Called to make two appointments on a Saturday. Couldn't do it because only one esthetician on staff and we couldn't have lunch because our services were only 2.5 hrs and they have to be 4 hours in order to have lunch. We would have to wait 4 weeks before they had enough estheticians on staff for two people on a Saturday. Not very good service for such an exclusive spa.

This is a nice spa in a relaxing setting above Evergreen. My wife and I had couple's massages here a couple of years ago. The setting and ambiance are the best things about this spa.

It was my very first ever - it won't be my last. The entire experience from entering the SPA to spending time on the patio, taking in the aroma of the wood burning fireplace, the trickling waterfall and the chirping birds was even more special, calming and awe inspiring. Attention to detail and making you feel like a star are obviously high priorities with each member of the staff.

Went for a hair cut (I've got shortish hair and haven't been happy the last couple of cuts elsewhere) and was very happy with Jen C. Also, she was running behind and came out (in the AWESOME waiting room) personally to let me know and apologize. I was impressed by how she dealt with the breakdown. Anybody can be great when there aren't any issues; it's how someone responds when there is that tells you something.

What can i say.....Amazing!!! First the location is beautiful and so tranquil. Staff were outstanding with getting us ready for our 80 minute massages. The Spa is gorgeous! We had Jessi and Heidi who were nothing short of Amazing! They both could sense the areas to concentrate on and soothe these aching muscles. If you are in the area and can spare 80 minutes or more, GO!!

Beautiful, tranquil spa feeling as soon as you walk in. Complimentary refreshments like cucumber water, fresh fruit and trail mix bags. Went in for a hair cut and color with Jules who is fabulous! I absolutely loved the parrifin wax hand treatment and love that they only use Aveda products!

So disappointed that a spa would charge $70 for a pedicure and completely fail to provide the services promised. Foot and leg massage was totally omitted from my appointment. Next time I'll go to Snappy Nails. I could have gotten 2 pedicures and they wouldn't have blown off the massage portion.

Wonderful prenatal massage! The massage itself was amazing, but the experience is also lovely. I almost left 4 vs. 5 stars because of two things - it's FAR away. But... that's also part of the tranquility and escape. Also, there aren't showers or hot tubs - which is always nice after the massage. There is a quiet room with a crackling fire for pre and post massage. I recommend bringing your book or whatever you like to do to relax in that space.

I get facials from time to time at different places, but this was my first time to TallGrass. I was perfect. The staff is friendly and relaxed, the atmosphere is serene and calming. And the relaxation and mediation rooms were lovely. I will be back with everyone I love.

Make sure you triple check your booking. I booked in Oct for a Nov spa day, girlfriends flew in, only to find out the day before that there was no booking. The manager said "It must have been human error, them not putting it on the calendar".

Amazing massage. Very relaxing environment. Pedicure chair difficult to climb up into, stairs, and stepping over sink, comfy once you get there, just awkward might be difficult for some. Will be back though. Save your pennies!

My husband, daughter and I have gone to Franceska twice for cuts and lots of color. So glad we found her, she is amazing and does a better job then the top stylists in Beverly Hills and at a much better price. She is sooooo nice and is constantly doing new training and does fun styles at hair shows so she's always up on the latest styles. Best I've ever gone to. I highly recommend her. It's a wonderful, relaxing spa easy to get in for appointment, great all natural products and great tea!

Just went there this week while on vaca in Evergreen and it was magical. I’ve never done a full on spa day so this was magical! I walked down from our Airbnb, picked up trash and recycling along the way and they took care of that and from there on it was serene and I lost track of time. From the warm waiting room to get in zen mode to my wonderful practitioner to the steam room, it was bomb! I did the aromatherapy massage and added the scalp treatment. I chose oils to help with my excess heat in my body and it felt so personal. The scalp tx felt very intimate and peaceful. She put so much care into the massage. Then I took the most amazing steam shower using all beautiful Aveda products (even though I packed a backpack full of my toiletries, forgot fancy spas provide it for you) and lingered trying out product. The front of house was amazing, ready to help you with every step. I can’t say enough good things about this place!

I have been to Tall Grass a few times before and have always enjoyed it. Today, however, was a terrible experience. I had booked facials and massages for my mother and I months in advance and I guess they had their scheduling or clients confused? They called me back for my facial first and when that was done they said it was a mistake- I was not supposed to go for the facial first and now I could not get the massage. They said they may be able to squeeze me in for a 30 min massage but then came back and said they would not be able to even get me in for a short massage for almost 2 hours. Since my mother and I came together and I did not want to disappoint her, I just sat in the waiting area for another hour and a half while my mother finished her services. Very disappointing for a place that is expensive, not a short drive, and that we had booked literally 3 months in advance.

This place feels like escaping into the most private, serene, and pampering place you can go. Log fires, hot tea and snacks, and superb service from top-level staff who drive from far away, just to work there. I got a mani and pedi from "Harmony" and was blown away at her professionalism. And my nails look GREAT! :D I may have to save up first, but I'll be back to try other services - it'll be worth it!

Wonderful Spa! My sisters and I go here for massages every year in celebration of our birthday's. We enjoy the quiet rooms with the fire places in the winter and the quaint patio lunch in the summer. I have had years of great experiences at Tallgrass, however, the last 2 visits were definitely not up to par. First while I was getting a pedicure several weeks ago on a beautiful sunny afternoon, the power went out and while the manicurists did their best to finish up manicures and pedicures in the dark with no air circulating, they had to resort to going outside and sitting in the sun to finish. The front desk ladies were totally clueless and were running around like headless chickens. Last week I had a wonderful pedicure with Allie but upon checking out, the front desk girls spent 10 minutes fretting because they couldn't verify my gift certificate in their system. FINALLY, they called for backup which worked nicely and then they overcharged me which I just realized today when looking at their price lists. I think perhaps Tallgrass needs to try just a little harder instead of relying on their reputation of past years.

My boss took my and the rest of her staff here for a much needed break after the busy season. We all got different things, I got a message which was great. This was the only spa we could book 7 appointments the same day, they did 5 appointments at 8:30 and two at 9 which was really nice to all be able to go together. All of us girls were really happy with the services we received and i know personally i will be going back
