I called Salon Foushee because I desperately needed a haircut. I called Saturday morning and they were able to pencil me in that afternoon. When I was running late due to a flat tire, they were very polite and understanding and said that they'd make sure my stylist knew. I got there, and right away, I was greeted by my stylist, Marlania. She asked me what I wanted for my hair and we got right to business. She was so polite and professional and she made me so relaxed after a stressful morning. She was so efficient and she made my hair look gorgeous! I was very impressed by the high level of service at Salon Foushee. They were incredibly polite and kind to me and they got me in and out and looking great in no time! I would highly recommend this salon to anyone.

Fabulous Talent Here! Last week, I went to the downtown location for the first time. Kara F., the owner, is truly amazing and gave me the best cut/color I have ever had. I love everything about my long bob and I get complimented on the color everywhere I go! Kara's assistant Sonja(same name as me!) made sure every need of mine was taken care of. Awesome customer service. Kara T. did my makeup for a night on the town, and RoSean provided me with an amazing manicure. I must say I was extremely impressed by the teamwork, cleanliness, and great views of downtown Denver. Each of the stylists gave me great tips on how to maintain my new look, which I really appreciated. I will be going back for a pedicure soon!

JA was very upfront and honest with what she could and couldn't do. She recommended we take it in steps to keep the integrity of my hair but also make what we could do at each visit count. I brought up ideas for my hair, and the hairstylest gave me direct feed back on what it would look like in reality. She never said it was a bad idea but gave me a realistic view of what the styles would look like with my hair. I loved it. She came back with several ideas on what to do and how to style and spent time talking to me to be sure that we were on the same page, and she was exactly right. With the price I pay, I expect a lot more. And the prices just continue to rise. I may have to find a new stylist. Paying almost $200.00 a sitting now is getting to be too much.

I had a color appt. with Jenna to do a balayage from my dyed red hair to a more natural brunette with caramel blonde. Not only was Jenna super nice, she also did a fabulous job on my hair. I was worried about being able to go from red to blonde, but it turned out amazingly. Jenna was also super fast. I have really long and very thick hair and am used to color appointments that last for 4-5 hours. I was amazed that I was out the door, even after the blow dry and style, in 3 hours. While the cost was pricey, it was reflective of the amazing quality and service. I'll absolutely recommend the salon and Jenna to my friends.

Morgan is the best! I recently moved across town and the thought of fighting traffic and dealing with the parking issues to go to my old salon in Cherry Creek was loathesome. However, I was concerned about finding a good stylist since it always seems I have to go through 3 or 4 to find one I like. I came to the right place! I was going out of town the following week and wanted to get my roots done and get rid of the gray. The front desk recommended Morgan to me as she had an open spot that evening. Morgan listened to what I wanted and made helpful suggestions about the color to go with (I had some old highlights that were growing out and I wanted to go with all-over color instead). She also put some nice layers in my hair and it just looks great! I find it seems to fall right by itself without me having to use a lot of hair gel. The color is fantastic and the gray is completely gone. And I echo the others' comments about how relaxing it is to get that head and scalp massage after your hair is washed in the "dark" room with Enya playing in the background. Thanks, Morgan - I'll be back in 6 weeks!

I’ve gone to this Salon for years seeing their med spa for dermaplanes. Yesterday was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I was cut multiple times across my forehead during the procedure. I was bleeding from the cuts on and off all day and had a horrible stinging/burning sensation. I was told during that she maybe has a “bad blade” but she never changed it. After the procedure I was never told how to take care of the cuts. She offered me ten dollars off for..”beating up my face” (her words) I have my bridal shower in two days and now am finding a way to cover up the mistakes. I called back and asked to speak to one of the doctors. She offered me a refund and told me to purchase something from their salon to help the cuts. I’m absolutely outraged this would happen to someone and the only offer was for me to purchase a product. I will never go back and see Toni again. I’m posting this review to hopefully help anyone avoid this situation.

