The friendly staff makes this drybar worth visiting. They offer you a drink the moment you check in. You can choose from champagne, a mimosa, wine, soda or water. Then after you get the hairstyle of your choice (remember no cuts or color), you walk out feeling great.

I have been a member since August 2017 to this location. It is really hit and miss with stylists. Wendy could not control the water and burned me with hot water my scalp twice during my hair wash. Then she ripped my hair out three times when combing my hair on the round brush. She seemed so in the hurry and absent minded. I have had her before as a stylist, but after last experience I would never go to her again. Unfortunately, I never wrote the survey review after my appointment. She was the worst experience I had in that location. She also gave me her business card because she only works there part-time, which is shady act to try to steal customers from dry bar. Other stylist are 2-4 stars. So this is an overall impression of 3 stars. Front desk is super nice by the way! By the way, not to mention that stylists are sneaky and pretend to “walk you to the door” to hear front desk say “how much would you like to leave for a gratitude?” Every single time I styled my hair there, stylist would stand there listening how much tip I am leaving. I would agree with everyone here, call center is not native English speakers. I got way too many people whom I could not understand. Is it worth the hype and money? Only if you know who does a good job there and their work schedule, other than that NOPE.

This particular DryBar experience was not pleasant because the lady did not style my hair correctly. She rushed, so my hair didn’t take the curl heat. My hair looked wavy except for the ends which looked straight, definitely did not look like I just spent $50 styling my hair. Disappointed but will be back to see somebody else.

Love this dry bar it is always grooving! Miles is the best, always has a smile on. I really like how this location sells larger bottles of conditioner on sale when they are discontinuing the product. Some locations don't do that. Peace love and blowouts :)

Not a great experience. The shop is nice, great selection of nail colors. I only had a pedicure. The polish coverage was not even and it started chipping/wearing off within two weeks.

Let's me just start by saying that atmosphere is so beautiful and the concept is amazing, but unless you have long hair and can pick a "look" out of their book, they have no idea what their doing. My mom has a short hair cut and was looking for a certain look, showed the gal a picture and she had NO idea how to do it and instead of getting someone who did she just put in a ton of product and hoped for the best. I came to find out that these girls aren't even licensed hairdressers....they are probably just trained how to do a blowdry. I also feel like $40 is a bit ridiculous for a blowdry, then they ask for a $10 tip...so $50 total...my LICENSED hairdresser charges $25. Update 4/15/16 - The owner Misty called me to inform me that all her stylists are licensed.

Don’t bother. Their local number goes directly to a call center. I tried calling twice and could not get someone who spoke English. The online booking system is rather tedious for a single appointment. I received a gift card and I’ve tossed it. I wouldn’t even consider regifting a headache like this! After reading the reviews, it doesn’t appear they’ve improved their customer relations. Thank you Drybar for the Saturday evening trouble.

ABSOLUTE WORST blow out I've ever gotten. I showed up on time for my appointment and was not taken back until 20 minutes past my appointment time. I then showed my stylist several photos of what I wanted (which was a simple style - loose waves) and purposely included photos of myself with how I like my hair done so she could see EXACTLY what I wanted. The blowout itself, scheduled for 35 minutes, took 1 hour 40 minutes and was not anything like what I asked for. So, I asked the stylist to fix it. However, after 10 more minutes, she wasn't fixing the problem and after about 2 hours at the salon I was out of time and running late for my photoshoot. I immediately went home and washed my hair, as it was so bad, I couldn't even correct it without washing it. I had booked the appointment to reduce my stress and in fact, this appointment made my day more stressful. I called Dry Bar's phone number to talk to a manager at the salon to let them know what happened and I couldn't even get in contact with anyone - spoke with an answering service instead, that promised Dry Bar would give me a call back on Monday. I still haven't heard from anyone.

This is my go to treat yo self place! I love the atmosphere, branding & the service. It is so much fun to just sit back & relax & walk out with great hair! My blow out usually lasts 4-5 days with dry shampoo! Pick some up on your way out & enjoy!!

Amazing atmosphere, free mimosas and white wine, hilarious chick flicks, amazing hair styles and an awesome look book that shows a few different pictures per style, just to show what that style would look like on different hair lengths and textures!!!!! The stylists are not only quick, but EXTREMELY talented, and will have you in and out in no time :) and the products smell so good!!!!!!!! Xoxo xoxo

I have short (shoulder length) fine hair and got my first blowout the morning of a conference I had in Denver (on Valentine's Day, none-the-less). It was so great! I arrived at 7:00am, the atmosphere was great, I was offered a mimosa and my stylist got to work. I LOVED my hair and received so many compliments, and the best part is that the "do" lasted for a day or two more -it remained full, with curl, and no grease, which was perfect since I was out very late each night of the conference. I'd highly recommend Drybar for a treat before any professional or personal special event :)

Overall okay experience, I had to wait 15 minutes even with a reservation, my hair also didn’t hold well the next day which is odd since my experience with Drybar in Vegas lasted almost a week. I got the dirty martini style. I was a little disappointed but I love Drybar products and will go again.

