I used to go to Antoine du Chez for monthly massages. They do complimentary blow outs after massages. During a blow out I was told they specialize in long hair so I scheduled a cut. The cut was the absolute worst cut I have ever gotten. About 6 inches were cut off and then there was one thick layer cut about 2 inches above. I went to a few different salons to get it fixed and they showed me how uneven the cut was and I was mortified. It has been months since I got it cut and it still isn't completely grown out. It was extremely expensive to try and fix it and when I told Antoine du Chez, they offered a complimentary 30 min. massage and free cut. That doesn't even come close to the money I have spent to try and fix my hair and the time it has taken to grow out. I will never go back and they should not claim they specialize in long hair.

Great salon! Everyone is super friendly and professional and I have never been disappointed with anything I've had done there, which includes cut, color and style services. They also have great products, I have very dry hair so the serums are my go to.

The worst hair cut ever. Shayna butchered my hair and Joe tried to fix the mess she made. I showed her the picture several times. As she was cutting my hair I said it looks very short, and she said she wasn't done yet. I asked if my hair was long enough for a round brush and she said yes. My hair is beyond short and no way can I get a round brush around my hair unless I have one the size of a pinkie finger. I was so disappointed and upset. They even cut my hair so short that it looks like she missed with the scissor. To make it worst they left the top longer to hide the nearly bald spot. They did comp my hair cut, but the damage is done. Do not get your hair done by either of them. This is going to take months to grow it out.

I had a massage at their their Park Meadows location last week and was very impressed with their service. The front desk/reception was very courteous and were able to look up my reservation right away; the massage therapist, Lindsay, was just outstanding! I've had massages at the Oxford and Four Seasons but this was far the best experience for me. I highly recommend them. Give them a shot.

Ruth always helps me decide on a new cut style and Dev helps me come up with ways to change up my color with a little edge. Shannel is my daughter and has cut my hair since she was in Junior High. Prior to having Shannel cut my hair, I would go to barber shops and then come home and have to trim things up, or let a "bad" haircut grow out. So, I asked Shannel to start cutting my hair, and she has every since. She has always, and continues to cut my hair better than anyone I have ever had. I am saying this because she is "really" good, and not just because she is my daughter.

This review is for the front desk and the employee that was supposed to highlight my hair. I've had a facial and a haircut and both women were wonderful. Unfortunately, I came in -on time- to my appointment and after waiting 10 minutes, I had my consultation. The colorist, Cassie, was incredibly snotty to begin with which made it worse, but after telling me that they charge for every little thing, the $70 starting price I was told turned into $150... for a partial foil? I have box dye on my hair and after she proceeded to make me feel bad about how bad the box dye looked, she then kept mentioning how she couldn't guarantee a good result yet was totally ok with quoting me $150! I used box dye about 10 years ago and remember going in and getting my hair highlighted and having no issue. So if someone had the technique and skills to pull it off 10 years ago, what was this employee's issue and skill level? Needless to say, I was excited to have some time away from my 11 mo and feel pampered and left in tears without so much as an empathetic apology from any employee. I will unfortunately be finding another salon.

One of the highlights is that Dev knows the chemistry of color and hair—-she is very bright and regularly adds continuing education classes and seminars to her resume. You will not be disappointed. I do not recommend this salon at all. I went in for a wavy perm and came out with half of my head looking like a poodle and the other half straight. On top of that, my roots were completely fried off (I have a number of spots that feel like stubble) and I had a rash in two spots on my neck from the chemicals. When I went back in to have them fix it they put a deep conditioning treatment on it and refunded me for the $150 perm. However, I was told I needed another $150 worth of product for the perm when I initially had it done and they REFUSED to let me return those products. I’ve truly never had such an awful experience with a salon. I was astonished that the manager, Nikita, did not do more to correct such a serious wrong. The rash has caused so much pain and discomfort and they did not care at all whatsoever. Please please be cautious if you choose to use this salon.

I absolutely love ADC. They are my one stop shop. Sarah is an artist when she colors my hair and it always looks great. Sarah also does my hair extensions which are fantastic. Well, what can I say about Lori...every time, no matter how badly I've beaten and abused my body...even if I look akin to a lego-man after a paper shredder, the lady always knows how to put me back together again. I can come off a weekend of fishing, cramped from dehydration, beating myself up to within an inch of heat stroke and death, and 90 minutes later, I walk out like the tinman in oz. Shiny and brand new. I love that she's not a high pressure saleswoman (H&S...ahem) - that it's just gentle suggestions about enhancing my own treatment. I have followed her from place to place that she's worked at for years. Dare I say I am one of her most loyal clients, and I highly recommend her to any and all who enjoy treating their bodies as though they are amusement parks.

Shayna, has been cutting and styling my hair for several years now. She always does a fabulous job with my fine hair - which is challenging for a lot of stylists. She does some cool techniques to add texture and volume to my hair, which makes it look amazing and natural when it moves. She also does a mean blowout that lasts me almost a week (with the help of dry shampoo). Equally important is that she educates me on the right products, both to protect my hair from damage and to create volume. Lastly, she is super sweet and nice - highly recommend Shayna and Antoine du Chez.