I had a full spa day at Foushee salon spa on March 22, 2019 and it was fabulous! When I walked in I told the reservationist, Kayla, at the front desk my name and she quickly led me to my 1st appointment. All day she kept me on track, she was very friendly, attentive and organized no matter how busy it got. I started with the cloud 9 pedicure with Nadean and it was amazing! A total relaxation pampering like nothing I've ever experienced. Then I had a millionaire manicure with Brittany which was very nice. Next i received an ultimate facial from Danielle that was so great. She took great care of my skin, consulting me on my daily skin care and gave me a great massage. I finished with a hair cut and style with Tara who may be the only person I ever let cut my hair again! I have very thick long hair that seems to be difficult to cut for most people but she did such an amazing job I can't believe how much I love my new hair style. Thank you to everyone at Foushee for making my day fabulous!

I went to the Littleton salon last week on my birthday with the intention of getting my hair colored and just having a nice relaxing day. Instead, when I came in I found out my appointment was booked wrong (I booked it well over a month ago and the stylist told me exactly how to book it so I booked it that way) and I had taken the day off and everything so I wasn't going to re-book. So I tried to work with my stylist on a compromised color solution and she seemed nice enough to help and I thought we were on the same page (I tried to keep repeating myself over and over). But when it was done I was left with a completely different color that was both outrageous and bold. Not what I was looking for at all at this time. The maintenance alone on the color would have been a pain. But I thought maybe it was just the lighting in the room and I was overreacting. She didn't even really notice that I was upset and just styled my hair hurriedly. When I got home I realized it was still not at all what I wanted so I called the next day to try and get it fixed (after crying for a while). I was able to get in that day and my stylist was beyond annoyed and put off by the fact that I was there. I tried to apologize a million times to her as clearly I was a problem for her. So I told her I just wanted it toned down a bit and we talked a bit about a solution. And then she got to work. Barely talking to me at all the whole time. It was awkward and painful to be there. After she was done it still wasn't right so she tried another color on it and that did end up toning it down. Unfortunately all of this treatment completely FRIED my hair. She did a quick dry and shooed me out the door as fast as she could. Of course I still tipped her because I felt bad being there in the first place, but my hair looked awful. I spent the weekend crying and trying to put as much coconut oil and masque treatments as I could on it to no avail. My hair is dead. So I called yesterday and explained all this hoping to get a refund -- instead I was wooed into coming to get a deep emergency treatment that would supposedly save my hair. I came in and of course the stylist that ruined my hair was there so that was horribly awkward and made the situation stressful and uncomfortable for me. After the treatment was done my hair STILL looks completely fried and brittle and I have never been this unhappy with my hair. And on top of that I was CHARGED AGAIN for this supposed miracle treatment instead of refunding me or at least giving me the treatment or even a haircut free. My hair is absolutely RUINED and I have never been so upset. I spent over $200 on this mess.

*~Nancy~* is so wonderful that I deleted my first 5 star review to write a new one so I could talk even more about her- she has absolutely transformed my hair in just 16 weeks! When I started coming to Nanct my hair needed serious rehabilitation after years of abuse had left it extremely damaged, frizzy, and brittle. In just a few months of getting regular haircuts and oil treatments, my hair is becoming infinitely thicker, softer, shinier, and all-over healthier. I feel like my natural color has even improved- is that possible!? I have always left Nancy's chair happy, thoroughly impressed, and looking forward to my next visit ASAP. I've had dozens of horrible salon experiences and I'm so happy to have finally found a consistently wonderful stylist! Nancy has given me so much hope for loving my hair again! My hair was several inches in the back and side that I had been growing out for nearly a year. I asked Kara Taylor to have some taken off the back and side as it was curling too much. Kara took it upon herself without asking to shave the back of my head leaving part of the top longer but uneven. This was the worst haircut in my 50 years of life! I didn't even know I had some birth marks on the back of head until she shaved it! The worst part is I asked the manager to call me and haven't heard anything back from weeks ago. Very Very disappointed.

