Walked in ... walked straight to the back. Was back in one section for at least 10 mins looking for the best product. No one asked if I needed assistance. ..there were four employees in there. Poor excuse for customer care. Smh disappointed

One of the sales associates name of Laurie didn’t even look at my receipt when I was returning an item. The receipt was actually for some different items that I had purchased later in the year even take the time to look at the receipt to see if you were telling me that she couldn’t return it. I came back to the store and showed her that the other receipt that was in the bag was for the item and he needs to be returned.

Cashier (skinny woman with brown short hair), acted like she could care less I was in her store or spending money weekly. She rushed me out of the store when I'm the only customer, so she can get on the phone to keep talking to her boyfriend on the phone. Horrible service! I have mentioned numerous times I need boxes of 100 hair clips ordered, about 10 boxes and she refuses to offer to order them nor help me and I come in this store weekly. You've now lost a customer because you'd rather be on the phone thrn help a customer that comes in weekly whom you've ignored their needs. Worst sallys ever!!! Don't go here!!!

Rude! Walked in needing supplies and was helping myself. The two workers were just gossiping loudly back and forth and talking behind a customer's back after she left. Never once asked if I needed help locating something I searched a good 5 minutes for. However, on my way or the door, is when I finally got asked if I needed help. Don't waste your time at this location.

Sally's had a buy one, get one free promotion on curling irons. However, this store was out of the 1" curling iron that was supposed to be free. I was given a rain check for the "FREE" curling iron and was told I would receive a call when it was back in stock. I never received a call, so I returned to the store. The curling iron was still not in stock. An employee, Lori, told me the rain check was only good for 30 days! This is a lousy way to do business. In addition, Lori was extremely rude about the situation.

High prices, attempts to be elite, selling to beauty professionals. However, average person still needs to shop for some items not available elsewhere. Good selection, prices high.

Customer service is great. They are so knowledgable about all their hair products. My daughters have very curly mixed hair and the lady helped me pick out some products to help add some mositure to their hair!

Why is zero stars not an option? Customer Service? Not at this place. I arrived a couple minutes before they "closed" and the doors were locked. Now I had a hair emergency which I conveyed through the locked to the girl working. She simply dismissed my plea and walked away smirking with her nose in air. Now here is the "funny" part, they were still checking out 3 customers as I stood outside. Oh and their yelp hours said 6:30 as their closing time. I will never give them my business again.
