I used Wisp Hair Salon for my wedding hair and makeup. I wanted very natural makeup and a simple braided updo. Taylor did a wonderful job! I would absolutely recommend her and her team for wedding hair and makeup.

I made an appointment, and the receptionist was able to get me in very fast. On my way to my first appointment, I got lost. Totally my fault that I was about 15 minutes late. While on my way, I called to tell tell I was running late. The receptionist told me that she would bring my stylist up front to take the call. Instead the receptionist got back on the phone and I was told that they could no longer see me since there was another client after me. I asked can she still see me if I don't get a haircut and just do a highlight. I was told no, I would need to reschedule. She also let me know that my stylist was unavailable because she was with a guest. Now I agree, totally awful on my part that I was late. I will own that. But you can't take a call from me and you already were helping someone else? Or was your other appointment running late, so it didn't matter? Terrible customer service. At least, as the stylist, take the call. I am sure many new clients bail and don't show up, but sometimes people do get lost. My navigation took me to the wrong place, which again, my fault. But after that experience, definitely will not ever be trying Wisp out.

All the employees are excellent and very caring. As a recently disabled elderly woman I can't say enough about the treatment I receive from everyone there, and would give more than 5 stars if I could!

There is something different about this salon compared to the many others in the metro area...the stylists are genuinely passionate about what they do, and it shows. They make you feel like family when you're there, and there is none of the catty awkward vibes I've felt in other salons. It's clean, friendly, and the talent is unbeatable!

Sabryna is the best! I've had 2 appointments with her in the last 6 weeks, she knows how to cut and handle curly hair. I've been looking for over 3 years for a stylist and think I've finally found one. The salon is pretty nice, very busy, and pretty friendly. In and out, no BS, no loud music or people shouting at you to hear you, no teenagers dressed like Hooter's girls...Very professional.

Kelly is awesome! My eyebrows tend to be thick and unruly so I finally decided to get them waxed. As a guy who knows very little about all of that stuff, I was nervous because I had no idea what to expect. She was great because she walked me through everything that she was going to do and I immediately felt comfortable. My brows have never looked better, plus kelly is super friendly and fun to talk to. You can tell she’s a pro and knows her stuff for sure. I will 100% be recommending her!

While my family used to like this place the last several years, the customer service has gotten terrible. It almost felt like they thought I should appreciate the privilege of talking to them and getting their services. I tried to cancel some appointments but it took 4 phone calls as they then booked us for more appointments first probably so they could try and collect no show fees. At this point, I would give zero stars if I could Something happened to turn this place from the "go to" place in Parker to the "no go" place. There must be some kind of infighting or entitlement or something as I think that we should treat all humans equal and not look down on or talk down to anyone. Being able to cut my hair does not allow you to talk down to me. I do not talk down to you because I can bench press more than you. If they want to stay in business they better change this. I have a small poem for the owner and everyone else there: Do not talk to me as if I am not worthy to be in your presence Or treat me as if I am a peasant Because I have news for you No matter what you do It still stinks when you go number two

Went for full highlights ash brown and came out with a orange and brown balage. When I was getting my hair done another client came in and essentially Sara was doing my hair as well as doing another person at the same time. I called and said my hair was orange and was told next time you come well fix it, but charge you. Never again.

Got a balayage color from Kat. LOVE it! Kat was very kind, knowledge, and efficient. She was able to help me figure out what I wanted and executed it beautifully. She's also just a lot of fun to talk to! Atmosphere was nice, comfortable chairs, good volume level. All of the receptionist at the front desk were also kind and helpful.

Just had my hair cut by Elle. Best haircut I’ve ever had. I just chose this salon because I work really close and thought I’d give it shot. My hair has been thinning and I really needed to find someone that could make it look full and healthy again....I’ve tried several places in castle rock and monument with no luck, I just have to keep it in a bun....but whatever she did the cut is beautiful! I don't give these 5 stars lightly, this place is outstanding. When I moved to Denver I was terrified, every woman knows how hard it is to find your perfect stylist. 1st place I went to burnt my head and made my wait for 45 minutes. 2nd place was really nice but had terrible parking and in a high traffic area. 3rd times a charm cause this place is everything. Talk to Elle G. I have curly hair and she cuts and styles my hair perfectly. This place will leave you feeling refreshed and confident. Try em out. You can also book online too.

My old barber moved away so after a recommendation, I gave WISP a shot since the chain stores around town have been hit or miss depending on who was working. Oz was great. True barber technique and products in a cool atmosphere. Nice guy. Great cut. Fair price. Totally recommend.

Yesterday I had the opportunity to get my hair colored and cut at Wisp Salon. I cannot say how much I love my new style and color. My stylist Brodee listened to what I wanted and made it so. If you are ever in need of a wonderful group of young ladies who know how to treat their customers, call this salon (ask for Brodee)!!!

Unfortunately we had a terrible haircut. The salon itself was nice and the staff was very friendly. The haircut was another story. The worst ever! Saw others come out with cute styles but clearly those were done by more experienced stylist. Mine was a newbie and I paid the price for it. Can’t get it fixed since it would make it even too short. Just have to wait it out. Disappointed for sure! Wish I could share my photos to show the horrible layers/cut

My 8 year old daughter has extremely thick incredibly curly hair. Sabryna listed to my concerns and what I wanted. Before My daughter's hair was in a mushroom/triangle shape. The bulk had been taken out of her hair and long layers added. My daughter felt very special and LOVES her new hairstyle.

I came in with dark roots, and orange-ish band around my hair, and bleach blonde ends. Brodee was able to blend everything and get me back to my light, ashy blonde color! She was so sweet and listened to all of my likes/dislikes and wants regarding my hair (I can be kind of picky). After a full head of babylights my hair is still feeling soft. If you’re a blonde, definitely go see Brodee!

Not only is she super sweet but she is really good at what she does! I have naturally somewhat curly hair and the cut looks so good! For all you ladies with curly hair that are hesitant on having their hair cut, have Elle cut your hair - you will not be sorry!

I went to Wisp back in the fall and had a great experience. I loved Kara. Unfortunately, she left and I tried another stylist thinking Wisp would have all high quality stylists. Not the case. I went two weeks ago, wanting about 4 inches off, I left less 8+ inches. Not only was my hair way shorter than I wanted, but the cut was the worst I’ve ever had. I could have handled the short length if the cut had at least been cute. I paid and left in shock, not wanting her to hack away at the hair that was left. I left for a road trip the next day and today was finally able to have it fixed by a trusted stylist in AL. My hair had to be cut even shorter to fix the holes and uneven layers throughout. The gal who cut my hair at Wisp was VERY nice and just recently moved to Denver, but lacks the technique and skill that I expect from a place like Wisp. I think the salon has a lot talented people, but I was really disappointed and will not be returning. Too risky! I (ugly) cried over a hair cut for the first time ever.

Kelly J. and Julie D. are the best! I go to Kelly for all my waxing and Julie for hair and they're both amazing. Kelly has been in the industry for a long time and it really shows in her work; her attention to detail and expertise are unbeatable. Julie is so talented and knowledgeable, you can tell she really knows what she's doing and I trust her with all my hair needs. On top of their impeccable skill sets, they're both great people. Waxing certain body parts can be an awkward experience but Kelly makes the whole process a breeze (she's super fast and somehow makes it hurt way less which is a plus). Julie is a sweetheart and is great to talk to. The salon it's self is very clean and has a great atmosphere and the customer service from the whole staff has been amazing!