Incompetent and arrogant. I recently moved from NYC and wanted a convenient place for color & cuts. Friends & co-workers who have great hair recommended various salons in Cherry Creek, but I wanted to try something closer to home, even tho finding a good place in the burbs is challenging. I tried Salon Foushee--what a DISASTER. First of all, the woman in reception is arrogant and quoted me the wrong price for a full highlight, glaze and haircut. TWICE as much, which I might have been OK with, if they'd done a good job. The colorist--if you can call her that--ruined my hair. Instead of "highlighting" what was already there (ash blonde/dark blonde), she bleached out my hair to a solid color of brassy orangey blonde. I was horrified. When I complained, she blamed me saying that I should have known what formulas to use from my colorist in New York! Like who shares hair color formulas with customers? I'm suppose to tell the colorist in advance what colors to use on my hair? Really????Aren't they trained to know what mixtures to use??? And, this colorist was some high "level" at the salon, which correlates to what price you pay there. The higher the level (and presumably the higher the expertise) the more money you pay. What a RIPOFF! I wound up having to get corrective color done at another salon, which was expensive, but they fixed all the damage Salon Foushee and their incompetent colorist did. Had I looked through the other Yelp reviews, I would have seen the consistent problems with color/cuts and warnings to stay away! Skip this terrible, overpriced salon with unskilled staff and lousy service and look at the other reviews. DON'T GO TO THIS SALON!!!! Additional Comment: The owner of Salon Foushee is trying to discredit my review by saying I'm not an "actual person." I assure you I am real and I had a terrible experience at Salon Foushee and I don't appreciate the owner of Salon Foushee trying to delete my Google review--she's doing the same thing on Yelp. These reviews are intended to help people make decisions and I understand why she may not want to see a bad review, but she should take this feedback (instead of trying to make it go away) and make changes to improve her salon--training her staff better would be a good start. Also, maybe she should stop protecting her staff who desperately need to up their game, instead of trying to silence unhappy customers!!

I wasn't pleased with my haircut (everything looks great after how they style it at the salon but at home things look different). When I went back for a touch up the stylist was snappy at me because I wanted her to fix the haircut. She made me feel like I almost offended her with going back. She had the nerve to say in a condescending way "You said you liked the hair cut before you left". I told her that once I washed my hair and styled it my self I didn't like it. So we started off with the wrong foot. I had originally asked her not to slide down the scissors because they cause me more split ends, and that is how she did the cut. She didn't even part my hair properly and proceeded to do her job. I will never go back to this place. I can't remember her name but she was a brunette and bilingual. I started going to Aura and couldn't be happier.

Sarah W. has been cutting my hair for over a year now and does an amazing job every time! She always takes good care of her customers and makes you feel welcome every time you come to the salon, even in the simplest ways like getting you something to drink or hanging up your coat. Sarah is good at listening to how I would like my hair done, and when I am open to new options, she has lots of great ideas that always turn out looking perfect! Her head massages during the shampoo are awesome!! Sarah also did my hair for my wedding and I couldn't have been more happy with the way it turned out! The new salon downtown is awesome, with its exposed brick, new equipment, relaxing massage and pedicure rooms, and it is in a fantastic location! I use the Paul Mitchell Awapuhi Wild Ginger hair products they sell at the salon and I love them! They make my hair smooth and healthy, and smell great. I would highly recommend this salon and Sarah W. as your stylist!

I went into their Spa for the first time on Friday as well and had an Ultimate Facial done by Jackie. It was fantastic! I was so relaxed and my face feels healthier already. I have had the pleasure of being a client with Salon Foushee for years at this point. The service is always above average while mostly being excellent. I have worked with multiple stylists and have found my match with Jenna. If you want to talk about pedicures, Salon Foushee has an incredible experience! It is unlike any other. It moves beyond the classic "tub soak" and creates a truly relaxing time. A facial with Jakie is pleasurable and soothing. Massages with Maria create a feeling of physical improvement after our time is over. My overall favorite is the staff, especially the front desk. The staff manages the show like professionals who are cool. There is no snobbery or any kind of disingenuous attitudes. Barb, specifically, is amazing at managing clients with consideration and kindness.

