I love Inspire in Longmont. Jenna has colored my hair for a few years now and I am getting more and more compliments as my hair gets longer and healthier. Also, the attention that is paid to the quality of the arm/hand massage as well as the head massage during the conditioning treatment cannot be beat! I no longer live in Longmont and I will still drive 45 minutes each way just to have Jenna do my hair.

Ive been literally everywhere, New York Chicago, Austin TX, Denver, Miami literally everywhere and had my hair done and by chance I went to Sophie at Inspire in Albuquerque NM believe it or not and probably got the best hair color I have ever received. Go you won't be disappointed!

Hands-down the worst salon I have ever been to! It was not my first time coming here and had not had a problem until I made an appointment with Chris the owner. I had opted to have my appointment with Chris thinking he was the most experienced for what I needed done I went in looking for an hombre hair color in a strawberry blonde color with highlights in a pastel lavender. I was very concerned as my hair was kind of fragile and would need the Ola Plex to lighten it before the color could be achieved. Chris had no idea what he was doing or how to obtain that color. The first day I went things weren’t going quite as planned so he sent me home and told me to come back tomorrow to fix it so I left. I went ahead and paid for my services that day in good faith everything would be fixed the following day. The following day I left unhappy and was told I could not get a refund and they were unwilling to fix my hair! He damage my hair so much that my long beautiful hair all started falling out in chunks it’s almost 2 years later and my hair is barely grown back to chin length from all of the damage and I have been completely unable to color it cut it or do anything with it because of this I highly recommend finding a different salon

I had never been to this salon before since I am new to Albuquerque. I didn't know the operators, but obviously got the wrong one. I had asked for a cut and style when I made the appointment. I was assigned to Grace and I have to say that was one of the worse experiences I have ever had in a salon. She not only cut my hair way to short, but when she didn't even offer to put some curl in it I had to ask for it. She put 3 hot rolls in and I look like some kind of freak when she cut my hair to the scalp over my left ear. I do not recommend her and if you go there definitely ask for someone else.

The mood and vibe inside is very modern and relaxed which I love. It doesn't feel stuffy or smell like harsh chemicals. Jessica Alexander is the stylist we use as she caters to both men, women and children and is AMAZING! I am excited to start using their other services like the nail stylist, micrblading and I believe they have a massage therapist or will have one soon. Overall this is my favorite salon in the city. AND their prices are TOTALLY reasonable! If you are looking for a new salon then check out this place and ask for Jessica.

I arrived here courtesy of Groupon for a cut, condition and blow-dry. Diane is fabulous! Very friendly, courteous, cut my hair exactly how I wanted. She was so kind to add a shine treatment I brought in myself. It had been months since I last had a haircut and this was great. The Groupon was $30 or less, I forgot but so worth it. The studio was really easy to navigate with a wheelchair, and the receptionist was kind. It was a last minute splurge on account of a photo shoot the next day but Diane did my hair so well she gave me confidence.

So very disappointed in the way that in kiersten Gazzaway treated me. I went to one time and tried several times to schedule an appointment with her after that first appointment. She canceled several of my appointments and when I reached out to her to see why she would never respond. I even called the salon to ask why she had not confirmed my appointment that I had sent to her for the 23rd and I had been waiting for a response for 2 weeks. I finally cancelled it since last time she cancelled my other appointment that I had scheduled with her the day before. She says she up to her neck in clients, however, I feel like she is just horrible at communicating with people and a really bad hairstylist. Don’t expect to get a appointment with her. You’ll see her once and then never again!

First time going there and we had to walk out because of how long we were waiting past our scheduled appointment time. We were suppose to meet with Samantha and when we got there it was like she had no idea we were coming. After 10 mins of waiting Samantha said she just needed to blow dry her current clients hair and finish her bangs and she would be right with us. Not a problem, until 20 mins later she was still not done blow drying her hair. So at this point we are 30 mins past our scheduled time she still hadn't touched her clients bangs nor finished drying her hair so we walked out. Would not recommend.

