I had my bleach job that was growing out corrected by Jennifer. She took her time and made sure it was done right it looked awesome! The price was right for the time effort and final product. All the stylist were so accommodating and pleasant. Top quality.

They were very friendly and she did a good job cutting my hair but they dont inform you that when a womem gets her hair cut the charge you for shampoo and conditioner.. Even though you dont get it and thats $33 then they charge you $12 to style it. I dont believe you should pay for services that you dont receive. Other than that i enjoyed it

Had a young lady cut my hair so bad that I had to shave it. It was suppose to be a pixie cut but ended up looking like a five year old butchered my hair. Also the 3 workers there just complained the whole time about another co-workers bad job. Well I'm saddened to say they all did bad jobs. Its a shame she blamed my hair for her mistakes.

I made an appointment for an event I had. My event started at 6. My appointment was for curls at 5:15. When I walked in at 5:15 I was told I wouldn’t be taken until 5:45 because I had been booked over. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED! Not to mention how incredibly rude the stylists were. Will NEVER be back here.

This is the only salon I trust and go to. I go to Lauren and she is wonderful! She always discuss pricing before hand. She never trys to get more money out of me and is so friendly.

Horrible. Do not go here! Took my 3 year old son in for a desperately needed haircut (he has a great head of hair) a minute or so in to the cut the hairdresser accidentally poked my son on the ear causing him to cry. From here he became more upset and after a minute or so the hairdresser said 'I think we are done...' She had barely touched his hair and only cut a small amount off the fringe. His hair is a mess and needs another haircut still and she had the nerve to still charge me the full $20. When I met up with my husband In a nearby store he said 'why hasn't he had a haircut yet?' To which I told him this was it as she stopped shortly after starting. When he found out I also had to pay full price for this poor effort he went up and confronted the hairdresser who showed complete disregard, leaning all over the counter while speaking to him, shrugging her shoulders and blaming our son for being too terrible to cut the hair for. (After she poked him with scissors) My husband pointed out the obvious such as, I dunno... he is 3 years old...has she ever cut hair for children and are they always perfect.... She claimed to be great at it. My husband pointed out he was disgusted with her attitude and the fact she had the Gaul to charge full price knowing another haircut is still required because she is incompetent. He also told her he would be submitting an online review about this to which she did not seem to care. Not stopping there...because she had completely disregarded our voiced concerns, a formal complaint was lodged with centre management. The salon looks unprofessional and the staff appear slobbish. Absolutely disgusting the way this store operates.

Unbelievable over priced for their knowledge ** my hair smelled burnt for 3 days ** had it recut short to get the fried hair off from the too hot curling iron and hair spray used ** never going back ** might as well put gasoline and a lighter to it ****
