I love this gorgeous salon! It is clean and welcoming. Every time I come in the blonde receptionist is always super friendly and my stylist never leaves me waiting! I always forget the name of my stylist, but she has dark hair and is fantastic! She has been at Swank for at least as many years as I have been going and hopefully will be there until I have no hair haha but seriously its a great salon with great prices and great quality of work. I cannot recommend enough people to go here

It has been very difficult to find a great stylist in Colorado! Last April, I was referred to a stylist (26 years in the business) at an “upscale” salon in Denver. I had told him a couple of times that I’ve been growing my hair and I wanted to keep the length (it was to the middle of my back). I showed him a picture of the all over pastel pink that I had wanted. Well, he fried my hair so he had to cut most of it off AND I left with BRIGHT violet hair!! Needless to say, I have been terrified to go through that again. But then, I went to Jacquelyn, and her knowledge an in-depth explanation of EVERY step and WHY blew me away! I am Sooo glad to have found this gem of a stylist! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Came here last year and had a great experience. I expected the same this time, but ended up pretty disappointed. The staff doesn’t seem to happy to be there. The stylist I had didn’t even say hi or how are you doing when I sat down, just what do you want to do? When I shared what I wanted she seemed annoyed and told me I probably won’t get that result. I honestly felt as if I was inconveniencing the stylist by being there. Left with my hair still extremely brassy, even though I’ve had highlights done many times and not gotten a brassy result.

I had stylist, Genesse, color, cut and kertatin treat my hair on Saturday. I am very hard to please, but I absolutely love the color! I have had a hard time finding someone who could live up to my previous stylist of 12 years, but I will definitely be returning to Swank Salon and Genesse!

I love Swank Salon! I just love getting compliments on my hair every single day! They do such an awesome job with the color and cut! I love switching it up every time and trying something new! My stylist is always open to what I would like to try and is not shy about giving me direction and advice about my hair! I love that the staff actually listens and is honest with me about what will and will not work for my hair! AND I LOVE the product line they carry. My hair has improved drastically since I started using their product and advice. If you have any issues with your hair, I urge you to give Swank Salon a try because they can help you reach your goals and enjoy helping you do so! Oh and the location is really good and I never have any trouble with parking

THANK YOU Katie!!! I went in yesterday w/ hopes that might get an appt in a week or so but NO, they were able to see me that afternoon. I explained how I had just had the WORST haircut in my life and I need her to fix it. Had a bad bang cut (all women know how awful that can be) and although she couldn't make them grow, she made them tolerable and even able to style so I felt pretty again. I have found my new hair dresser...thank you so much ladies at Swank!!!!

AMAZING place!! The prices are super awesome, specifically for their tape-in extensions. I moved out of downtown and was worried about finding a close salon that is fully certified in extensions. And then I found Swank Salon! They do a beautiful job of placing and blending my extensions! You would never know they were extensions unless I told you. My favorite thing is that ALL of the stylists are certified in the tape-in extensions and are all awesome so I can always get in with someone at the time I need. Oh and the prices are better than the previous salon I was going to. I will definitely recommend this salon to everyone!

No matter which sylist does my hair....it is always amazing. They did my entire wedding party and Miranda does my hair every couple of months. Today, Eric did my hair and it was fantastic. Styles are up-to-date and always meet my life style. I love women's day! My husband will not go any where else to get his hair done. They carry Kevin Murphy products and I not use anything else ever again! Not only do they recommend the best product for ME, they talk me through how to use it.

I made the mistake and did not ask how much it would cost to have my 6 year old daughters hair trimmed. We paid $40!!! For a trim. Every else you pay around $15. Because we were a walk-in with no appointment I expected to pay a little more, but not that much. Sorry, we won't be back! Over priced for a child!

I first tried Swank Salon a couple years ago and did not have a good experience. I decided to give them another try since others were posting good reviews, it was a mistake. Half of my head has layers the other side does not. I have very thick hair and wanted a bob cut, my hair was not thinned out at all at the ends and now I have very thick ends which dont work for a shorter bob style. Also over all one side of my hair is longer than the other side. Needless to say I was very upset and disappointed.

