I have at least 3 salon choices within walking distance, but will definitely be back to Trivium. It’s a very chic and stylish place and I absolutely love the fact they are an eco-friendly salon. Had to wait over a month to get in with him BUT it was well worth the wait. He took my hair from a brassy orange mess to a beautiful brown balayage. This is not an easy feat with very dark Spanish hair but Jasper did such a terrific job. Love! Love! Love!

Situated right off Main Street in Louisville, you can get an amazing haircut and then walk down a block or two for a coffee, pastry, etc. What else can you ask for? :D We have been pleased with absolutely everything at Trivium - haircuts, colorings, waxing... When we moved to Superior from Boulder, my wife wanted to find something closer for her hair coloring needs. After much research, she found Trivium and she was immediately thrilled with the results. Her hair was purple for our weeding and is often redish or pink or purple striped so this is not something she takes lightly. I now also have my hair cut there – albeit no coloration – and Steve does a great job and does a real solid, pro men’s cut. Staff is great. Super friendly. Always offered wine, tea, coffee or water. Always snacks available. And important to add…price is right. I don’t normally take the liberty of speaking for my wife but I think I can safely say we both would recommend Trivium to anyone. Great spot in a great neighborhood.

Can't say enough good things about this salon. The interior is very clean and so chic. The customer service was fantastic...thank you Phillip! They offered me a drink as soon as I checked in and again when I got in the chair. It's comfortable and upscale without being stuffy. Seth is an amazing stylist with great attention to detail. I have short hair, and it has been difficult to find someone who could cut my hair with a short hairstyle that actually fit my face and skull shape. Coupled with that, I also have gnarly scars on my scalp from neurosurgery. Due to the scars that I have on my scalp, it has been extremely difficult to find/get a short haircut that would keep these scars hidden while having the haircut still look the way I hoped it would. I also have a great deal of anxiety about how stylists will react to my scalp, which more often than not has kept me from getting regular haircuts. I went to see Kelly Day, and she gave me a short haircut that works with my face/skull shape and keeps my scars hidden. She is the first stylist who has ever asked about my scars instead of ignoring them and pretending they were not there. When previous stylists ignored them, it added to the shame/embarrassment I already struggled with. By acknowledging them and asking about them, Kelly helped me more than she knew, as she alleviated the anxiety I have always had that my scalp would make a stylist uncomfortable or nervous about cutting my hair. I highly recommend her not only for her remarkable haircutting skills, including knowing and performing the right cut to match face/skull shape, but also for the sensitivity she showed when she acknowledged my scars, helping me feel that they are not something to be ashamed of.

I got a balayage treatment done at Trivium and it looks phenomenal! Jasper is a true expert at his craft and I was so amazed with the result. LGBTQA friendly here. Blonde specialist maybe.? I came to this salon with my long hair with many colours of yellow and platinum mixed into a dark base. I wanted to lighten up my base and after consulting they suggested I tone down the over all colour to match a new lighter base. Needless to say I was very nervous.....but Marisa did some colour magic and now my whole hair looks even and toned into a "cool" blonde instead of "bright and brassy" and a lighter base which left my hair very shiny. And it just looks BETTER.! I was so pleased with results I booked 2 future appointments for the holiday season in advance. The fees are fair and the staff is very friendly. Come here for sure.

Trivium is the salon I've been searching for since moving here 2 years ago. I got my cut with Steve who did a very thorough consultation. I pretty much gave him free reign and he recommended I move my part from the side to the middle and we chopped about 3 inches so the length is right above my shoulders - it's perfect! A week later I came back to get my color adjusted with Jasper. We toned down my 4 month grown out bright blonde balayage with a warm glaze that's perfect for fall. I'm so in love and will definitely call this salon mine from now on. Love, love, love.

I travel for a living always on the road so one of the hardest things for me is finding a hair stylist. I was impressed with Seath’s service, professionalism and taste. He suggested a new look/style on me based on what he thought would fit me best. The next day my girlfriend came to visit me from Miami and did she love my haircut! Salon- the vibe is super upbeat and friendly, they even put out snacks during "happy hour!" It's a beautiful, bright space. Hair- I first had my hair colored two different times, and most recently a cut by Jasper. Each time has been better than the last. He knows what he's doing so well, I could ask for something completely ridiculous and he'd read my mind and make it look fantastic! I trust Jasper completely with my hair, and I've never said that about anyone. Skin- I got a facial and eyebrow shape from Sarah, she made me GLOW and talked to me about how to keep my skin that way. Sarah's knowledgable and very personable, she could answer allllllll of the questions I had and handled my extra-sensitive skin like it was her own. I left with a snack-pack of sample products and a very cool new friend. I'll be back to Sarah for skincare and brows in the future for sure.

I know this is late as I already wrote a statement on Yelp. I'm hoping this information will help you. I was completely devastated when i learned my amazing stylist, Steve Bobian, moved his business to Denver. I had been seeing Steve for the past 2 years, as he is a blonding specialist. I've lived in LA and never found anyone to replicate what my stylist was doing, until I found Steve Bobian. I've seen other stylists at the salon (Trivium), but Steve always got it right! Luckily for me, I found! him in Denver working at Emerge Modern Salon. I live in Louisville, but the drive to Denver is worth it and so is Steve.

Everything about this salon is wonderful. Being from LA I'm used to the snobby $175 minimum haircut salons. Walked in to Trivium and felt comfortable immediately. Though this salon is beautiful, there's no attitude from anyone. I had reached out to my local FB group for a new stylist and many people recommended Steve. So happy I made the appointment. I got a GREAT haircut! We had a consultation before he started cutting about what I wanted to have done and what he recommended. He really took his time and explained everything. In the end I just let him do what he thought would look best. I asked him about the products he used in my hair. Appreciated not being pushed to buy anything...though I am planning and going back to purchase one of them. Liked the place so much I made an eyebrow appointment there this weekend.