Went in with a photo and was given a cut that didn’t look like it at all. When I made the appointment, I specifically asked whether a blow dry was included and was told that it was. When I sat down in the stylist’s chair, I told her up front that my hair is very wavy and cowlicky and that she would need to dry it and then see whether any additional cutting would be needed. She said that was part of her plan. However, when nearly an hour had gone by - including shampoo and discussion time - she handed me a mirror and spun my chair so I could see the back. I told her it wasn’t quite what I expected and she said I could mess with it for a couple of weeks and then return if I wanted to. She then handed me my purse as if to tell me that my time was up. I asked about the fact that she hadn’t dried my hair, and she said she wasn’t doing it because the diffuser would make it frizzy. I’ve lived with this hair for about 50 years, and I know what it does and does not do. She did not listen. This was my first and last time at this facility.

After my stylist left to pursue other opportunities, I started going to Nancy. She has been styling my hair nearly a year now, and I absolutely love her! After 15 minutes of waiting, the stylist I requested told me she was running behind and her assistant would wash my hair. The assistant not only did that, but did all of the drying and styling. The actual stylist only did the cutting (which took about 8 minutes). I was her last priority; She even asked the assistant if her next appointment was a repeat client or not as she was stuck in the waiting room too. The “assistant” isn’t even listed as a stylist on the website. She left huge chunks of hair over my entire face as she dried it. She’d just yank through any tangles with the round brush. My head was getting pulled all around and she just kept yanking without acknowledging it. At the end the actual stylist walked me up front to check me out. This is a really tacky way to do things— you’re pressured to leave a good tip when the stylist is the one checking you out. I politely asked if I was still going to be charged the full price for her styling even though the ‘assistant’ did 80% of the work. She snapped and said she paid the assistant herself and charged me the full amount and gave a nice smile when I walked out. I wouldn’t have paid more than $10 for the haircut and customer ‘treatment’ and yet here I am down $60. Horrible.

Salon Foushee, has been my salon for about 15 years now. I liked the way a friends hair looked she gave me a card and I went in to find such sweet people. They take such good care of you. they no there stuff and can fix things that you might have had done that you are not happy with.They always listen to your needs. This is the third location I have been to. Ms Janet Kammer helped me out one day as a walk in and I loved her so much, I had to fallow her to the new Denver Location.Do you want to be pampered well this is the place. Jodi happy customer :)

I was a little skeptical at first to go to a new place but it is one of the best decisions I could have possible done when it comes to my hair. I love how knowledgeable they are and how friendly the staff is plus the massage scalp while they wash your hair is amazing!

I paid for an expert in giving perms. I told the stylist that I colored my hair. She never asked what product I used and not being an "expert", I didn't know that I should mention the brand. A week later, I went in and said I wasn't sure that they wanted me to tell anyone where I had received the perm. My hair was so badly burned, that I looked like I had been struck by lightning. No apologies were given, the offered a hot oil treatment and nothing more. It has taken a year to grow out the mess and numerous hot oil treatments and cuts at my expense (and of course another salon) to finally get my hair back to a good place. My current stylist asked what I used to color my hair and when I told her, she said that they should have NEVER given me perm. It was a very expensive ($140) lesson. Also had a cut at Salon Foushee before the perm and was not impressed with that either.

Monique is my go to esthetician for my eyelash extensions! She takes her time and will let you know what length, curl, and diameter that will look best on your lashes. This is extremely important for me when looking for someone to do my lashes. This shows me she cares about my natural lashes! My lashes have never looked better!!!!

