the receptionist was very rude throughout my entire experience. The stylist was rushed and did not listen to or do what I wanted her to do to my hair even after going back a second time. At least the owner was nice enough to refund me for the horrible experience and damaged hair. maybe things would have been different with a different stylist.

Sierra is so sweet, so thoughtful and so accommodating - aside from being SO incredibly talented! Did I mention honest? - I love that she was able to tell me what I could realistically expect from the hair color I wanted and still deliver more than I was hoping for. Heidi is the fairy god queen of balayage. I had the best experience I've ever had at any salon. Heidi listened to my concerns, gave creative input, and was the nicest most welcoming person. My hair turned out perfectly. I'm finally my own hair goals! I highly recommend this place. Everyone was super nice and welcoming!

This was my first time at this studio and I was able to get in at a moment's notice before vacation. I definitely plan to continue going to Allure for my hair needs!

Literally my favorite place I've ever gotten my hair done at. Been going here consistently for about 8 months and I've never been disappointed ever. Sierra is absolutely amazing! I went to a variety of salons when I first moved to Colorado, but thanks to a friend's recommendation, I ended up in Sierra's chair. From an amazing balayage to a few different haircuts, I have not been disappointed. Not to mention, Sierra is just such a fun and sweet person to be around! I highly recommend both Sierra and Allure!!

I've been going to my usual stylist Sheena for awhile. Sheena is a excellent colorist but a bit of a flake in terms of keeping appointments and sending you out before your blown-out. If you need/ want a color or cut for a specific occasion don't bother booking, even if you book weeks in advance there's a good chance your appointment will get rescheduled at the last minuet or god forbid you have her last appointment of the day you'll be rushed and encouraged to leave wet. Also make sure she's tried the color products before, she tried something new on me once, that fried off two inches of my hair (she made me leave wet so I didn't know how bad it was until I got home.) If you do book then double check that the receptionist tells you the right time in your reminder call (she left me a message to be there at 11:30 and when I arrived on time, she condescendingly told me told me I made a mistake and wasn't supposed to be there until 2:00 [I still had the message on my machine.] ) Lastly if you are blessed/ cursed with super curly hair don't book Kristen your scalp will be sore for a week after the way she brushes out your hair. P.S. make sure they know which car is yours in parking lot, I once had to pay $250 to get my car back after one of the stylists signed off to have it towed (no they never offered to reimburse me.)

This review is in response to the review written by Kate Havekost, regarding a hair appointment she had with Sheena last week. Unfortunately Sheena was very sick the day Kate was scheduled, and unable to make it into work. Several other appointment times with other team members were made available so that Kate could still get her hair done before her birthday. Sometimes life happens, and we have no control over our health. Sheena was very apologetic, and rescheduled Kate on her first day back into the salon, coming in before her shift would normally begin. Kate did not show up, or call to cancel this appointment. We apologize for any confusion with past appointment times. Allure Hair Studio is a very busy salon, we deal with a high volume of customers, and we pride ourselves in the efficiency of our desk operations. That's not to say that mistakes aren't made, so we apologize that there was confusion for one of your visits. A client is only asked to leave wet when they arrive late and there isn't enough time to do a blow out, or if they request to not have it styled. As far as the parking lot goes, it is private property reserved for the use of Allure clients that are recieving services at the time their car is parked in the lot. There are multiple signs indicating this, and there is no possible way to identify someones car when we are closing for the night and it's left after the salon is empty. That tells us one of the other business's patrons have parked in our lot. We of course did not offer to pay for the towing bill, we did our part by clearly posting our policy on signs. That being said, we allowed Kate to park in our lot any time following that incident, even when it was to eat at a resturant and not recieve services at the salon, something we don't typically do for our clients. We absolutly appreciate all of our clients and thier loyalty, and do our very best to make sure everyone has a positive expierence here at Allure.

I have been here three times already with Sam and love it! Everyone is super friendly, the environment is relaxing, and the service is phenomenal! I walked away from my second haircut here wishing I had taken more length off. Not a problem! I called back a week and a half later after the holidays and they got me in the same day for a free haircut the way I wanted it. Maddie, thank you so much! I love my new shorter look!

Probably the worst thing moving is finding a new hair dresser you trust and like. The first time I went to Jolee (was highly recommended by two office mates), I just had her do just my color and she did such a great job that I went back to get color and try a cut. Again success! Love her and the entire experience and vibe at Allure. They are all so friendly. I also did some waxing treatments during my last visit and she (sorry forget name) was great. Maybe next time I will get a manicure too and make a day of it!

I have never reviewed a hair salon before, yet I've frequented many. There are two reasons I've felt the need to give praise to Allure. First and foremost is its stylists. I've seen Sheen and Racheal and both are exemplary stylists. I recently went short with Racheal and she knocked it out of the park on cut and color. Second is the atmosphere there. I don't feel any tension among staff there, which is rare. In fact, the first time I booked an appt, I told them that I may want to see a different stylist at the same salon just to mix it up. They were genuinely ok with that, which is not the norm. I hate it when you go to a new salon, get a random person and then get the stink eye from that stylist if you return to see someone else. I like to mix it up and would (and WILL) see Sheena and Racheal again in a heartbeat. The comfortable atmosphere goes a long way. If I could change anything, it would be two things. 1. An online booking system 2. Adult beverages for appts booked in the late afternoon. :) Keep up the good work and attitude.

Sam is the bomb! She is very laid back, talented, passionate, and a good listener. I'm not a frequent salon-goer, but she totally nailed my balayage coloring and did a great cut as well. I cannot recommend this studio more than enough. I'm fairly clueless when it comes to beauty-related things but Allure makes it easy. I've been here for 3 cuts now, twice with Devyne and once with Heidi. I also just got my brows waxed for the first time today. Devyne is an absolute god-send and makes my hair look absolutely radiant everytime. I cannot say how great it is to have a salon where I know what to expect and that my stylist will still be working there when I come in again. I highly recommend booking an appointment with her (I don't dye my hair but her Instagram really makes me tempted to...). Their prices are incredibly reasonable for the service they provide!

Went back for a second time, despite the price being a bit over-budget for me, but she is worth every penny and did not disappoint. Cut and color came out perfectly, and of course, as with any female, I'm super picky about my hair! Salon itself is nice: Comfortable, and staff is very friendly.

I have been going to Nicole at Allure Hair Studio for many years. She is exceptionally accommodating. Nicole is always ready for any questions or change ideas I have about my extremely difficult hair. She both colors and cuts my hair. There have also been a few times over the years when I needed to reschedule or vice versa. Nicole and the front desk women were quick to find a time solution. The salon atmosphere is always buzzing with lots of friendly chatter, and I feel welcomed by everyone who works there. I highly recommend Nicole and any other stylist at Allure.

LOVE every experience at Allure Hair Studio. Nicole and her staff are top notch and help keep this former blonde as a present blonde. :) The salon has a warm & welcoming feel - great sitting area, infused water & cookies and everyone has a great vibe. I also like that they feature new artists so every time I go in, there is new artwork - clever idea! Oh, and guess what... they have a parking lot, which is great especially when I'm running behind. I come screeching into the parking lot on two wheels and shave a little time off my lateness :D

Heidi is awesome and very creative with coloring. She did highlights, balayage, and some coloring all over. This is by far my favorite hair cut and color ever! The color looks so natural. I have already got a ton of compliments. If you go, I would definitely recommend asking for Heidi to be your stylist.

I tend to shy away from salons because I feel slightly intimidated, but the Allure staff was extremely welcoming and made me feel at ease!
