I loved my hair the first day but the very NEXT day my faux locs begin to untwist and more and more....Right now it's been about two and a half weeks and damn near all my locs are untwisted.. I rate this Salon with -5 stars if I could I got Godressed Faux locs

Called to get my girls hair braided and per Google shows they close at 5pm and this was around 1pm. The lady said no we close and never asked if I wanted to schedule an appointment for later. Poor customer service

My girls and i found this plc on line. It was my girls first time getting their hair done. We went easter Sunday. 5 ppl at 1pm. We got there we had 2 wait about a half hr or so till the other ladies got done wit church. No biggie, then when my middle 2 showed the lady how they wanted their hair done n when she finished it, it didn't look nothing like what they picked out. OK well my girls loved it so I didn't say anything. As long as they were happy I was happy. I even tipped them $7 each just Cuz they had 2 deal wit my youngest crying whos only 4. So the total including the tips was $635. Now 20 days later the braids r coming out on 4 of us. The only one that's still looks half way ok is my oldest who got sow ins. Oh n I recommend u get ur own hair n bring it in if u go here. Cuz they be charging way 2 much 4 their cheap sh** they have there.

I would not recommend this place at all, the only reason why is because I had got goddess locs but it wasnt the way i decribed to her so I ended up not liking it what so ever I told her i didn't like it at all and still end up paying 185, so she told me she would redo it, so i went back that following week and she fixed it but the very next day they started untwisting and falling out. I then noticed that she burnt some of my hair along with the extentions i told her about it and she refuse to give me back my money and was very rude to me and blocked my calls, my hair is damaged from them and im still tryna get my money back because of the damage done to my hair. I wouldn't recommend this place at all so I wouldn't go you'll be waisting money thats for sure.. They will definitely mess up your hair and that's a price i have to pay.