I went in today 06-16-17 cause my family gave me a gift card for Mother's Day. I'm getting married tomorrow 06-17-17. I came in for a millionaire manicure and shellac. I had a lady named Morgan who was so much into her migraines, wanting to leave early for a tattoo, her cat, going to bed at 1am and waking up at 4am!!!!! I honestly didn't want to talk. I came to relax and try and have nice nails for my wedding. I told her I didn't want my nails filed cause I did them at home. She did it anyway and my pinkie nail is crooked. She made them shorter, when I tried to let them grow. I still have dead skin around, she didn't get it all off. The shellac doesn't even cover my nails!!!! My first experience here and last ever. You guys seriously need to talk with your ladies about being professional and focusing on the customers priorities!!!!! Thanks for ruining my nails!!!!!!! Greatly appreciated

At the age of 58yrs young, after spending a majority of my life in the warm California sun dousing my skin in baby oil for that perfect tan, my skin showed the effects of this abuse. In hind site I was an idiot...yet not alone! When I heard about CRT treatments I was skeptical yet intrigued. I was willing to give it a try. After a couple of treatments I was amazed at the changes to my skin. The crape paper look smoothed, the sun spots faded, and the elasticity improved greatly. While I can not change the effects of gravity on my body and you all know what that entails! I can put my best face forward. I highly recommend these treatments as there is minimal "down time," just a bit of redness an peeling which disappeared within two days. Well worth the results.

My facial with Renee was amazing. I will be back to Salon Fouchee for sure. Last week I had the best cut and color from Kara Taylor, then got an amazing massage on Tuesday. I liked Salon Fouchee so much that I brought my cousin for a birthday spa day today and had a facial with Renee. You can expect an exceptional experience with any of the treatments you choose. Also, I truly appreciate the down to earth, attentive, genuinely friendly and welcoming staff, and can't wait for my next visit!

Sure, you'll get a good cut, but don't expect any warmth or connection with this place. It seems to think it's in Beverly Hills. I've gone there five times now and the two stars are for the good cut and the good facial over the those five years. Staff borders on cool-chic rude. C'mon people...look out the window! You're across from Wendy's, Whole Foods, and half your customers are in leggings and sweatshirts.

Excellent experience. First time calling in offered price levels and multiple appointment times that met exactly what I needed. Upon arrival, huge salon, stylist ready for appointment. Janel asked all the right questions and helped me help her get what I needed. Didn't expect the head/neck massage and hot towel located off the salon floor, added bonus and quiet time actually was pretty cool. All in all one of the best hair cuts I have had. Several comments from friends n family they hair looks good makes it great. Especially from guy who doesn't have much hair. :) Thanks Janel! I'll be back.

I've been going to Salon Foushee for years and am always happy when I leave. My 13 year old has now started getting her hair highlighted and I've been happier with the results than I would have thought possible. I won't take her anywhere else!

Really poor customer service. Saw the same level 5 hair stylist several times, and was not happy with the last two times. The last time was the grossest attempt at balayage ever. I showed a picture and was told we could achieve something similar but I left with a few brassy strips around my face. I reached out to customer service weeks later and was told they were not willing to fix the cut or color since it was outside of their 1 week policy, however my hair dresser told me to wash my hair a few times to see how I liked the color since it would change. How am I supposed to do that and let them know it was bad within a week when I only wash my hair twice a week (again, recommended by that same hair dresser). See pics of horrible hair cut.

I went and got a short haircut from the second element (it was 48 dollars) and the hairdresser did a horrible job. I could have gone to Fantastic Sams and got the same result for less $. The hairdresser butchered my hair... literally cutting one side of my hair shorter than the other side on the top. I had to point her mistakes out to her and she said she couldn't believe she made the mistake and defended herself. She also did not texturize the hair at all, telling me that makes the hair thinner. hmmm! To say the lease, she did a terrible job and I will never go back.

