I purchased a Groupon for my wife last year for Salon 21 for a manicure/pedicure. She has tried on several different occasions to set up an appt but has not been successful yet. The one time they actually scheduled something, the next week they called to cancel the appt. The point of selling things on Groupon is to gain new customers, but Salon 21 has permanently lost a potential client.

Terrific Service I took my nearly 12 year old granddaughter here on a Groupon dela for pedicures for us. We were given 2 options for wonderful scented oil in the footbath. I had also booked a full set of nails for myself which turned out great. And while my nails were being done one of the stylists fixed a French braid in my granddaughter's hair. Even though the pedicures were on coupons & my nails done at an introductory price....Sherrie & I love Salon 21 and its employees and will be repeat clients

same problem as everyone else. I have called numerous times with no answer and no return calls. I too have a business, and if I am unable to return or take calls during business hours, I most certainly return my calls within 24hrs, even if it is at 8pm at night!!

Called to schedule an appt. For a groupon i received as a gift for a mani pedi. Would only let me use half of my groupon because I used one four years ago in 2013 for a manicure.

Such a serene and friendly place with smiling faces and extraordinary service! Calvin did an such an amazing job on my Mani/pedi and Tiffany did an amazing job on my friend's Mani/pedi as well. Great way to end a spa day. Definitely will be coming here next time I'm in town. Have great and affordable prices too! Thank you so much for your wonderful and relaxing service!

I received a gift certificate here from my husband. I loved the service and the people! I had my newborn with me and they were so sweet to her too! She was sleeping in her stroller for a while and they tried to not wake her! When it was time for me to leave and gather everything, they helped with holding her and getting me out the door. I'm so sad to see that people have called and not gotten a hold of someone. If you've ever been in you'll realize that the receptionist position is always rotating or vacant. If that's the only thing stopping you from getting into Salon 21 all I can say is keep calling, it's well worth it. Every time I go in I feel like I'm just hanging out with friends. They are so nice, so down to earth, so great! I think I've had everything possible done there and I have NEVER been disappointed. The waxes there are by far the best I've ever had, and I will never trust my brows to anyone else. I went there to get my nails and toes done with my mom on my wedding day and it was just so relaxing and perfect. They always remember me and make me feel like a friend, not just a number. The best thing is that they love what they do. I have never felt like I was bothering anyone by coming in (which seems to happen everywhere else I go). Their prices are so reasonable, and you're just going to have a good time. I send all my friends and family there, it really is one of the best salon's in Colorado Springs

I would give Hannah a 5 for the haircut, she did a wonderful job! Likewise, Mary Jo deserves a 5 for the partial highlights I had done about 6-7 months ago. Unfortunately, the salon only honors Groupons for new clients, one of those fine-print snags that is rare (I'm used to seeing the disclaimer that one may only use a Groupon once every 180 days). So the business lost a couple of points from me just for that... I use Groupon because I can't afford a $35 haircut and highlights at an extra $55! So unfortunately I won't be back.

I got a groupon but they frown upon them and dont like accepting them. They won't even let me schedule a day for my daughter and I after we paid for the services. Keep telling me they are booked. I drove there and walked in the shop and only 1 person was there doing hair. They were not busy at all. They are liars and I will tell everyone not to go here. Horrible. I wouldn't even give them 1 star. I had too.
