Not a huge fan of having to buzz in to be able to get to the different areas of the suite.

Recently Called to have a quote on the suites and the person who answered the phone seem to be unprofessional as if he/she didn't want to be bothered . I honestly couldn't tell if it was a lady or male with the poor communication skills . Everything was " uhhuh" or short answers ...Thank God for signs!!! The reviews are amazing but whoever are answering calls need to improve how they answer the phone I'm sorry but not sorry bad business !
