Laura Same is absolutely AMAZING!!!!!!!! I can't believe she only charges $35 for a cut. She should be charging at least double for how good she is. Not only does she have incredible talent but she she also really fun to talk to. I totally enjoyed my experience today and FINALLY found a stylist that I will keep for life and will follow her wherever she goes. I can't say enough good about her. Berenice's has totally impressed me with her. You MUST give her a try if looking for a great stylist. THANK YOU LAURA!!! You have made my day!!!

Berenice's is fantastic. I randomly ended up with an appointment with Armen at another salon years ago, and was hooked on his skills immediately. I thought I'd lost him, but it turns out he'd upgraded to Berenice's! The staff here is super welcoming and friendly. When I walk in, whether it's to buy product or get a cut, the front desk team is always attentive and helpful. And as for Armen, there's a reason I searched all over town for him - he is wonderful. Armen is a fantastic stylist and I always leave our appointments feeling (and looking!) fantastic. It is clear that the staff at Berenice's value creating an experience at their salon. I cannot recommend Berenice's highly enough. (And yes, book with Armen, he's worth it.)

I've been seeing Armen for awhile now and I absolutely love him! He is so friendly and welcoming to me. I love getting to chat with him for 45 minutes while we do my hair. And also-- my hair is ALWAYS AMAZING. I show him very similar pictures every time--I have a short bob kind of cut-- it's called the Instagram Cut ;)... and he finds the differences I am craving every time. Armen pays lots of attention to detail and takes the time to discuss what I am looking for in my haircut. I will keep coming to him as long as I can! :)

Everything at Bernice's is fabulous. From the light and airy environment to how obvious it is that the people who work there *like* working there. The staff is friendly and courteous, the services available wide and performed by talented and skilled artisans. Sarah D. has done my cut twice, and each time it was excellent. Last time she also performed a full color that everyone has to compliment me on, it's that beautiful. If you are looking for a new salon or just want to try something new, I HIGHLY recommend Bernice's.

I saw Minica eight years ago when I opened my private practice and needed a professional makeover for my marketing materials. She was one of the most highly rated stylists in Denver as is her salon Berenice's. I continue to see Minica, although I drive quite a bit further now as I relocated my office. Her work is consistently excellent and she is a warm, caring person on top of being a creative professional. The front desk staff at Berenice's is always friendly and they keep the busy salon moving efficiently. I highly recommend Minica and Berenice's without reservation.

I've been a customer of Berenices Aveda salon for about 10 years. My stylist Melissa left the salon at the beginning of this year to tend to her babies, which is admirable. Since that time I've been to 3 stylist that did not give me a worthy haircut. The 3rd stylist screwed things up royally. I go to see a 4th stylist to fix the cut but he cannot do anything without making it even shorter. I went back to see stylist 4 yesterday to color my hair and I was charge about a third more than previously. Sarah was in charge and made me feel like a heel for saying that I should pay the same rate I always had. She took me out in front of the staff and the rest of the salon to give me the Mom talk about how she was there to help me. People who make that statement are rarely there to help you. I was embarrassed in front of everyone. She said she would call the Manager and I said she could and should but don't ever expect me back in that salon again after that treatment. Say goodbye to this 10 year customer and the thousands I spend on eyebrows, dying, bad haircuts, makeup, and all my hair products. Berenices is going to lose out and the franchise will not benefit from me buying their product anymore. Worst salon ever.

Best Eyebrow Arching in DENVER!! Sarah is the absolute best for eyebrows, I have never had better. I love that she doesn't just wax the brow but tweezes the brow, it's so accurate. Every time she works on my brow it's like having an instant face lift. I recommend her to everyone. Not only is she the best but she is delightful to talk with while having tiny hairs ripped from my face.

The only place I have ever had my hair cut and colored in Denver and wouldn't trust anyone else! The salon is warm and inviting- not all Aveda salons feel welcoming! Awful Customer Service to a very loyal customer! I have been going to this salon for 3 years and they have on occasion made me wait 20 minutes for my appointment through out the years and I have never held this against them, I have been a loyal customer. Yesterday I was at a very important meeting that ran late and I called the salon several times to let them know I would probably be about 5-10 late and I left a message. I arrived 7 minutes late. Not only was the receptionist very rude and condescending, my hairdresser had an appointment at 2:15 and couldn't possible put 5 foils in my hair and make another client wait. When I asked if another hair dresser was available and they set me up with another girl, they forgot to mention that they would double charge me! I asked to speak with a manager and the receptionist apparently is also the manager, she at no time made any effort to resolve the situation and almost got pleasure of really sticking it to me. I will never patronize this salon again nor will I recommend it to my friends or colleagues. Tom C.

Expensive services. Bad policy requiring the storage of credit card information on their computer so they can charge you if you don’t show up. I have NEVER missed an appointment or even been late a minute but I have been the victim of credit card fraud from a store’s computer hacking in the past. Switched to Clementines salon where I received the best haircut ever and they protect my financial privacy.

This is my 2nd time at Berenice's, my first stylist was booked, so I decide to try someone else, read reviews and decided to go with Andrea, She was awesome, I had extremely long hair (my waist) and she helped me go to a manageable length, we cut 16" of hair,I loved the scalp massage and the products used, it was a total experience that made me feel really happy. She is really friendly and let me know exactly what she was doing with my hair :-) Love Andrea! I felt pampered from the minute I walked in. I love my new cut and I plan on going back