Hello , so had my hair done the other day at this salon by a senior stylist and I was quoted over the phone that it would be $50 even though my appt. was with a senior stylist when we arrived I checked in was greeted by the stylist and was told sense he was a senior stylist his services were more he also stated he could not do my hair one sold color that I choose he had to do highlights he charged $90 My hair is now a orange .-. brassy color looks like I got it done by a kid people are telling me why did I pay that much for a f***ed up hair job I am so disappointed with the service that I received my mom didn't even want me to color my hair and finally agreed for me to do it professionally but this job they did to my hair does not look professional at all so depressed

Definitely one of my favorite salons in Colorado area. Really enjoyable experience from the stylists to the salon. Everyone has the best hair knowledge and helped me grow my hair back! My stylist was Jenacie but I would trust anyone here with my hair!

I was very disappointed in their service today. Jenacie was my stylist and did not do a good job. Color was darker than i wanted and she left the color all over my face and ears and Didn't bother to try & clean it. Not too crazy about the cut, no body and when I went back because she left color on my face she told me to go home & clean it myself. Needless to say I didn't tip her. Overpriced because she did a bad job. I could probably do a better job from a box at Wal-Mart. Sorry, she was nice young girl, but bad service.

I am so glad I came across Swank Salon!! It is a clean and pretty salon! All the team members are very nice and eager to help. My favorite thing is my stylist listened and discussed what I wanted before she even touched my hair! I live in the neighborhood and decided to give this place a try. They totally exceeded my expectations! Booking online was pretty easy. My blonde was beautiful and they really listened to what I was looking for and it was perfect! Prices are totally reasonable and atmosphere is super cute. Everyone in there looked professional and I think I would feel comfortable going to anybody(although Britni was awesome). I will not be driving downtown anymore...so glad this little gem is right by me!

I scheduled in advance and let the receptionist know what color I wanted. Instead of scheduling me for a consult she tells me they can do it so that's what my expectation was. The day of the appointment they don't have "enough" of the color I needed. I had to schedule/pay for a babysitter and waste my time and money for their mistake. All they could tell me was there was nothing they could do and try to schedule me for another day. Smh, I won't be going back.

Swank Salon is a true sanity saver. Long story short I went to a place that rhymes with "ate lips" and the RUINED my hair. Absolutely ruined it. I went in with almost shoulder length hair asking for an A-Line and left with something I can't even describe. I left that place sobbing. I called Swank and Kelsey the receptionist listened to me and was able to rush me an appointment not even a hour later. She scheduled me with Jenacie ASAP. When I walked in I was greeted by Kelsey with a warm smile and sympathy in her eyes as I looked a hot mess express. She asked me if I wanted anything to drink while I waited for my stylist. I joked around and asked for Tequila. She smiled and offered me a glass of wine. That was a small savor of my fleeting sanity. Jenacie came up to greet me quickly. Once she took me back she looked at this mop on my head and asked what happened. I explained everything. She took her time trying to come up with the best game plan to get me presentable. She did ask the owner Miranda to double check with her on the consultation as there was no way to save this. We came to a group decision that extensions would not be the best solution but I would be getting a pixie cut..... Let that sink in. from Shoulder length hair that was supposed to be cut into an A-Line was going to have to become a pixie in one day. Jenacie was amazing the whole time. She explained what would happen with us cutting it even shorter and having to "re" train my hair. She took her time with my fragile state. She even gave me another glass of wine because I needed it. She took the time to walk me through how to style this cut and what products and tools I would need. I left there feeling like a human and even better the style is super cute. I am growing used to the super short hair but I know in no time I will be in love with the cut! Thank you again Swank Salon and the most amazing staff for helping me on one of the worst days of my life.

Nice salon with decent prices. I had my hair cut by Rylee, she did a great job and was very pleasant to talk to. It was nice to enjoy a complimentary beer while I waited for my appointment. A well done men's haircut will run $25 and includes a shampoo and rinse. They do have a great Tuesday special for a men's haircut with shampoo, style, and a complimentary beer for $18. I would suggest making an appointment as they stay quite busy

I've been going to Nichole at Swank Salon for a little over a year. I tried 4 different stylists/salons before I found Nichole. She is by far the best stylist I've been to, not only since I've been in Colorado, but ever! She always listens to what I'm thinking I want, then provides a great consultation and knocks it out of the park! I've gotten more compliments on my hair in the last year than I've gotten my whole life. If you want amazing hair, ridiculously awesome color, go see her. She truly is a color expert!!!

I send a facebook message to the salon with pictures and a detailed message about what I was looking for. (This was after I called the salon with no answer) The message was read and I never received a response. I have been looking for a new hair place and I live 30 seconds away, so I'm a little disappointed that it didnt work out. I spent $325 dollars today with another salon.