I have been to several Drybar locations throughout the country and unfortunately this is the worst of the worst. The staff is so incredibly unfriendly and rude. From the moment that I walked in I could tell that this is not the normal Drybar experience. The receptionist seemed bothered to say hello to me and my stylist was short and uninterested. I chose this location because it is right down the road from my office, but will drive 30 minutes going forward to the Park Meadows location where the service is excellent and where the atmosphere is much better. I have Barfly membership and view getting a blowout as one of the best parts of my month and it is a shame that the service is so bad for as great of an experience I have had elsewhere. This is my second visit to this location and I was hoping that it would be different but I was wrong.

Just trying to book an appointment over 2 weeks out, and all they have is late evening. Who wants to get your hair done at 6:45 p.m. The website shows its local phone number and it ends up being a call center where they book for the salon. Ridiculous!!!!

Came here for the first time on Sat & received my first blowout, ever. I have long, very thick hair yet the hairdresser told me my hair was very easy to work with. He started on me around 4:50 & was finished by 5:30. I would love to throw his name out there, but as I don't remember it, I'm going to describe him in the most non cringe way ever (XD) - he was a slightly darker skinned man with dark, short hair. Very polite. I will say as a huge tomboy that the overall atmosphere of this place killed my soul quite a bit - buut, I guess it was very fitting. I will very likely be back. To others reading, I definitely recommend an appointment!

This place is actually what I hope heaven is. I'm a regular, make an appearance here at least twice a month. I always leave satisfied and the stylists are so friendly, hilarious and receptive to feedback. After 3 years of coming to this location I had to give a shout out to Kristen today who saved the day when my appointment never went through when booking on the website. Probably (definitely) my fault. The place was packed and she still found a way to squeeze me in (Becky you're amazing for stepping in my hair is no joke a frizz ball) So grateful to this wonderful team!

The place is very bad, I was getting my hair done and the employees there are very races and discriminatory. There where telling another employee that they should get deported " I am going to call immigration on you" Manager was there and do nothing about it. If you don't want to hire people from another country you should be clear about that on your interviews. And last time i checked none of you are Native of American. This place needs to be CLOSE STOP BEEN RACES.

Mixed results at this place. Some of the stylists are great and can handle very thick curly hair and heed my instructions to make it smooth, not poofy; others seem to have just finished beauty school and think that we are in a large Southern city and take a looooong time to give me a hairdo that would be more appropriate in the Deep South. I have stopped going here except in case of a dire hair emergency when I feel like rolling the dice.

Went into Drybar to get styled for the holidays. My sister and I made appts. Everything ran on time. My sister chose the cosmo tai which was said to be lose beachy waves with a mixture of curls. My sister walked out looking like Shirley temple and was super insecure. When she approached someone about just washing out her hair the response was every stylist is booked right now and that we would have to wait until some one “frees up” to get this done. We had somewhere to be and couldn’t wait for this. We ended up leaving but will not be back to this dry bar for the lack of professionalism when approached about redoing work. After all most hair stylists will at least fix your hair to your standards before walking out the door. Very disappointed...

If I could give zero stars I would. Trying to book is impossible. They ask you to fill out the online form and then never get back to you. Calling them is even worse, no one knows any information and then they refuse to call back as well. I was trying to book for a wedding party and when I finally got through to a supervisor, of course everything was booked. Don't waste your time or money.

I love this place and it has been a lifesaver for blowouts when i have to go to an event. I love the cookies and tea too. The only issue is the loud music but i know his was in response to customer complaints of hearing nearby conversations. The magazine selection is good and the staff is great. I’m always happy with me hair afterwards and it lasts almost a week even though i workout. I park at the valet and have it validated.

Had a great experience for my first time here! Scheduled an appointment online, which was very easy to do. Showed up at 7 a.m. on a weekday, and everyone there were already very energetic, happy and friendly when I walked in. Fun music was on, and they have complimentary drinks for you, and I chose coffee, But they did offer mimosas. I've never had a blowout, I have very curly hair, and they did a fantastic job. It's been 6 days and I still have not washed my hair because it looks great. I look forward to returning.

Parking is a little limited but this is such a nice place to squeeze a little TLC into the daily grind. I have been to other blow dry bars but have never visited a DryBar location before today. Amanda was so great about helping me select a style that would last through the day and into the evening. The products aren't heavy and smell amazing and the end result was beautiful. Who knew there is a place in Denver that can wash, blow dry and curl your hair and you leave looking gorgeous? I recently visited Drybar recently to have my hair beautified for staff photos. My stylist washed and conditioned my hair(which was amazing). You get to choose the type of style you want....and they deliver. Enjoy a complimentary glass of champagne and sit back and relax! They do not cut or color hair here. They do have amazing products and styling tools to purchase. Grab a girlfriend and go! So much fun!
