Don’t waste your time at this Drybar. They no longer serve any soft drinks or wine. That’s the reason I started going there. The service really sucks and very unfriendly at the front desk.

My hair is super fine and is so naturally straight I can brush it and people ask what straightener I use. Of course, that means I want all the volume and curl I can get. I went in and asked for a Cosmo, and Lauren knocked it out of the park! My curls and volume actually lasted from 9am to 11pm, and there's still a little bit left this morning after some brushing! That never happens to me! Thank you so much!

This was my first visit to drybar park meadows and it was a wonderful experience! As soon as I walked in the receptionist checked me in, offered me a drink and communicated my stylist would be right with me! 5 minutes later I was greeted by my stylist (I can't remember her name but I know she has been with the company since OCT) she asked me what I was wanting out of the appointment and I told her I was getting engagement photos done and that I wanted curls but I wasn't sure exactly! I put all my trust in her and it turned out AMAZING!! My appointment was at 12:45 and pictures were at 5:30 and the curls stayed perfectly, my photographer kept saying "your hair looks so great" in every shot haha ! I can't thank my stylist enough ! I will be back ! Oh and I want to mention that my stylist worked her magic all under an hour, and my hair is LONG!

Let’s start out with the fact I have been a member of Dry Bar since August 2017. Stylist in this location don’t get enough of experience on the job. This location is so slow. My hair looked bad after I left. The teasing looked horrible. It was obviously combed and the combing was so visible while I looked in the mirror;-( all baby hair was standing up, which was stylist fault for not using something to settle them down. Also, curls uncurled in an hour, except for those two that I asked her to recurl on the front. I honestly, would have done a better job myself. Kind of want my money back!!!!!! Stopping my membership because it is not the first time someone is doing a bad job in dry bar

So disappointed I’ve been here a few times now and have never had any problems with this location until now. I booked a blow dry with hydrating treatment. I arrived a little bit did call ahead to notify them due to adverse conditions rather conditions. I would have hoped they would have been more understanding: when I called to notify them they never once told me that they would not be able to due what I actually scheduled for I didn’t find out till I arrived and the girl that checked me in basically told me you can have no treatment or you can just come back on different date 15 min late means your appointment is canceled. I called for that reason but plus the girl washing my hair soaked my entire face. WORST EXPERIENCE so much for customer experience

I love the blowouts I get at Dry Bar! It had changed my life. I get blowouts before special events and it really improves my overall look. It’s easy to book online, there are lots of openings, and i find the location convenient. The staff is great and my hair ends up looking perfect. I also enjoy the mini cookies and hot tea. They have my credit card on file so it’s really easy to come in and out quickly. They could use more of a variety of magazines like maybe the New Yorker thrown in. And also make sure magazines are the most recent issue.

The layout was incredible. We we're greeted immediately with friendly customer service. We let the receptionist know we we're new and she handed my lady a Welcome booklet which was able to explain what services they offered. We only hope that a Drybar opens in Colorado Springs in the Shops at Briargate. Travel makes it difficult.

This is the result of my first drybar experience. I was trying to get my hair done for an Xmas party tonight, but as you can see, I clearly can't show up like this. I asked for a sleek, glamorous, old world hollywood style look, and the stylist said it was btw a mai tai and Cosmo. My hair is like 4 inches long and I knew something was wrong when he tried to curl it. You just can't curl this short of hair. Flat on top despite asking for volume, and the "curls" are pointing every which way. I paid and left before I burst into tears in the car. Tried calling the shop later, but I was pointed to contact corporate. So, is drybar only for people with long hair? I wanted my bob done for the party so I could have less stress getting ready for this night out, but I'm now in a panic, talking myself down from rewashing and doing it myself. I was really excited about my drybar experience until this happened. I hope I can figure out how to solve my problem for tonight.
