In love with this salon! I just moved to the Springs this past October and I was on the hunt to find my new salon home. I’m super picky when it comes to who can style my hair, I’ve had bad experiences in the past and wasted so much money on terrible hair jobs. I did what any woman would do and looked at Fox and Jane’s Instagram and went through all the stylists pages. The one who stood out to me the most was Amy, so I went ahead and booked my apt with her! I was a deep indigo color at the time, and wanted to change it up to a bright ruby red color. When I went in for my consolation I was blown away by not only the salon, but by how sweet and caring Amy was about what I wanted to do and what my budget was. She told me upfront and honestly what it was gonna take to get me where I wanted to be and I immediately trusted her with my hair. I’ve been to her twice now, and will continue to go back to her! She is seriously the best, and super talented. If your like me and looking for your forever stylist or want to take the plunge into a funky bright color, go to Amy, she is amazing!

You can't book directly with salon. Phone number fwds to nyc. The agent couldnt see appointments i could then said those appintments were with an apprentice stylist and 30% off. Confusing website. They might be good but couldn't get past the impersonal, complicated set up. Whatever they save from this remote system better be worth the lost business.

For several months I have been going to Fox and Jane salon and I've had two stylists: Chancelor and Shyer Spence. My first stylist was Chancelor. I told him what I wanted: to cut out old layers and a bad color job without re coloring my hair. And he did it fabulously!! He is intent on listening to his guest, and gives an absolutely freaking amazing head massage. After seeing him for a few trim ups I brought my husband in. Again, Chancelor amazed. He cut my husbands hair so that his cow lick was manageable and offered him free clean ups in between sessions to keep his hair within military regulations. We absolutely adore Chancelor. Ten/ten suggest him for anyone who is new to the salon and wants that person who will connect with you and make sure you leave happy. Also, he made sure to call in between haircuts to ensure I was happy. Seriously, the best. The second stylist I worked with was Shyer Spence. I had to have my hair done that day for a ball and I had been getting frustrated with it because it was frizzy and too bulky and driving me generally nuts. She is quiet, and almost seems off putting when you first meet her, but that's only because she is so deep in thought about what to do with your hair. I told her that I was in the military and didn't do much with my hair. She cut in layers that still pull perfectly up into a bun and she suggested an amazing shampoo that is one step and gives my fly away hair an amazing body. She also encouraged me to work through a few days of oil to re teach my body to not produce so much and I've been going four days between shampoos!!! After she started working on my hair I was totally in adoration of her. She is a quiet, but friendly and amazing worker. And honestly, I like not talking and just enjoying someone touching my hair.

If you’re looking for a progressive hair stylist who listens to exactly what you want and then actually makes it happen, Chancellar is the stylist for you! He immediately makes you feel like you’re in good hands. He’s warm and funny yet respectful and professional. He takes all the time you need to make sure you’re both on the same page. He really is the color guru (for brunettes too!) and I walked out of the salon with a warm, multidimensional, updated color and cut. I have fine, thin hair and my cut makes it look like I have so much volume. And I have received so many compliments! Don’t let his charming good looks and impeccable fashion intimidate you! Once again, this girl made my hair dreams come true! Last time, she gave me a perfect haircut. This time, I wanted to add some color too, as it’s been over 3 years since I experimented with changing my color. I wanted a little bit of “bronde” that looked subtle and lived in because it usually takes me a while to fall in love with new hair color. Theresa blends her color so softly, no harsh lines anywhere. Just looks like the sun kissed my hair over time. I’m truly obsessed. The haircut was perfect again too. It’s been two weeks and I’m still loving everything about my fair. So happy to have found my go-to Colorado hair guru. (She books out a few weeks+ but is 100% worth the wait! Trust!)

KELLY BICE IS A HAIR GOD! So I'm new to town. I moved here in June 2018. And I've been dreading getting a new salon. As a result I made the very poor decision of using box hair dye to get me through the summer. Y'all, Im not going to lie, my hair was in very bad shape. (Kelly had the wherewithal to take a before picture so you can see my Dog the Bounty Hunter meets Stepford Wives hairdo on their website. You should check it out and get a good laugh.) So when I plopped down in her chair and asked to have the brassy blonde removed, I knew I was asking for the impossible. Y'all...she rocked it. Not a hint of brass. I'm still in shock. Moreover, she's the most talented hair stylist I've ever been too. The cut was phenomenal. She even fit in my daughters cut while I was being processed. If you're thinking of going to this salon, and you want an extremely talented stylist who knows her colors and cuts, ask for Kelly.

