FLUFF IS AMAZING. 25 zillion stars to Brittany (owner), Ethan (hair) and Mary (makeup). Brittany has gone ABOVE AND BEYONd to make my wedding day absolutely perfect. Just had my hair and makeup trial and could not have been more pleased- Ethan and Mary both listened to exactly what I wanted , offered their own thoughtful suggestions and made me look just the wanted....and they are just fun people in general which makes this piece of the wedding planning process that much better! I highly recommend Fluff to any and all!

Service was fine, however they quoted a price of $35 over the phone To my 18-year-old granddaughter, then charged her $70 after The work was done.She said something at the checkout and they said the person on the phone must’ve miss-quoted her The price. Bottom line was they did not honor what they told her on the phone. Kind of a rip off Eh! My response to the owner below is quite simple. I checked with my granddaughter. She did not request an "updo" from that quoted on the phone initially and she was not told the price when she checked in. She only found out the price was doubled when she checked out. the only thing she had done was makeup to her eyes (eye brows, lashes, lids).

Staff is amazing and so nice. I always get the warmest welcome. I chopped my hair spur of the moment and Andrea did a great job and gave helpful advice on the length and style. It is pricy for a haircut but I think it is worth it.

Love Fluff Bar! I originally had my extensions installed in Dallas, TX. After visiting 2 other salons in Denver, I finally found Emily at Fluff Bar. Prices are comparable to anywhere else, but the service is excellent. Emily is FAST (I have 20 wefts and she can remove, retab, wash my hair, reinstall, and style in 2 hours. Everywhere else I have been has been at least 3 and the stylists were grumpy about performing the service.) Emily is really positive and nice. You can tell she loves her job and making people feel great! Add on the super cute environment and champagne or mimosas... What else could you want?! Love going here to get my hair done.

All the stylists are amazing and personal when it comes to having my own style. Marissa and Morgan and have done amazing makeup looks for me. Jami can really do wonders with her hair tools for different styles. Ethan does great work with color, such a miracle worker honestly; my hair was really all over the place. Brittney the owner really ensures that Fluff is a warm and personal salon where humans help and service other humans. Having been with all the stylists I can genuinely say they all go above and beyond, and take pride in their work. Not to mention that the salon is beautiful, I always walk out feeling the most confident me.

I really wanted to book a braid appointment for my friend’s birthday gift this weekend. We are coming from out of town and I picked this salon because the name has inside meaning to us. There was a time available but I was confused and asking questions about the difference with a master stylist and the regular stylist. The receptionist was rude and condescending with her responses, I let her know and then decided I will be finding another salon that is more accomadating. First perception is huge, especially in such a large city with so many options. I am also getting married there next year and this could’ve been a very large bridal account for your salon so perhaps a review on etiquette would boost business.

There's truly not enough I can say about how wonderful my experience was at Fluff Bar on my wedding day. From the pre-wedding run through to the day-of beauty plan and everything in between, it was all perfect. To start, they were not only wonderful with quick replies to my questions and in setting me up with appointments, but they were beyond accommodating for me and my large bridal party. Next (and probably the most important for any future brides!), my hair and makeup turned out exactly as I had imagined it. I felt absolutely perfect the day of the wedding. Not only did Brit, the owner, do my hair the day-of, but she made a solid recommendation prior to the wedding day in adding slight highlights to my hair, and I'm so grateful she did. Also, my six bridesmaids and mother had their hair and makeup done there, too. There wasn't an ounce of negative feedback from anyone, so consider that 8 for 8 in making the most important women in my life happy. (Talk about a tall order!) And finally, one last more personal note, my mother fell very ill with cancer two months before my wedding. Brit and all of her staff at Fluff Bar were incredibly sweet and accommodating to her. This meant more to me on my wedding day than having perfect hair or makeup, so if there's one thing I hope you remember from this review, it's this: you'll find tons of salons and vendors that will get the job done on your wedding day (or at any other time in your life), but it's rare that you find ones that will do the job AND go above and beyond with humility, kindness, and service. Thank you, Fluff Bar, you truly made an impact on my special day!

I had the pleasure of having Ethan and Eve do my hair today. They both worked together to foil my hair (I have a lot of it) so that it didn’t take forever getting every strand in there. After all of the washing and toning I was left with the hair of my dreams. It’s perfectly blonde, I’ve never had anyone achieve what they did. Brittany and her team are amazing. I eloped in November, Brittany and Emily did my hair and make up. I didn't even do a good job of explaining how I wanted my hair and Brittany did a fantastic job, exactly what I wanted. Emily did an amazing job with my make up, it still looked perfect at the end of the long day. They were so nice, they even touched up my mom's make up while she was waiting for me (she didn't get hers done by them). I've been going back to get my beauty products from them ever since and every time it's a pleasure to walk in. They even tried different shades to help me pick my foundation.

