discomfort. I didn't see how such conditions would be beneficial in the hair drying/styling process and unfortunately left before my appointment started. On days like we've been having a nice cool atmosphere while be pampered is just what we're looking for. Sorry!