Then had the best shampoo experience I've ever had in a salon - lovely ambiance and a superb massage! Lo is meticulous and skilled. Would highly recommend both Salon Foushee and Lo. Wow! Just tried to make an appointment for my friend and I to get pedicures togethers. The appointment was for 10 days from now. After telling me of course we could come in at 11 immediately changed her mind and said "you know what one of our nail techs isn't feeling well maybe we shouldn't plan for that." What she isn't feeling well today so you can't make an appointment for 10 days from now. This is the second and last time I will try to make an appointment here!

After hearing rave reviews from my friends, I booked pedicures for myself and my mother while she was in town visiting for a special treat--the intermediate Cloud 9 pedi. At close to twice the normal price, I was expecting something great. The pedicure experience itself was great in some ways-soft blanket, warm neck wrap, comfy chair, and relaxing music--but it ended up being a disappointment and I won't be going back. Their sugar scrub, massage, and warm booties are all things that I get with every other pedicure place, so nothing special. The real kicker is that both my mother and I got the absolute WORST paint jobs I have ever received from a professional pedicure. Mine is patchy and looks like she only did one coat (my eyes were covered so I couldn't tell for sure) and I heard an "oops" and felt her hit my toes with my shoe when she put them on me, then later noticed a huge smudge on my big toe that she didn't fix. I also had tons of paint on the skin around my nails and had to go home and fix it myself. My mother came in with dark red polish and wanted to go to a light blue--they didn't take all her polish off and you can see a dark red edge around her new polish on multiple toes, as well as having the same thin, one-coat look. In the end, although the experience was pretty good, my toes look worse than if I had painted them myself so for double the price, NO WAY!!

SARA G. IS THE BEST!!!!! Looking for the right salon and stylist has always been a hard thing for me....I do not pamper myself often and have never been one to get my hair done on a consistent basis. I decided on Salon Foushee in Littleton. As I entered the salon the front desk employees were courteous and offered me something to drink while I waited. Soon after stylist Sara Guttormson came to greet me and take me to her station. Right off the bat Sara was very warm and friendly. We talked for a bit about what I wanted and I never felt rushed. She made great eye contact and I felt that I was really being heard. Sara took her time to show me options and asked me if I had any images I wanted to show her as well. She asked questions and made sure we were very clear on what I wanted and how much time I wanted to spend maintaining that look after I left. I appreciated that...I have little time to get ready in the morning and wanted something very low maintenance. After a great consult she took me to get my hair color treatment started. While Sara applied my color we would chit chat from time to time. I felt like she let me lead the conversation and didn't talk my ear off about herself the entire time (a problem that I have experienced with other hair stylists before). Sometimes I like to chat but sometimes I like to sit and relax...it is a treat for me and time away from my busy life and schedule. She is great at taking cues and knowing how to interact. She is also hysterically funny and made me laugh and enjoy the experience. Sara then took me over to the dryer and asked if would like anything to drink while I waited under the dryer. I liked that about this salon....great customer service. Next I was taken into The Wash House. This is a separate room of the salon that is dimly lit, with soft music playing. It is a perfect escape and a serene environment. This is where I experienced THE BEST SCALP MASSAGE OF MY LIFE!!!! I may be somewhat of a stranger to the hair salon experience but I am no stranger to massage, having received them for many years. I can honestly say that Sara gives the most amazing and thorough scalp massage I have ever had. I felt like she really enjoyed her job while making me feel special in the process. When I sat down to get my hair cut I felt that I was in good hands. Sara checked in and made sure I was happy with the length, etc. When she was finished cutting she began to apply product and explain to me why she was using it and how to apply it correctly. She then taught me the right way to dry and style my hair to achieve the look I was going for. She asked if I had any questions and then we headed to reception area. Sara took me to the hair supplies and showed me what she used on my hair in case I wanted to buy any of it. I ever felt pushed into buying the products, which I appreciated. When all was said and done I walked out of that salon feeling beautiful. I felt pampered, valued and appreciated by Sara. I will most definitely return every 6 weeks and look forward to it.
