I got Senegalese twists done today. I am very happy with my hair. I haven't gotten my hair braided or twisted professionally in about four years because I was so fed up with long waits and long installs. That is not the case with this salon. Binta and another lady worked on my hair. It only took three hours. I called her at 1045 and was in the chair by 11. And out the door at two. My twists look great.the size is perfect for me and exactly what I wanted. My hair looks neat. The ends are sealed so I don't have to worry about unraveling. I will recommend this place to friends . I have been to other salons Miriames, Louise's and Sisters. Fatimah' s the best in Waterbury

My 4year old granddaughter got her hair done here and I was impressed with how they did it And you she has short hair. They were able to braid her into a ponytale .which came out really nice. She Will be going back.

I would not recommend this place. The braids i got were to tight. So much so that my scalp was swollen and raised and the braids had to be removed two days after getting them done. I have been there a few times and everytime i get charged a different price and when questioned i get no response. Will not be going there any more

They have great teamwork ethic and help each other in order to get each client out on a timely manner. They also continue to do your hair even after closing time very great place to go to get your hair done

Professionalism needs work. Too much gel was added and had my braids white and flaky. Overall, my braids looked a little decent and I was charged a reasonable price.

I love Fatima's hair braiding! I'm a hairstylist myself but they're the only ppl I let braid or do a sew in for me! They're fast but very very good. I'd recommend them to anyone I know! Plus their prices are well worth their work! Fabulous jobs done everytime! Wish I could rate them more than 5 stars! *thumbs up!*

Im not from CT and everything I've been doing has been based on reviews. Some have been truthful and others not so much. In this case they were extremely accurate. I LOVE my hair and the staff was nice and able to answer all of my questions. I felt comfortable I the salon and to top it off the prices were reasonable and it didn't take long to finish. I wish I could take them with me on my next travel assignment!!!