So Disappointed! I have been going to FLUFF for years, always loved working with Ethan and have appointments scheduled for my wedding in December. This past weekend I was charged $275 when I was not there and did not have an appointment, I have called and asked for a manager 2x and sent an email but have yet to hear back from the manager. The receptionist verified I did not have an appointment for the day I was charged. Now had to cancel my debit card so they no longer have it. I will not be going back.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. I am a self-described perfectionist and I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EVERYONE BECAUSE IT IS PERFECT. I booked this place for my wedding after my freelance hair guy canceled and I had a bad experience with my other makeup artist. They made me feel beautiful and pampered, and they made me look absolutely stunning. The staff is kind, patient and listens to you. I had 6 bridesmaids who all had their makeup done (no hair) and they made them all look great. They know how to do hair and makeup and take it to the next level with service and, hands down, the most gorgeous salon in Denver. They allowed us to bring in breakfast while we were getting ready for the wedding, had music playing, and made it so much fun to be there. What a great way to start our day!!

I would give it a 3.5 if I could. I was in a few weeks ago with my bridal party. My makeup was AMAZING!!! It was exactly what I wanted and more, however my hair was a bit disappointing. The extensions I got were great and dyed to my hair color, but other than that there was nothing about my hair I couldn't have done myself and better. They curled me hair with a straightener which did not even hold until my ceremony so I had to re curl parts of my hair. Also, they put no smoothing product in my hair at all so it became frizzy, I was so disappointed. My trail and my blow out a few days before were both way better than my actual wedding hair. My made of honor is black and has very dark skin, which they assured me prior to booking would not be a problem. Her eyes and lips looked great, but her foundation was WAY too light so she ended up taking it off after we left. They also charged me twice for the deposit, which was inconvenient. They did however quickly refund it which was nice. Again the makeup was amazing and the blow out I got a few days prior was fantastic so I will go back for galas and other events.

This past weekend was a huge celebration for my daughter. My mother, myself, and must all went to fluff to get our hair done. My hair and my mother's hair were done by great attentive staff. My daughter however, the star of the weekend had a terrible experience. I asked the gentlemsn hair dresser to braid her hair, doing a half up half down style. He didn't wash her hair as it was washed and straightened the day before. He braided it very sloppy. Pieces were popping out of the sides and clumps of hair stuck out on top. When I pointed out some things that needed to be fixed , he got defensive and took out the entire braid and made a long tail. Then had the audacity to charge me 50 dollars. This left me feeling upset. It was her special and her hair looked like something I could have done in two minutes at home.

I love Fluff! I chose to get my hair (and my bridesmaids hair) done here for my wedding! This place is STUNNING! They have their own bridal suite and we had an absolute blast. The people who work here are absolutely incredible - very talented and fun! I was one of those brides who changed my mind every two seconds on whether I wanted to do my hair all the way up or half up. Andrea was so patient with me and told me what was realistic and what wasn't with my hair, I really appreciated that because this way I wasn't going to be disappointed. I adore Andrea. I sat down in the chair and did something completely different than what I did at my trial and she blew all my expectations out of the water. I LOVED my hair! She's so sweet, personable and fun too! Also huge thanks to her, our wedding photos turned out even better because of the way she did my hair! I truly felt like a real life princess and I can't thank her enough! I got so many compliments - I wish she could do my hair everyday! The rest of the Fluff team did wonders on my bridesmaids hair - they all looked stunning! Do yourselves a favor and hire Fluff!

I am so disappointed with the hair and makeup I received from Eve and even more upset at what they charged for what they provided! I was pressured by my stylist, Ethan, into doing a hairstyle that I didn’t like, despite my showing him exactly what I wanted. He refused to communicate effectively with me about what he would be doing instead and I felt very anxious the whole appointment. In the end I had a hairstyle that was not my style and was not what I requested. It quickly came undone & tangled up into a knot that took me over an hour to comb out. Especially considering the price, I was pretty upset that my senior prom consisted of me trying to fix my hair in the bathroom and being stressed the whole night. My scalp is still sore from detangling.

I used Fluff Bar for my wedding hair and makeup services and they did an absolutely incredible job. I worked with Ethan (for hair) and Tawni (for makeup), and they were the most fantastic duo! We discussed the general look I was going for, I showed them a few pictures, and they worked with me until we achieved the exact look I desired. They made me feel positively beautiful on my wedding day and I cannot recommend them enough!

I wish that I would of met Brittany sooner. She has worked wonders on my hair - bringing it back from a total mess after bleaching it for over a year. She's done my hair for my wedding and just regular maintenance, and I always walk out of the salon looking like a 10/10. Their makeup services are great too!

If you are hoping for a professional salon this is not the place. I had planned my “first look” with my photographer the weekend before my wedding and booked my trial run the morning of my first look. For the day of the wedding I had 14+ women booked to get their hair and make-up done. When I emailed the coordinator of the salon to confirm my first look I was told they were unable to accommodate my “unusual request” as they did not have stylists the day of my first look. They took a week to get back to my email and I had to follow-up with them multiple times to get an answer. I corresponded with Andrea and Brittany via email for about a week with no resolve, I was finally forced to file a dispute with my credit card company as they requested payment in full prior. They then told me it would be illegal to refund my money, now I am no lawyer but I think fraud is illegal. They also began demanding my photographers and wedding coordinators phone numbers as they were going to reach out to them, I am not sure for what. Multiple times they told me that I was in the wrong and my request to do a first look a week before the wedding was “unusual”. Regardless, I am now happy going to a new salon and stylist that can accommodate my large group and my first look styling less than 30 days out before my wedding. They are highly unprofessional and would not recommend them to anyone. In fact, their poor customer service is very “unusual”.
