My friend recommended this place and her hair always looks great so I decided to give it a try but unfortunately it did not meet my expectations. After the dye was put in I was asked to move near the sinks. After 10 minutes I was looking around for my stylist who I asked to bring me water and saw she was with another client. I never got the water and had to sit waiting an entire hour to get the dye out since that’s how long it took for her to cut and style someone else’s hair. The place I usually go my stylist never has another appointment during mine and usually the dye is in for only 30 minutes. The hair cut was fine but all she had to do was trim it and keep the style I already had. The color was a lot darker than what I wanted. She said it would fade but having super dark hair for weeks waiting for what I wanted is not ideal. Also they use L’Oreal color which I do not think is that great since after washing it myself I got dye all over my pillow. I don’t plan to come back here.

I got a great haircut by Hannah. She did a great job of repeating what I wanted to be sure she got it right. I've been trying to work with this style for over 2 years, and she's the first person to really give me what I wanted. I give them 4 stars, though, because their phone situation is just ridiculous. Out of the 4 times I have called this location, they have never answered the phone. It is way too difficult to get ahold of them.

Everyone I have gone to at Matthew Morris has been excellent, and when I haven’t been able to get into my stylist of choice they have been great about recommending alternatives that are in fact good at what I need. With a little extra research I happened on Tamara Tobin and couldn’t be happier. Without a lot to go off of, she cut and highlighted my hair exactly how I would have hoped- exactly how it looks when I have enough time to be in the sun 24/7. This is the happiest I have been going home or waking up in the morning after a hair appointment in as long as I can remember. My hair looks perfect in every style and super natural. She also worked out doing my whole head of (thick) hair even though there wasn’t enough time scheduled. Excellent service and outstanding work. TY!

Audrey is the absolute best! I have been using box dye in my hair for years, and I also have a lot of hair, it’s long and thick. I came to her and told her I wanted to go completely pink. She was just as excited as I was! We spent 10 hours on my hair, and it came out amazing! I love what she has done to my hair! She’s a trooper for sticking with it and working through a 10 hour day just on my hair. She’s the only one I will go see to do anything to my hair from now on. Highley recommend Audrey, she’s so sweet, friendly, and SUPER hardworking.

I love going to Matthew Morris Salon in the Tech Center! Their front desk staff are always friendly and helpful when you ask a million questions about the products! I have been seeing Sasha now for almost a year and she's fantastic! The salon is clean, stylish and is always playing great music in the background. I also love how they do special promotions for extra savings/services on the first Friday of every month. All around great place to get your hair done in the tech center.

I got just a partial highlight and it was $200!!! When I asked why it was so expensive for a simple partial highlight they said she had added some expensive treatment without asking me and never told me. You can't add charges to people without asking them first - it's unethical. Also, they told me that partials cost the same as a full - how would I have known that beforehand? No one told me and it's not on the website. If I had known a partial costs the same as a full of course I would have gotten a full highlight, they just kept it hidden. They surprise people by charging their partials as a full. I feel so deceived, like they purposely hid all this information from me. I called the salon and they never answer their phones so I was unable to talk to anyone about it. I'm $200 out and near tears.

The receptionists are completely incompetent. They visibly don’t know what they’re doing and have no sense for customer service. I have now rebooked my appointment 3 times because of the receptionists error. They don’t listen, they’re rude and they do not care if they disappoint a paying client. It’s a shame because most of the stylists are great, but with the receptionists lack of ability it’s a miracle if you can ever get in to see one.

I went in recently to have Roxanne do my hair and loved the experience and would highly recommend her and this Matthew Morris location!!! She took the time to listen to my idea and together we came up with a common goal for my color that would maintain my hair' health. Along the way she explained what she was putting on my hair and why. The product she used smelled amazing and felt great on my hair. The quick scalp massage during the wash was phenomenal! I will definitely be back soon to see Roxanne and you should too!!!!! She is friendly, welcoming and one of the best stylists I've had in a while.