This is by far the coolest salon I have seen - hands down (even better than Vidal Sassoon in Beverly Hills). But the real reason to come is for your hair. I have been seeing Nikkie (owner) for years - when I first saw her I had over processed, dry, basically straw hair. Not anymore! I am in my late 50’s and easily look early 40’s....thanks to my shiny, healthy hair. I continually get compliments on my hair! And the salon offers many other services too - the masseuse is awesome! I don’t even know where to start with this review. This has been hands down the most frustrating experience I have ever had with a salon. I came here based on raving reviews from free in Parker. No way in a million years did I think a salon with sooo many good reviews could do this. I first emailed the salon April 19th I got a quick reply and she advised me to come in for a consultation. I was trying to go from brown to grey/purple with a shadow root. I met with Elise she seemed nice I told her several times I wanted to get this done by June 22nd when I leave for vacation. She said no problem we can do it and instead of scheduling an appointment she said she would text me.... after two days of not hearing back I called the salon to set the appointment myself. It wasn’t until then that I heard back from her only to find out the appointment I set wouldn’t work because there wouldn’t be enough time. After several days of texting (because she only replies every other day) she offered me June 5th at 12 I asked over and over again if this would be enough time before my trip to do this. She reassured me that it would be. I have done my hair different styles over the years and have never been told I can process my hair this many times in a short few weeks but I guess I trusted she knew what she was doing. She quoted me $350 for the whole thing. I was there from 12-8 it took her 8 hours to do an all over highlight!!!! The bottom of my hair where she started on is platinum blonde because it sat for 8 hours meanwhile the top only processed for 30 minutes and is yellow. At this point I’m annoyed but whatever she is just slow. Toward the end when I started asking about her schedule she was trying to schedule me for July to finish!!! I politely asked if we could still do it before my trip she proceeded ask what else I had going on this Summer and that we could get it done before my next trip! But there was no way we could process my hair that quickly. I came here 60 days ago to ensure I had enough time to complete this before my trip. She blatantly lied to my face instead of just telling me 60 days ago that she wouldn’t have the time she made me wait and now it will not be the way I want before I leave. What’s even worse is she tried to charge me the full $350 for an all over highlight. Wow! After arguing for several minutes she decided to charge me $150 which is how much a basic highlight job should be. She then told me she would look at her schedule and text me to try and get this done before I leave . Well you guessed it I still haven’t heard back. I then tried to call and talk to a manger I was told she was doing hair and would call me back. She didn’t. Someone needs to fix this. I am walking around blonde not the grey/purple I wanted. Elise also chopped all my hair off I had beautiful long hair down to my butt she said it was all dead probably from bleach in my hair for 8 hours!! She told me she would cut off 3” she took 8” off and what’s worse is it looks soooo choppy and my side bangs are not blended in and look ridiculous. I called and set an appointment with Hair Junkiez they were very nice after I explained what happened they are going to fix what Elise did all for $100. This was my Mother’s Day gift from my hubby and he feels bad but he shouldn’t have too! We will see if they reach out to resolve this but from my experience so far I’m sure they won’t

I went in for the first time for a cut and color. Although my stylist was very nice, I left with something far from what I wanted. I was pretty upset since it was pricey, time consuming, and nothing like I expected. So I went in the next day and Susan fixed my hair beautifully for me. Thank you so much. This is not a fake review like the owner is claiming I am her husband and am entitled to leave any review I want about my wife’s experience instead of trying to resolve you keep posting fake reviews and you were called out on it and now you are scrambling to bring your rating back up you removed the photos on the review from Maria after we called you out so who is the real fraud? ***The review from Marire Herrera is fake and has been reported they used a picture from there FB that is hashtagged with a totally different stylist. Not only do they have terrible customer service they post fake reviews too!!** Worst salon ever. Terrible customer service. I have reached out several times now for a resolution for my wife who is devastated after the stylist ruined her hair. They have not responded.

Great service, they have good deals on Groupon, and the lady I had treated me awesome! THE ONLY BAD THING I can say is that after cutting my bangs both visits, they didn’t brush off the cut hair from my face. Usually I get the cut before work, so I end up using a tissue to wipe off the hair, but that takes off a bit of my make up :( other than that, great place!

Usually my kids and I see Daymyan there. She is absolutely awesome with my troubled hair and once upon a time when I could, color! My middle daughter wanted to donate her hair and Daymyan took care of it all for us. Even sent us a text showing they received the hair. My son is 6 and has been horrible about sitting still for a hair cut, he sat still and asked to see her again. For my oldest daughter, she patiently worked to get her hair right after a bad cut. When I'm there, everyone is so courteous and checks in to see how you ar . Amazing place to relax and get your hair or nails done. They offer so many services, it takes time to try them all.

I have been going here for sometime now & I really Love them a lot! I see (1) stylist only! I get a great haircut for a great price using the same person who knows exactly what I like. Thank you!

The pro’s- they use bumble and bumble products, Zack at the front is nice and offers water or coffee and the space is cute. The con’s- some lady named Seraphina (or something like that) washed my hair and physically hurt me several times during the wash and also when trying to comb my hair out. Then Chris Valdez, who is the owner and likely to be best at the salon, cut my hair. He seemed nice but he spent about 1-2 mins actually cutting and a TON of time blow-dry styling. I find it insulting to pay nearly $50+ and they spent all their time blow drying my hair instead of cutting it nicely. Not only that but my hair is not even straight- it’s uneven! Sadly, I won’t be returning.

Tommy has been doing my hair for years. He always does a fabulous job and is so patient with me when I give him very little direction. I don't recommend doing that to your stylist, just saying, he's the best. Also, Vanessa did wedding hair for myself and all my attendants and it was beautiful and creative.
