Great products from various lines but also try Headliners own line - the Amazon oil spray. It smells good and I love using it before I blow my hair dry.

The person who did my hair, gave me the worse hair ever. It was the worse experience I got in my BD. She was not friendly or listening either. I almost cried over my hair. I’m very regret I tried there. My family couldn’t stand to see me with that bad hair, they dyed for me next week later. You should pick the right hairdresser.

ULTIMATE HAIR CUT EXPERIENCE ! I have had my hair cut literally all over the world, and this one is by far my favorite. I have seen no other hair salon also has a full blown Spa, an ATM machine, served wines + teas + coffee + spring water, had a comfortable waiting room with selection of excellent magazines, very nice private restrooms, gives out some nice items, and has the most vast collection of hair product that I have ever seen. It is a store in itself. Their staff is immense, diverse, and super friendly, with lots of stations and space. They always seem to get me in, even three times when I called at the last minute from the highway. They never seem to be rushing and are obviously very experienced professionals, with some having worked there for over ten years. And it is only about a mile or so from the interstate and in the way between Hartford and Boston. One straight shot from the exit, with gas stations and eateries at the exit. It has it's own building and lots of parking. I always go to see Estelle, who does it exactly as I like. She is a true expert at her craft and such a nice person to come here to see. She was when willing to stay late this time to fit me in. Even when far away, I still come back here. You cannot go wrong with the one and only Headliners!

Julia saved me. After 3 ( yes, THREE) traumatizing haircuts in a week two months ago, I finally got the courage to go back to attempt to regain control of my locks. Thinking my hair was still way too short to actually make a difference, I went in with very low expectations to simply make it slightly more bearable than it currently was. Julia patiently listed to my whole story, my opinion on what I thought would help (which no other stylist seemed to think I might know my own hair), and specifically told me before what she thought would be best. Her final work has me SO happy! It's an actual, great hairstyle! Not even just a slight improvement. She magically "masked" The huge whole that was previously chopped into one side of my bangs. I was expecting to have to idly wait for that to grow out for six months. Seriously, THANK YOU. Truly skilled, considerate professional! And at very reasonable price, even though I was so desperate I would have gave my right arm to have a cut that didn't make me cry again.

Great service and prices! I get my hair cut and colored by Dana, and although I don’t go in frequently she always remembers what we last talked about and my styling preferences. She’s so personable and friendly, and always does a really fantastic job. Last time I went in, I asked for something a little different and added bangs – she gave me all the pros and cons, and walked me through exactly what she was going to do and I love it! Can’t recommend her highly enough.

I took my daughter here after a "cut" gone wrong at a Supercuts. She saw Kaitlin, it was both mine and my daughter's first time at Headliners and I tell you what, it was THE BEST EXPERIENCE IV HAD AT ANY SALON IN MY 33yrs! And most DEFINITELY the BEST experience Iv had at a Salon since moving from England late 2010. I, myself have tried MANY different Salons and stylists and Kaitlin was the most PERFECT stylist I have found. My daughter has VERY thick hair with a little wave. Her hair is actually curly but its sooooo thick and heavy, it weighs down and ends up straight once its dry. I feel its not alt all easy to cut and the normal kids straight cut just doesn't work on her. She has been to a few different Salons and a few different stylists and i have not felt like anyone was listening to me or on par with being able to cut her hair UNTIL NOW. Kaitlin truly is AMAZING! I love my daughters hair sooooooo much, its the first cut that I feel was done right and Kaitlin really listened to me. I cant thank her enough and I love looking at my daughter's hair!! I know my daughter is VERY happy too. The Salon set up itself was very stylish, friendly and welcoming. Other staff that i spoke to were just awesome, very nice and helpful. As it was our first time at Headliners I had a few questions and they were more then helpful and friendly. I WILL BE RETURNING. Again, THANK YOU SOOOOOO MUCH my experience was so much more then I was expecting and I really enjoyed it.

It is a great place with a terrific staff of hair specialists (and I do mean specialists) because these people don't just cut or color your hair, they advise you and they are really talented. Alicia R. has transformed my hair after just two visits and I no longer dread going to get my hair cut. I have been coming here for nearly nine years now. I always see Amy and she has been good to me, however the establishment entirely I do not like anymore. I sent a friend to get her hair cut, and not only did they ruin it (I can attest for this destruction myself), but she went back again to have it fix from the owner, and he made it even worse than the first cut, making it too short to fix. She was so upset that she cried in the salon, which I do not blame her because this cut was terrible. They refused her a refund, and she now is forced to wait for her hair to grow. Headliners is not what it used to be. I know because I have been coming here for nine years, have spent well over $1000 total, if not more here, and I will not return because of the damage they did on my friend, I can't trust that they will not do the same to me one day. I feel slightly responsible for her ruined hair, and I can't say that this place is good anymore from just watching people come and go aside from myself. I highly recommend HairTrendz! I have many friends that go here and I will be keeping this as my new salon herein. I am a valued customer to keep, and always speak the truth regarding reviews.

I have been going to Headliners for over 30 years....since I was in diapers, and they have always treated me wonderfully! Teresa is like a sister/daughter to me and is one of the best stylist I have ever gone to! She listens to what I want and works with me to get the color and style I am aiming for! She is a pleasure! Tina, Angelica and Sally are terrific with brows or whatever area you may want to show off! No pain, well maybe a bit depending on the area, but quick and results are gorgeous! The wonderful ladies out front who run the show are excellent at managing multiple priorities, which in an industry like this, are changing so rapidly! Kudos to them! In closing, Headliners Salon and Spa has been an Oasis of Calm when I have needed it; and a lot of fun as well, at least for me! The best part is it gets better all the time!

Kim at Headliners is not only an amazing hair stylist who is highly recommended by anyone who has been to her from the large hospital I work for, but she will flex her schedule to accommodate her clients' needs. I travel from Simsbury and know several people who travel greater distances for an appointment with Kim. It's an extremely busy salon, but I've never had to wait. I've also received excellent customer service from other staff at the salon. If you need a Keratin treatment, Kim is the expert to see.