About a year ago I was searching for a new stylist. I was told that Fox and Jane is a great salon with many extremely talented stylist. I’m naturally a dirty blonde and I was ready to go to the dark side and become brunette. I set up an appointment with Chancellar last December. I remember sitting in his chair and feeling so comfortable like I’d come in to see him multiple times before. My first appointment with him was so amazing! After the process was done he took the time to even style my hair after. I left the salon feeling so confident with my new beautiful brunette hair. I continued to come to see him for root touch ups, and every time it was the same amazing experience. I went back in a few months after I decided I wanted to go back blonde for the summer. I ended up getting my hair lightened by Amy who does an equally amazing job as Chancellar. Same great experience, but I couldn’t go fully blonde that day with out frying my hair off. I scheduled another appointment with Chancellar a few months later to go almost platinum blonde. My hair came out the EXACT way I wanted it to. I’ve been to multiple hair salons and seen multiple stylist but Chancellar is by far my absolute favorite!

I had an amazing experience at Fox & Jane. A few things about me - I am not super high maintenance but I will not tolerate a bad hairdo. I am very cautious of where I will go and reveiws are only the starting point for how I evaluate a stylist. After the stylist I was using moved away, I meticously searched for a new option. Fox & Jane had good review but specifically Theresa was consistenly ranked very well. And for a good reason....I went in and had some simple directions = approximate length, approximate style , approximate color. I had a few pics from Pinterest I showed her and than about 1.5 hours later, I came out looking fine!!! My hair is the perfect length, with amazing flow and bounce because of the cut and the color is SPOT ON. I love it. Yes, go there = schedule Theresa, wait the month plus it takes to get an appointment with her and be super happy with the results. I'll be back for sure.

I went to Fox and Jane because it was highly recommended. I had an appointment last week with Kristen. While she is a perfectly delightful person, she sadly needs much more training. I had my color changed and a haircut of about 1-1/2”. My appointment was at 10 am. The color was about 60% right, and the cut was also about the same score. However that was after I had to repeatedly ask her to make both sides and the back the same. When I left at 3:30, after 5-1/2 hours, I was presented with the ridiculous cost of $238. I paid the bill and left. I immediately came home and cried. While I was there, over the time, I watched many clients come and go with beautiful jobs done on their hair. Several stylists appeared to be quite proficient. After reviewing the website, I see that Kristen is an “emerging stylist”. Never was I told this. My original appointment was with T and when I changed it, I was not told it was a lesser stylist. Given the fact that I was there 5-1/2 hours, had to repeatedly coach her, and still did not get a professional haircut or what I wanted in both color and cut, being charged $238 was flatly over the top.

I searched and searched for someone to do a good haircut for me. I have very thick, coarse and unruly hair. Easy online booking with the option of over the phone booking too. The prices are extremely competitive with other downtown salons. The products they carry here are top notch and so is the staff! I love Elle, as she never treats my long hair as a burden and always takes her time. I have always been happy with my haircuts from her...and I am picky! I also appreciate that the salon is cozy and doesn't have a lot of background noise and craziness going on so I leave feeling super relaxed.

I just moved to the area and chose this salon based off the reviews. Amy was my stylist and she was INCREDIBLE. I had some root growth which really turned out to be a color correction thanks to a bad time at a different salon. She let me know we may not achieve my goals in one sitting, but she made my hair 1,000,000 times better then when I came in. She is very easy to talk with as well. I visited this salon for the first time recently and had an amazing experience. The salon is adorable and on a really cool little block in Colorado Springs. My stylist was Kelsey and she is incredible. She explained all of the products she was using and the benefits of each - it's obvious she is extremely passionate about what she does. She darkened me up and gave me a beautiful balayage. I could not be happier with my hair; obsessed is an understatement. Never going anywhere else!

Madie did an excellent job dying my hair! She took time to listen to what I had in mind, she offered more ideas to make sure my hair came out exactly how I wanted, and the end results are beautiful! My boyfriend couldn’t stop saying how hot I looked! I will definitely be back!

