I got fusion extensions in February was not happy. The color was wrong , the extensions were straight not wavy like I wanted, and no matter how I styled my hair you could see my extensions. Today I went to another salon and they could not believe what a mess my extensions were. The bonds were too long and they were sticky and a lot of my real hair had been pulled out by these extensions. I paid over $2000.00 and now I do not have any hair

I went in to see Heather for color correction. After consulting with me and coming up with a game plan she went right to work. She applied each foil meticulously, sat me under a dryer with a chair that included a back massager, hot towels for your neck at the rinse bowl while getting a scalp massage, all for a very relaxing experience. Heather is so welcoming and we chatted the entire time. I love my new color and can’t wait to go back for my next appointment.