Amy is amazing, hands down! I had a bleach session gone wrong at another salon and Amy corrected my hair to exactly what I was trying to achieve at the previous place. Their products are impressive and my hair actually felt smoother after the dye which has never been the case in the past. She also did a wonderful job with my hair cut, which says a lot since I’m super picky. After two years in the springs I can finally say I’ve found my match, I will only got to get!

Picky MIGHT be the word to best describe me when it comes to having my hair done. Obsessive may be a better word. Regardless, I will continue to travel all the way from the Florida Panhandle as often as I possibly can just to have my hair done by the "Hair Wizard." Kelsey D is by far the most knowledgeable, honest, trusting and informative stylist I have ever had! She takes her time educating you on the best route to take color wise and also continues that education on to the products. She will leave you not only feeling like a new woman/man... but she will leave you with the result you were hoping for AND BETTER! My color is always better than I imagined going in and I have yet to find someone where I currently live that can cut it just the way she does. It clearly shows she is a master at her craft and truly cares about her clients! I look forward to each visit and will recommend EVERY SINGLE PERSON I KNOW to Kelsey D!

Today was my first visit to this salon, great location and the space was cozy and comfortable. Chancellar worked magic! He greeted me at the door with a smile, his consultation was perfect giving me suggestions for my hair type and the cut is amazing! The shampoo/massage was fabulous and everything was just right, not too chatty, water and dryer temperature was perfect, it was all exactly what I wanted. I'll be back!

I had the privilege of seeing Chancellar for my cut and color. He knows exactly what he's doing. He thoroughly explained to me what would be done and the results, and he went above and beyond to make me happy. Not only is he a wonderful human being, but he also gave me this amazing scalp massage that almost put me to sleep had I not forced myself awake. He was able to point me in the right direction when I asked for tips on caring for my color and hair issues (he's very knowledgeable). I was most definitely satisfied with the results and I am now a loyal customer (he is extremely talented). Oh and keep in mind, I am thee most picky person ever when it comes to my hair. So for me to be this happy with my hair is a miracle only Chancellar was able to do.

Fox & Jane is AMAZING!!! Wonderful customer service and very easy website to navigate. I am a dirty blonde and have never colored my hair before. I researched places all over Colorado Springs looking for a place that would have knowledgeable stylists. I made a consultation appointment with Dani to test the waters. I was looking to go lighter for summer but keep it natural and looking sun kissed. Dani made me feel confident in her skills. After my appointment for a double processed coloring I am in love with my new hair. Dani is so talented and took my vague idea and turned it into reality. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Reine Salazar is an amazing hair stylist. Her talents are many from great cuts to balayage. The all over color that she did on my hair is beautiful and goes perfectly with my skin color. Her skills in applying balayage are unmatched! Reine is truly talented. This is coming from a very picky client. I followed her from another salon and have been a loyal client for years now. I highly recommend Reine for cut and color. I went from a longer cut with long layers to an angled bob and love both!

I have been to Elle two times and both were awesome experiences. I've been bad at taking care of my hair and with moving so frequently, finding a new hair stylist is a pain. I read the reviews and my experience and cut matched all the top ratings they have received. Elle took the time to explain what the cut would look like and why she did things a certain way. I really appreciate that she asks questions about what I DONT like and then kept asking questions as she went along. I feel heard and my hair feels amazing every time I leave. If you need a new stylist give this salon a try, you won't be disappointed.

Dani is freaking incredible. I had the same stylist for 9 years in Fort Collins (even when I lived in Denver), and had not been able to find one here in the Springs for almost a year. I went in with my natural, mousy brown roots and some fading blonde balyage. I wanted to mix it up for the winter and Dani custom colored my hair using copper/red/brown choices and I LOVE IT. I have been going to this salon for a year now and am so happy that I made the transition to these ladies. Back when they were B & Co I was so incredibly impressed with how quickly their business boomed. Once they transitioned into Fox & Jane I have been more than impressed watching their continuous growth. I normally see Brittany, the owner, but with my work schedule things can become so hectic that even with scheduling things out I have to make last minute changes. They have always been so kind and accommodating regarding this and that is something I will always appreciate. Since my schedule is so hectic I have gone to every stylist that currently works there and have never left unhappy or unimpressed. My hair is pretty complex to work with as it is thick and unruly, that takes color very badly and they are all more than willing to walk me through the steps we need to take and what to expect. It is a clean, beautiful, professionally filled small business that I am happy to be a customer of.
